Aki-san: Yo-yo ma people! Here's chapter 4; "The First Attack!". Nothing much to say really. Oh, but for this chapter, you'll need to know the girls' ages. They're all 16. Originally, the Guardians are around 14, so this story is placed 2 years after the last "real" event with the original girls. Aaaand... if the Guardians battle at around this moment... well, sorry! I get confused with all the different T.V and anime shows. Long story. -.-

Disclaimer: I do not own W.I.T.C.H. Only the OCs and plot.

Morgan's P.O.V:

We were all glad that we found Rin. We all decided to have a sleepover at her place. We planned to order pizza, sleep in some of the futons[1] Rin's mom, born and raised in Japan, owned. They're actually comfortable. And they're big. We rented a movie and are planning to stay up 'til midnight. I haven't done that since I was 9, when Ashley, Aliyah and I had usual sleepovers. It seemed fun.

But the whole Guardian of the Veil thing still freaks me out. We're supposed to save Earth? With Ashley, who can't really save her Coke? I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous. I just hope the first attack ain't soon.

Rin's room was large; a queen bed with chibi versions of her favourite anime-Fruits Basket- weaved into the comforters on her bed. An orange chibi cat, a grey chibi rat and a chibi rice-ball were the pillows. Pretty cute. A chocolate brown desk with a million shelves and drawers was across from the bed, a black office chair and a big computer and tube TV lived on top of the desk, with a pencil case. The floor had a soft beige carpet. That's pretty much it. One of those lab-like lights hung above her head.

Anyways, the futons were displayed in a circle, Rin's included. We watched "The Three Stooges" movie and, against Rin's will, did a make-over and manicure. She didn't mind the manicure though.

Kiara suggested to play truth or dare, but Rin's mom was against that game for... certain personal reasons. We had a whole list of other activities though. But at midnight, everything changed.

The window in Rin's room suddenly burst open, the wind blowing violently inside.

"I don't remember it being so stormy!", Ashley exclaimed, shocked.

"Me neither.", said Aliyah.

Rin went to close the window, until an ugly blue ogre with blond hair stormed inside.

"So, you are the new Guardians.", he chuckled. "You look even weaker than the last ones. Haha!"

"Hey! You better shut your mouth before I-" Rin was cut off by the Heart's glow. It was glowing a furious pink. Rin ran to it, picked it up and yelled; "Guardians Unite!"

Suddenly, a"bubble" wrapped around my body, my outfit changed into the previous style we saw at the library and wings sprouted from my back. I felt power of nature coursing through my veins and felt more energetic.

I found myself on the ground, the other girls surrounding me.

"Fire, do your stuff!" Aliyah cried out as fire-balls shot out from the palms of her hands. The ogre-like thing dodged them and hoped into Rin's room. Surprising for such a big creature.

"Cool 'em down!" Ashley followed, spraying water in the ogre's face. He only flew back to the window sill.

"Morgan?"

"I got it!" I grew vines from the ground and controlled them. They surrounded the ogre, tying him up. "He's all yours!"

Rin nodded and looked at Kiara, who also nodded. Kiara used her air powers to levitate the monster up and "pushed" him out the window. Rin used quintessence and using electricity force, flung him far away. We changed back into our normal clothes in time for Rin's mom to come in.

"Rin?! What was that thud I heard?! Are you ok?!" Rin's mom, who entered and shouted, was in her mid-thirties, had short jet black hair and fair skin. She wore a light pink yukata[2] with a white obi[3] and some white fuzzy slippers.

As soon as they came, they left into the shadows, probably just outside the window. Mrs. Miyuzaki stared at us in shock. Probably because of the outfit change.

"Miyuzaki Rin! What in the world is going on here?" Suddenly, she started talking fluent Japanese. "Anata wa sutekina fuku o motte iru toki, watashi wa sono yō na osoroshī fuku o kite go shōkai shimashita ka? ! Soshite, anata wa, kono-jikan ni nani o samashite iru nodesu ka? !"

Rin replied, also in Japanese, "Nani mo, okāsan. Watashitachiha, ē to, no bitto o doresuappu suru koto o kimeta, ē to, gakkō de asobu! Wareware wa ima, beddo ni iku yo! Oyasumi!" and she told us in English, "Well," she chuckled nervously, "we gotta go to sleep." And we hoped into the futons.

Mrs. Miyuzaki frowned, but nodded and left. As soon as she was gone, we looked out the window. Only the cool spring breeze was heard as well as the cars passing by.

"Gone." I said.

"They just dissapeared."

Aki-san: Well... I felt like adding some Jap. here. Definitions are at the bottom. Please R&R, fav and follow! Bye-bye! I'm sorry this was so short!

[1] A flat bed sorta like a sleeping bag.
[2] Short dress similar to a kimono. Wear it during warmer seasons.
[3] The sash that keeps the kimono/yukata together.

"What did I tell you about wearing hideous outfits like that when you have lovely clothes?! And what are you doing awake at this hour?!"

"Nothing, mom. We, uh, decided to dress up a bit for a, uh, play at school! We'll go to bed right now! Goodnight!"
