It was time to tell Donna the truth. Tara had made all her rounds and even had a chance to visit Wendy. Wendy had all but confirmed that Gemma gave her the drugs and encouraged her. Wendy made a comment about how different Tara and she were. But Tara considered them to be the same. They are both running, Wendy runs by using drugs. Tara simply just packs up and leaves when she can't handle things.

The cafeteria was full. People waiting in line for their food. Plastic table and chairs covered with hospital staff chatting, enjoying themselves while eating. Donna was located at the furthest table from the entrance waiting for Tara. Donna waived Tara over. ''Have you already ordered?'' Tara asked. ''Nope, was waiting for you'' Donna said, looking at the menu. ''Okay, what do you want?'' Tara asked, offering to order for the both of them to safe time. Donna choose what she wanted for lunch and attempted to give money for her lunch to Tara. Waiving the money away ''Its my treat'', knowing that things are tough financially for Donna and every little bit helps.

After eating, Donna was eager to get the reason for their lunch, the ultrasound photo ''So… Are you going to fill in the blanks?'' She asked.

''I'm pregnant'' Tara replied. ''Yeah, kind of got that from the photo and the loose clothing''

Taking a breath and glancing around to make sure no-one could hear ''Its Jax's''

''WHAT?" Donna yelled. ''Shh.. I don't want everyone to know. I haven't told him. Things were bad in Chicago and I came home for a visit. I saw Jax and well, you know.'' Tara told Donna.

''Is that why you moved back? For Jax?'' Donna inquired. Tara then told Donna how she wanted to keep it quiet until Abel was better, she wanted to tell Jax in her own time and she needed to be sure. As once Tara told Jax and Gemma, she wouldn't be able to leave again. God imagine, trying to leave Charming with Gemma's grandchild. That would never be allowed to happen. Donna understood but suggested the quicker Tara told Jax that the better it would be and promised to keep quiet for the meantime.

Later that afternoon, after rounds and spending some time with Abel. Her mobile started ringing. Answering the phone ''Hello''

A male voice on the other end replied ''I'm – I'm glad I'm not sick. You're a tough doctor to track down''. He hadn't changed. He still had the obsessive, possessive tone that sent shivers up her spine. She leant against the wall in an attempt to stop her shaking and with shaking hands pressed the end call button. All that could be heard was the dial tone and her deep breaths.
