Okay, I think you guys need an update on whats going on. I have lost a lot of inspiration and direction with this story, don't worry it will continue, it will just be a while before the next update. I do have another story I've been working on if you want to check it out, and ideas for two others in addition that I can't wait to write. This story is a collaborative work and its very difficult for me to coordinate monthly updates. I will include a little Omake with this update so you get SOMETHING, it will just have absolutely nothing to do with the actual plot. I will answer any and all questions PM'd to me, as well as any reviews not done as a guest account.

Omake: The instructors thoughts of Natsu

3rd person POV

The salmon haired boy flew through the course, slicing the neck of ever cut out he passed, grinning like a mad man and yelling about nakama. To the side, supervising said pyro, was an instructor gaining a headache. This was one of many insane students the man had taught, and taking into account the gray hairs peppering his head, there really were a great many of them in his long time as a teacher. He sighed as he continued watching Natsu rush through the course, now screaming about beasts and death, lighting everything in his path a flame.

The instructor sighed, this one was tied for the position of the craziest, right along with Hange Zoe. He had hoped after she graduated he would be done with freaks obsessed with knowledge on titans. This pink haired boy seemed just as bad, and he could feel his headache getting worse. At this rate he would have to retire much earlier than planned.

"Yosh, titan killing complete." The pinkette walked cluelessly up to the instructor, who was rubbing his temples trying to ease the ache developing there.

"Ah, yes, Natsu. Try not to completely destroy the cutouts next time." The instructor sighed once more, the boy was top of his class for a reason. Obsession, plain and simple. No one quite knew why, but it was useful, if not annoying as all hells.

"Got it." The still clueless boy nodded in an overtly serious manner, so much so that it just looked ridiculous. "I will try harder. I must eliminate all titans." Natsu walked away, leaving the instructor nursing his headache. He didn't even notice the other instructors mumbling about another Hange. He was solely focused on his mission: kill all the titans and revive Gray. He nodded happily to himself, keeping a grip on the goal that allowed him to keep some semblance of sanity. It wasn't as if he had much in the first place.
