Danny had waited until the next day to make the phone call. She didn't want to do it in front of her dad. She knew that it would be a hard phone call in itself and to do it in front of him would only be mean. She was hoping her mom would pick up the phone it had been a few months since they talked. She didn't understand why her mom got so mad at the fact she choose to stay here but now she knew that it was the wrong decision. If she went with her mom she could have visited her dad on the off season and things may have gone a little differently. She dialed the phone number and waited to see if someone would answer. It didn't take very long for her mom to answer the phone. She was just relieved when she did answer.

"Mom I wanna come home. I miss you and I don't know anyone here. Dad is never home. Please come and get me."

"Baby, it has been months since I have heard from you and now I hear you and it is so you can come home. Something happened please tell me."

"Mom, Dad is never home I am home alone all the time for weeks on end. He tried mom he really did but every time he promised me something he always ended up breaking that promise for hockey."

"Don't worry I will be there soon. Just hang in there for a few more days."

"Okay mom well I have to go to school now I will talk to you later."

She hung up and looked out the window as the bus pulled up to her drive-way. She grabbed her bag and ran out the door. She slammed the door but she really didn't care, her dad should be awake anyways. Over the past few months she really started to see why her mom told her she never had a father. In real life she never did. She walked up the bus steps and turned to face everyone. There was an open seat in the back she went and sat down in that seat. Danielle decided to listen to her ipod she really didn't want to deal with anyone. She had been able to avoid everyone for so long but now this was going to be the hardest day. It was the first day back from break. The incident happened the first day of break. She was able to ignore all the calls and text from everyone. She just stayed in her house the whole time and didn't let anyone in. Her dad was a little concerned but there was nothing he could do this was what she wanted to do.

"Danielle, hello Danielle."

Nick knew that this was the only way to get Danny to talk to him. He had been trying all week to say he was sorry about what happened at the club. She wasn't answering any calls or texts. He did feel bad for what happened. He should have listened to her and what she was trying to tell him. He was an idiot and he wanted to tell her that but she didn't seem to listen to him now. He was mad at Adam and Ryan for not telling him to shut up when she was talking. It seemed like they wanted this fight to happen. He didn't understand he knew that he was getting close to Danny but the guys seemed okay with it. Nick was trying to figure out if they were in on it. Those girls for doing that to Danny was the worst. He knew they were the ones behind it to begin with. They made it seem like she had lied and she was with them all night. He could tell that Danny wasn't going to look at him so he tapped her on the shoulder. Now Danny knew she couldn't ignore anyone any longer. She turned around to see who was there.

"Wow Nick you scared me."

"Well it was the only way to get you to pay attention. I just wanted to say sorry about a few weeks ago. I just hope you can forgive me. Oh and please listen to this song."

"Nick it is cool. I'll listen to it but I have something to tell you."

"No wait until after you hear this song."

He hands her a burned cd that had in marker on the front Waking Ashland-All Hands on Deck. She put the cd in her bag. She knew that she needed to tell everyone that she was moving back home with her mom. This seemed like the best time to tell him that way he could go tell the guys and she wouldn't have to do it. It was hard enough leaving but having to tell everyone was even worse. Her dad was still in denial about the whole thing. He thought if he just kept ignoring it than it wouldn't happen and everything would go back to normal but she knew that wasn't was leaving and she wanted to tell everyone now because there was a few days before her mom could get here that way they could all have their freak out and get over it.

"Nick I really need to tell you something though. I am ….."

"No! I don't want to hear it until you listen to this song."

"Fine but just remember I tried to tell you."

With that she got off the bus and walked into the school. She was at her locker when she heard people standing behind her. When she turned around it was Sara and her friends. Danielle just turned back to her locker and got the stuff she needed then shut her locker and went to leave but they wouldn't move. She didn't understand why this girls wouldn't leave her alone. She had never done anything to them she didn't even really know them until that night at the mall. She had never met anyone that would set up the whole club thing. You do that to people you really hate and Danny was trying to figure out how they could hate her so much.

"Please move out of my way."

"Ummm, I think not. Obviously Nick still likes you even after it looks like you lied to him. So I am going to have to tell you to stay away from him. I have liked him longer than you have known him."

"Okay, whatever you don't have to worry about me anyways. I am leaving in a few days to go back home."

"Ahhh, what did we hurt your feelings."

"No you didn't. People like you just make me want to stay here but I can't because I must go back home and get ready for the tour in Europe to begin."

"What are you talking about? What tour?"

"Oops I have said to much well if you would excuse me, I have to go somewhere important."

She pushed them out of her way and headed to her first class. She had lied about the tour but she didn't want them to know they had won they were the reason she was leaving. If she wanted Nick so bad she could have him, Danny wanted nothing to do with him. If he was able to turn like that so quick than she was done. Nothing was going to keep her here. Those girls didn't deserve to win and she was going to make sure that she didn't show that they had gotten the best of her and she couldn't do anything but to leave this place. She just knew she had to get through this week and everything would be fine.
