Thank you for reading. Hope you liked the last chapter.

Sorry about the problem with the authors note last time.

Stars15963: I'm glad you liked it. Again sorry about the authors note. I was in a rush to post it before school started.

I don't own the Percy Jackson series

I was sitting at a desk writing the invitations for the wedding.h wedding. Owen and I had decided to let it be a surprise to our friends. So no one knew yet. We had told our families. Or in my case I told my brother.

Every Other invitation was written but I had three I had yet to write. Owen had written his already. I still had three left to write. The three is still had to think about. One was to my mother, I was willing to forgive hre. It was more or less would she actually show up. Then there was Mark. He had been a really close friend of mine. Then there was my father, I knew I was sending him an invitation. It was just the same as my mother, would he actually show up.

I picked up the pen and began the one to my father

Dear Thanatos,

We are honored to invite you to our wedding. We'd be thrilled to have you join us.

Where: New Rome. From there you can't miss it

Time: starting at 4:30

date: July 24th

RSVP please, before July 10th please

Yours Truly Owen Tang and Clair Soto.

I sighed. Would he show up. Then it struck me. I grabbed an extra piece of paper.

Dear Father,

I know you don't like Cupid for certain reasons, but please go talk to my brother. You couldn't be made at Cupid if you knew the true story. Please, for me. I love you. I know you may have sort of disowned me, but please talk to him.

Sincerely Clair

I put down the pen. I needed him to read this. Owen must have sensed something because he came over.

"Sugar, is something wrong?" He asked resting his hands on my shoulders.

"No, I just wrote the invitation to my father." I glanced up at him. He pulled me out of the seat and hugged me.

"Aw, Sugar. He doesn't deserve you." He coed rubbing my back. "He hasn't talked to you in years."

"I know, but I still hope that he can put his differences aside for at least one day." I sniffled into his shoulder.

"Aw, Don't worry Sugar. If he doesn't you won't have to worry." Owen said taking my head into his hands.

I smiled and said, "Sugar is a new one. What happened to Sweetie?"

"What do you not like it?" He asked tilting his head to the side.

"No, it's just that it's new." I grinned.

"Do we still have cookies?" Owen asked. I laughed. I'd moved in recently and was still getting used to it.

"Yes, yes we do." I responded, "Bring me one."

He nodded and went into the kitchen. I sat down and wrote the last two letters, then added all three to the pile.

In a little less than two days I would be responding to my friends and their surprise. Owen came back in and handed me a cookie.

"How many did you eat in there?" I asked poking him in the side.

"Only two." He replied.

"Yeah Right." I said

"Anyway you need to go shopping for a dress soon." He said changing the subject. "Also we need to go to sleep soon, it's almost eleven. We have the meeting with my father in the morning."

"Yeah," I replied.

I got up and went to the bathroom. Then brushed my teeth. Owen came in with just basketball shorts on. He wrapped his arms around my waist.

I had on pair of satin black shorts and a matching lace tank top.

"Ready for bed yet sweetie?" He asked. I nodded. He led me back into our room. He pulled the covers up and Let me get comfortable.

Then he slid wrapped his arms around my waist. Then leaned forward and said, "Goodnight, Sweetie."

"Goodnight." I yawned back.

Soon enough I found myself in a dream. The same place where I first met Eros.

The same position except my father and Eros were facing towards me. The noticed me the moment I noticed them.

I tentatively took a step back. Eros looked at me with no emotion. My father looked hurt. He had deep circles under his eyes. He looked as miserable as a god could get.

"Clair," Eros said breaking the silence.

"I want out." I said plainly. I watched both of them. Eros gracefully stood up. He took a few steps forward. I made sure to take the same amount plus one back.

I snuck a glance at my father. He was looking me over. He seemed surprised to see me looking so well.

"I see Cupid hasn't killed you yet." My father said emotionlessly.

"What's it to you." I snapped.

"I'm your father Clair." He scolded.

"Really, because ignoring me for the past seven years isn't fatherly." I retorted

"Well what am I supposed to do? Go into the Roman camp?" He replied swigging his hand outward.

"Give me sign that you wanted to me to come out of there for awhile. I would have." I replied. Tears started to pool up into my eyes.

"You know what Cupid did your brother." he ended.

I glared at his back, "Yeah I do, I also know the actual story. I know you haven't gone to talk to him since he died. Or else you would know the story." I snapped.

He froze, and locked eyes with me, "What?"

"Ask him not me." I replied with a shrug.

Eros glanced and my father then nodded. Then he snapped. A few seconds later a boy appeared. Probably Around his early twenties. He had very pale skin, dark black hair and pale gold eyes.

He smiled when he saw father. "Father." He called. He had straight perfect white teeth.

"Hello, Linus." He replied.

"Why haven't you seen me since my death. I have missed you." Linus said.

"I've been busy." Father shrugged.

"You look grim, has something dramatic happened?" He asked. I scuffed, then LInus turned to look at me. He smiled, "And who might you be? I'm guessing your part of the problem."

"First off I'm Clair, you're younger half sister. Second I am a small part of the problem." I replied crossing my arms across my chest.

"The problem is she's dating a child of Cupid." Father snapped.

"What's wrong with children of Cupid?" He asked frowning.

"Your death?" Eros piped in.

"Oh yeah that. I asked him to do that." He replied as if it was nothing. Eros and Father's eyes seemed to pop.

"What?" they asked at the same time.

"His son was my best friend. I killed him so he could escape a really bloody painful death. Life wasn't worth it without him." He said.

"I told you there was more than you knew." I glared at my father. He was looking down.I felt the glare melt from my face.

He looked at me, then whispered just barely loud enough for me to hear, "I'm so sorry." That was the final straw. Tears poured out of my eyes. I ran up to him and threw my arms around his neck.

I held onto him as tight as I could. He wrapped his wings around me. "Father," I whispered.

A few minutes later I found myself lying on my father's lap, forgiving and laughing at everything from the last seven years.

"By the way well we're on the topic of me dating a son of Cupid," I began.

"If you say you're pregnant I'm going to kill him." My father said wrapping his arms around me, pulling me protectively close across his chest.

"No father not yet. No sex before marriage." I laughed, " However I am getting married.

They all grinned. "Am I invited?" Eros asked grinning.

"I would invite you, if I wasn't marrying a son of Cupid." I said.

He smacks his forehead, "Right right."

"It's time you went back now, Clair." Father said.

"bye." I said hugging him. Then I hugged Linus and Eros. Then everything slowly faded into a black nothingness.

Sorry about how long it took to post this. I had a track meet today. I ran the mile and the four by four. Which I loved both, I also got a PR in the mile which I'm really happy about now. Thanks again. Review?-Tyme
