After a while of waiting and watching his classmates, who many of them he couldn't ever remember even seeing, walk across the stage. Finally his row stood, Kimiko stood in front of him Mika behind, glaring daggers into his back. "Kimiko Hamacen." The announcer said, she ascended the small set of stairs as everyone clapped. She took her diploma and bowed to the dean. Than went down on the other side, "Hiro Hamada."Hiro ascended the stairs, and took his diploma and bowed, no sweat. "Mika Hazake." Hiro descended the stairs as her name was called. There was a loud thud that came from across the stage, HIro threw a cursory glance over to see Mika scrambling to her feet.

Hiro stood next to Kimiko, "Maybe she can't even do that. I hear you have to at least be able to walk." He muttered to no one imparticular. But still earned a few giggles from Kimiko.

"You know, i like you. Maybe if you didn't have a girlfriend…" She stopped and thought for a second, "Maybe if your girlfriend wasn't Gogo Tamago, i would ask you out."

Hiro turned to her dumbfoundedly. "We just met. I didn't even know your last name before he announced it."

She shrugged, "I would have told you." She stopped for a second. "You seem a little flustered." She smiled like she was enjoying herself.

She was right, he tried to talk but could barely stammer. "Y-Ya j-just a l-little. B-But why d-do you like me?"

"Because your funny," Mika walked up beside Hiro, red faced for a whole new reason. Hiro's face slowly becoming paler. Kimiko saw a great opportunity to mess with them both, so she threw her arms around Hiros neck and spoke just loud enough for Mika and him to hear. "And devilishly handsome."

If Hiros face was starting to pale before you wouldn't know, because his face turned from pale to bright red in a matter of seconds. Hiro wasn't used to this kind of attention from people, besides Gogo, he didn't know how to react. "Um… uh... ya… um…" He tried to formulate a sentence, but his mind had shut down. He scanned the crowd with a face that could only mean, 'help' or 'i need an adult'.

Hiro distractedly searched the crowd of students, but a hard push on the shoulder jolted him back to reality. "Get moving jerk." Mika said, hatred still painting her tone. Hiro quickly fell back into step, noticing a slight buzzing in his pocket under his robe. He ignored it even after he got back to his seat, and just stared off into space.

It was a what felt like an hour, but in reality was only half that, before he snapped back to reality and by no choose of his own. He felt a hand on his upper thigh and unconsciously removed it. A cloudy, but definitely feminine, voice filled his ear. "Your girlfriend is walking up." The avionics major was pointing her out, Hiros eyes followed her finger till he saw Gogo, she was half turned and had one hand to the side of her head, her pinky and thumb extended. He knew what she meant and he knew what was going to be on his phone. That's exactly the reason he didn't want to look. "Aren't you going to check your phone, it seems important." she looked him up and down, he made no moves to grab his phone.

"Arent you going to mind your own business." Hiro snapped, the stammering giving way to anger for making his feel like a fool.

"Jeez calm down. I was just trying to help." She looked back to her own phone that was sitting in her lap.

Hiro thought about speaking, but held his tough, knowing full well there would be no stopping him once he started. Instead he pulled out his phone. He had missed four texts from Gogo, one from Fred, and two from Wasabi.

He opened Freds text first, knowing it wouldn't be something too serious. Stay away from those girls, they're nothing but mean. He read it over a few times, and again thought about speaking. Asking if Kimiko knew Fred. He ruled against it and opened Wasabi's messages. The first one read: Everything ok little man? You look kinda pale, i got a fresh pair of underpants if you need it. The time stamp on the second one was only a minute after the first: What was that about, do you even know that girl?

Hiro groaned, he had been hoping no one saw that. He didn't bother to reply, in fact he really didn't know how. He was about to open Gogos when her name was called, so he postponed the fear of knowing what's inside just a little longer. He watched her cross the stage, rolled up slip of paper in hand, she smiled to the crowd, but as her eyes fell on Hiro, he knew just by sight that she was furious. The smile was probably her looking forward to kicking the crap out of Kimiko.

She descended the stairs and Hiro lost sight of her between the heads of all his taller classmates. So he reluctantly looked into her messages: Who's that girl behind you, she looks ready to kill you ;) Hiro sighed the next one was a minute later: You ok? you're kinda pale. The third was within the same minute of the second: What the hell was that!? The last one came a few minutes later: What's her name Hamada, i'll kill her.

He looked at Kimiko, she was tapping away at her iphone. Hiro took in a deep breath, she looked over at him. "First off, do you know Fred Lee?" She gave a quick nod, but said nothing. "Ok, second i think you might have pissed off Gogo."

"Why's that?" She played off a smile but Hiro saw straight through it, she was scared.

"This is why i think so…" He turned his phone around and showed her the messages, her face slightly paled. "... so i recommend that…. i actually have no clue what you should do." The words hardly left his mouth before a strange buzzing filled his ears, then his phone went off. He looked down to see a message from Fred: Company, unwanted.

aww, i don't think Gogo will have the time to kick the crap out of her. Wait… buzzing, unwanted company, this can only mean one thing! the pizza's done.

Th3Ph4nt0miz3r: Thanks, i don't know why but that whole encounter just came to me as i started writing the chapter, i didn't plan for that to happen.
