(Disclaimer (last one for this story): My co-author and I don't own Thor or the characters from said movie, but we own our ideas and our Original Characters (OCs for short).)

(A/N: OMG. I'm sooooooooo frickin' sorry. I was hoping to get sooo many story chapters posted before now, but school was killer this year. So much school work, not enough time. Anyways, I'm currently on winter break and have been for a bit. I've been working on stories. Some of them for stories that are posted on and some for stories that I plan to one day post or might one day post and other stories that are completely and totally original works that I hope to one day see published.

Many thanks to those that read/favorited/followed/reviewed any and all of my works. Thanks to Guest for the review. I'm sorry that you all had to wait so long for me to even have the chance to update. So, I've made this story a bit longer than normal and, hey, I even added an extra scene at the end! Enjoy! And remember, Reviews help give motivation to writers to write and update!

Merry Christmas!)

Thor:

Matters Concerning Kings and Queens

Chapter 6:

Earth, Jane, Hospital

"Yes. I was a fool to think you were ready." Odin said in a more subdued tone as he looked down towards his feet.

"Father…" Loki spoke, moving forward as Nari tried the same with her Mother.

"Hail!" Odin and Amaterasu snapped at their youngest children, both stopped and backed away.

"Thor Odinson, you have betrayed the express command of your king." Odin said. "Through your arrogance and stupidity, you've opened these peaceful realms and innocent lives to the horror and desolation of war!" Odin opened the Bifrost. "You are unworthy of these realms! You're unworthy of your title! You're unworthy of the loved ones you have betrayed." Odin started taking apart Thor's armor.

Amaterasu walked up to Mina and placed her hand at her daughter's collar bone, "I take from you the ability to use your powers as you will. Only when in dire need, will you have access to your powers." Kaminari's armor was demolished.

"I now take from you your power!" Odin said, with his voice still raised, as Thor's hammer flew into his outstretched hand. "In the name of my father," Thor's armor continued to come undone, "and his father before, I, Odin Allfather, cast you out!" Just as Amaterasu told her daughter that she was cast out as well. Both Kaminari and Thor were thrown back into the Bifrost and off to some other realm.

"Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor." Odin spoke, putting a seal on Thor's hammer, before throwing the hammer into the Bifrost after the two. Loki and Inari could do nothing but watch.

Amaterasu turned to Nari, "You're to stay in Asgard until my say so."

The next thing Jane, Erik, and Darcy saw were two figures: one to the left of the car and one in front of them. While the people within the vehicle screamed, they turned the wheel in an attempt to avoid the figure in front of them; this resulted in both figures being hit by the vehicle. When the car finally came to the end of its spinning, Jane and Darcy shared a few looks before rushing to check on the two, now injured, figures; Erik quickly followed.

"I think that was legally your fault." Darcy stated.

"Get the first aid kit." Jane ordered. "Do me a favor and don't be dead." Jane said to the man, who had hit the passenger side window; while Erik went to check on the girl, who had been hit by the front of the car, and was lying on her back and holding her side.

When the man turned to face Jane, Darcy asked, "Whoa, does he need CPR? Because I totally know CPR." Jane and the man just stared at each other for a few minutes before he turned fully onto his back with a groan.

"Are you ok?" Erik asked the girl.

"Do I look 'ok' to you?" the girl hissed out through gritted teeth.

"Where did they come from?" Jane asked as she turned her head slightly towards Darcy and saw the other person, who had been hit, from the corner of her eye. When the young man struggled to his feet, Jane asked: "You all right?"

"Hammer? Hammer?" he asked as he walked in a circle.

"Yeah, we can tell you're hammered. It's pretty obvious." Darcy said as she watched the unknown man.

"Oh, no!" the injured girl exclaimed with loathing as she slowly sat up, "Not that Nitwit!"

"Who's the 'Nitwit'?" Darcy asked.

"Him." The girl nodded to the man calling for his hammer.

"Oh, my God. Erik, look at this!" Jane was pointing her flashlight at the runes that had appeared on the sandy ground. "We have to move quickly before this all changes." Jane said in excitement as she knelt and began to copy the runes into a little book.

"Jane, we have to take them to the hospital."

"Father!" the 'Nitwit,' as the girl had called him, called to the sky.

"He's fine, look at him." Jane said as she continued to copy the runes.

"Heimdall! I know you can hear me! Open the Bifrost!"

"Hospital. You go, I'll stay." Jane said as she looked up at the yelling man.

"You. What realm is this?" the man, who had been yelling at the sky, asked after turning to face them. "Alfheim? Nornheim?"

"New Mexico?" Darcy asked as she pulled her taser out of her bag and pointed it at him.

"You dare threaten me, Thor, with so puny a weapon?" the injured girl muttered something under her breath as she slowly got to her feet.

"Thor, you Dimwit. Shut your mouth now before…" she started but he wouldn't hear the end of her sentence, for he was tasered and fell into unconsciousness. Everyone, but Thor, turned to look at Darcy.

"What? He was freaking me out!" to this the unknown girl started laughing.

"I think we will get along well." She said as she continued holding her side.

"Next time you decide to taser somebody, make sure he's already in the car, okay?" Erik said to Darcy as they loaded Thor into the back of the car. "Jane! Come on."

"So, who are you?" Darcy asked the still unknown girl.

"I'm Kaminari, Mina for short." The girl stated as she held out her left hand.

"Darcy," was the reply as they shook hands. They all then climbed into the vehicle and headed towards town and the hospital. As Jane drove, they all asked Mina questions about her and Thor.

At the hospital Thor and Mina were admitted. "Names?" a nurse asked.

"He said it was Thor? And she said it was Kaminari?" Jane asked as Thor and Mina were being taken to be treated.

"T-H-O-R." the nurse said as she typed it into the computer. Mina sighed as Jane and the others disappeared around a corner. Looking to her right, her eyes landed on a man in light blue, scrubs with a medical tool around his neck.

He smiled down at her, "We're going to fix you up; you'll be right as rain in no time at all." Mina simply nodded her head as an image of Loki beating the man up came to mind and she quickly shook her head to rid it of such thoughts and scolded herself for letting him enter her thoughts at all.

It wasn't too long before they entered a new room in the large building, where Mina and Thor were placed on beds that could be made into separate rooms by curtains. Mina almost laughed when the men had trouble lifting Thor from the stretcher, but when they lifted her; she had to bite her lip to keep from crying out in pain.

Another man arrived a little while later, taking some blood and asking her some questions. When he had finished with her, he moved to do the same to Thor; not a wise idea on his part.

"Hi." The nurse said as Thor awoke. "Just taking a little blood."

"How dare you attack the son of Odin?" Thor snapped as he yanked his arm out of the nurse's grasp and tried to get up.

"I need some help!" the nurse called as he and an assistant tried to subdue Thor. Because of this Thor's struggles were increased causing more damage.

"Call security!" a doctor called as she tried to hold Thor down.

"Security to ER 3, stat!" a man shouted into a phone. Mina watched as Thor got up, threw a man into a medical cabinet, and tried to escape. She laughed when he was slammed into the man on the phone by a nurse, and cried out in pain as the man who had tackled Thor was thrown onto her, hitting her injured side. Thor continued to fight with the medics and even with security officers. In the end, he was pinned against the door.

"You're no match for the Mighty…" Thor trailed off as he was forced to take a nap thanks to something that the doctors injected into him via a needle.

"Dimwit." She said as he slid down the glass.

"You know him, Miss?" one of the officers asked.

"Unfortunately, I do." Mina said as she moved a doctor's hand away from her shoulder.

"Is he always like this?" He motioned to the unconscious Thor.

Mina shrugged, "He loves to fight." The officer shook his head as they picked up the sleeping Thor and carried him to another room where he would be restrained.

Mina found herself a few hours later, yet again, in the same room as Thor. Lucky for her, he was still unconscious. Mina sighed, finally some quiet time, no more nurses or doctors asking her questions, no more tests, and for a little while no yelling. Today had been truly a very long day. She was angry that she had not – she felt – completed her test, she no longer even had her title, she no longer had her powers, she couldn't even talk to her sister… she missed Inari, troublemaker that she was, she still liked spending time with her… just it seemed, as of late, that Inari didn't feel the same. How was she supposed to get back to Ama or even Asgard, if Thor couldn't get Heimdall to open the Bifrost, how was she suppose to? If Mina knew her mother, and she was quite sure she did, they couldn't use the Hoshi Hashi – the Star Bridge – to get to Ama; they were stuck here on Midgard. Mina was glaring at the ceiling when Thor finally awoke; she turned her head slightly to watch him freak out slightly at the change of scenery and the addition of the black restrains. He tried to break the bonds, found he couldn't, but continued to try even after Mina told him that he was going about it all wrong.

She watched him for a while before she got bored and stared at the ceiling again as she leaned against a pile of pillows. "It's not possible!" Thor grunted as he fought with the straps.

"And, yet, it is." Mina muttered as she gently fingered her left side, trying to figure out how long she had before she was back to full health. Mina listened as he grunted a while longer before she turned to him to tell him to 'shut up,' only to find him free of his bonds and on his feet at her bedside. She jumped slightly and moved away from him, "What the…" she began as he held out a hand to her, but she stared at it for a little; confused as to why he was offering her a hand, she was not so weak as to need his help. She couldn't help but feel a bit offended by the idea of needing help and at the same time she felt that it was a nice gesture coming from him.

Extra – Ama, Hallway; a few years after Mina's and Thor's fight on the Training Fields of Asgard

"How can they think that we would make a perfect couple?" Mina whined to her sister. "I mean, I can see how they would think that Loki and you would make a good couple; you all get along easily – peaceful conversations, very few arguments, teamwork, no violence between the two of you, and you two are almost always together." Mina listed a few of the reasons that their parents had more than likely noticed.

Inari huffed and flipped her hair over her shoulder. "They think you and Thor would be good together because you all act so much like each other when you two are near one another. I don't think you all even really realize you do it. And just because Loki and I are friends doesn't mean that we would make a good couple." Nari pointed out.

"I never said you all would be." Kaminari said as she scrunched up her nose in distaste. "I can't help that Thor makes me so angry that whenever I'm around him I just want to punch his lights out."

"That still doesn't mean that you should act like him, Mina."

"I don't mean to act like him. I don't like Thor, Inari, really I don't." Mina said as she hugged her sister, an action that happened rarely these days.

Inari frowned slightly, looking at her feet. "Mother doesn't… understand." Nari bit her lip, "I prefer Thor."

"I know, Nari, I know. Just as I know that you know that I prefer Loki."
