Hey thanks for about how long it has been. Track started awhile ago and we had the first meet recently. I've been so tired. It went really long and one of my events was the last. This is the last chapter of Clair being Fifteen. However The story isn't over yet. I've still got a lot of things I want to do.
Stars15963: I know I was almost crying myself. Everything has it's downsides though. Hope you had a fun time in Nashville.
Maiannaise: Yes, same thing I was thinking writing the chapter.
Nico and Will came with me to drop me off at Camp Jupiter. One of the gods payed for our plane tickets. Now we all stood in front of the entrance.
"So Clair, we have a surprise." Will began. I nodded looking at them. "Nico and I are going to be staying with you, or at least at somewhere near you."
I grinned and jumped forward and hugged him. Then Nico. They smiled back.
"Should we go in?" Nico asked a minute later. I nodded and picked my stuff off the ground.
"Don't you guys have stuff?" I asked
"Already there." Nico said. I nodded and followed Nico as he went in. It seemed like forever to get through into the camp. Then finally we stepped out.
Matt, Reyna and Owen were waiting for us across the tiber. We crossed lightly and I smiled at the three of them.
Reyna turned to us and said, "It's good to see you all again."
"The same to you Reyna." I said smiling at her. She gave me a small smile back.
"So we should take your stuff to where you are staying." Owen said. "I'll take Clair. Matt can you take Nico and um…"
"Will." I said to Owen.
He smiled and said, "Will to where they are staying?"
Matt looks at him and smiles, "Why are you taking my sister? Shouldn't I be doing that?"
"Please?" Owen said smiling.
"Fine, here's the keys in." Matt said throwing the keys to Owen. "Clair keep the keys that's the set I got for you."
I smiled and nodded and then followed Owen as we walked off.
"So how was Camp Half-Blood?" Owen asked.
"Well the Gods came ." I said blankly.
"Oh, how was that?" He said smiling. I grimaced.
"Your father told my father." I started. He grimaced, "My father doesn't approve."
"Oh that's to bad." He said. I smiled at him.
"The good thing is that your father said I'm not like my brother so I'm pretty sure that's a good thing." I finished with a small smile.
"I talked to my father a lot about you." Owen said happily. I smiled again and he wrapped an arm around my shoulder.
"So how was your time here?" I asked him a minute later. He removed his arm from my shoulder and put it around my waist to lead me.
"My father visited a lot, so have the other gods. It wasn't as good because you weren't here." He said grinning at me. I smiled and pecked his cheek.
He was carrying one of my bags. Then I saw one of his brothers running toward us. Owen grinned and waved and they waved back.
The came sprinting up to us. "Hey Owen. Father wants you as soon as possible." He said happily.
Owen glanced at me and then I said, "I can get there myself. Just tell me where I'm going."
His brother seems to notice me now. He smiles and says, "Oh, Clair your back. Owen wouldn't stop talking about you."
I smiled and nodded. He rubs Owen's head ruffling up his hair. "Owen, drop Clair off at wherever you to are going. Then go to the temple of Venus." Then he ran off.
Owen smiles and starts to pat down his hair, "Which one of your brothers was that?" I asked. Owen looked different because he would normally have his wings out. However his brothers all looked identical.
"Oh, that was Alex." Owen says happily. I nodded then we entered a building. We went up to the second floor.
A boy around nineteen came out of a door as we came up.
The boy glared at me and then said, "Hello Owen, what are you doing?" He asked almost coldly.
" Hello, Nathaniel, I'm taking Clair to where she is staying." Owen said. Nathaniel looked me over. He had bright red hair and was long and lean. He had a long face with dark brown eyes and bushy eyebrows.
I forced a smile at him. "Why is she staying here?" he asked in a sort of rude way.
Owen blinked and then grinned and said, "Oh, She's Matt's little sister. You remember her right?"
Nathaniel blinked at me. He looked me over, "This is the little child that absolutely adored Matt?" He asked he leans back and steps back. Owen nodded, "Oh wow. You're still so small. Like even Owen's taller than you."
"Hey, I'm only smaller than my brothers because I'm younger and have wings to grow into also. The same with her." Owen reported.
"Oh no now there's two of you wings." He smirks and walks away with a small wave.
I glanced at Owen and then asked, "He worried about you and I having wings?"
"It's a joke. He thinks that all my children will have wings and eventually take over New Rome in a few generations down the line." Owen laughed. I smiled, we walked to the end of the hallway.
Then Owen put the key into the last door. Inside led straight into a small room for an arm chair and couch. Then I could see the kitchen to the right. It was small and definitely apartment like.
Owen walked down pasted the kitchen. Three door were at the end of the sort of hallway.
Owen opened one and then held it open for me. Inside was a full size bed with light brown comforters and dark brown sheets and pillowcases. A small window was on the opposite wall to the right. The walls were a faded white. To the side of the window was a dresser. Then a small vanity.
I walked up to the bed and set down my bag on it. A closet was on the walk without anything else. I sat down on the bed. Owen grinned and did the same.
"So what are your thought right now?" He asked smiling.
"It's very different from Camp Half-Blood." I said not sure if that was a good thing or bad thing.
"Yeah, I'm sure it is. But you'll be fine. Matt's pretty popular was it goes around that you're his sister no one will care that your Greek." Owen reassured me.
"Hopefully." I responded.
"Well I should probably get going, my family will be waiting. Matt will be here any minute." Owen says he kisses my cheek then leaves quickly.
I then decided to start unpacking. Grabbing the bag that had mostly stuff that wasn't clothes I opened it. First removing a framed photo of Lacey, Nico and I and setting it on the vanity. Then Matt came in.
"Run into anyone who reconsidered you on the way here." He sat down beside me.
"Owen and I ran into Nathaniel, he didn't recognize me though. He also didn't sound happy about me being Greek. Then Owen told him who I was." I commented.
Matt smiles, "Nathaniel is one of my best friends."
"Oh, how long? I might remember him?" I asked.
"I don't remember all I know is you had met him." He noted.
"I remember Octavian." I added.
"Nathaniel was there when you picked me up one year. He didn't say anything but Octavian asked if you missed him. Do you remember that?" He inquired.
"Yes actually. It's weird, I think the mist did something to me so I would forget it or something. It's one of the first things that came back to me." I began.
"Well that's good." Matt said."Come on I'll show you where everything is. Then I'll help you get settled in.
I smiled and nodded. Then we both go up.
Thanks for reading. Hope you liked it, Don't be afraid to review. I'll hopefully be writing for all of you, and you will hopefully be reading the next chapter some time before the next Sunday.
