"Kagome, What were you thinking?" Sesshomaru questioned.
"He just snuck up on me. He dragged me with him. He told me all my friends were alive." Kagome looked up from her lap and regretted it the second she had. His golden eyes were piercing hers, melting hers. Her breathing hitched in her throat as he stood. Every muscle in her body tensed as she steeled herself against his approach. Before her brain could process, he was behind her, his scent overwhelming her. It was intoxicating, so earthy and powerful.
Kagome slowly turned to face him. He grasped her chin and pulled her face up to his. She could feel his breath on her.
"Why do you do such stupid things? Do you truly think I brought you here for information? I got all I needed from that worthless brother of mine." He ventured closer to Kagome, who was frozen in place. "You needed protection. From the half demon swine that is my brother- and any others whom may try to hurt you- and I was willing to offer. You seem to awaken me. I am anxious to see how this works out." He ran his finger down her arm.
Kagome shivered. "Sesshomaru… I don't-"
Sesshomaru silenced her, bringing his mouth down to hers. He ran his hand up her thigh, causing Kagome to gasp into Sesshomaru's mouth. Sesshomaru continued his advance, pulling Kagome closer to him. She wrapped her legs around him and, despite better judgment, deepened the kiss. Sesshomaru groaned pushing himself into her. He began to undo her kimono, slowly and mercilessly. Kagome moaned, her insides lighting up like a Christmas tree. She fell into the throes of ecstasy, the world shifting onto a new axis.
