Mine
Gray couldn't sleep at all that night. He kept tossing and turning, and finally he gave up on the matter. Instead of sleeping, he thought of any activity he could do after midnight that might allure him to sleep, but none came to his mind so far.
"Ah, Damn it." He rubbed his face with both of his hands and jumped off the bed, going to drink some water.
When he reached the kitchen, he spotted Natsu and Happy curled on the couch, sleeping together and grunted at that. The boy took the glass of iced water and drank from it while going nearer where both slept soundly. Gray poked Happy's cheek with his finger and glared.
"That should be me you little devil…"
Even in his wildest dreams, Gray never imagined Natsu hugging him to his chest like that, and for a minute, Gray thought of demolishing Happy for good.
Well, no. He wasn't going to get his bottled up frustration on a stupid cat. It was just… he and Natsu. They never got along before so that they could be really close with comfort when they now became partners. The black haired sighed sitting down. His fingers brushed the messy pink locks feeling their silkiness between his thumbs. Natsu's face was calm, a little bit of drool was there, but Gray couldn't remember when he stopped seeing it as disgusting.
Gray initially believed that he wanted Natsu to be his one night stand. To be something so dirty and pleasurable that he'll forget sex for the next ten years or so, but now as he stares at the idiotic serenity appearing on the clueless face, he still has a small doubt with his feelings, while another part of him insisted that he has been Natsu's friend for so long that he wouldn't dare to hurt him in anyway, and that he's actually infatuated just like all the other miserable girls in this world with the Dragon Slayer's charm and bravery.
Natsu has that effect on people. When he talks to anyone, smiles, or even yell while giving one of his 'talks', the Dragon Slayer move hearts in a way that no one had ever done before. Gray could get very gloomy while thinking that everyone in his life is a bit in love with Natsu… and couldn't help but to think if he was the right one for the pink haired mage. Gray wasn't ideal, he wasn't sincere entirely, and no way in hell he could be sure that he is never going to 'cheat' on his partner if suddenly he had the urge to do 'it' with a woman.
No, he wasn't sure that he was the right one. For Natsu to accept him so easily like that… It seems too artificial. Does Natsu really like him that way? Or was he too scared of their friendship crumbling because of the sudden emotional conflict?
Gray grumbled, feeling headache every time he tries to think about it.
Natsu is hanging out a lot with the girls from his guild. The boy was still thinking about Hibiki's and the other's talk, and tried to focus on his decision while needing some distance from the ice-mage who partially understood.
Too damn easy…
Natsu was kind of skeptical about his partner these days. It's true that they didn't interact much from that day Natsu knew what sex was. They greeted each other (Briefly), then went to work like robots, and when Natsu comes back and takes his shower, Gray will be there reluctantly waiting for him to dry his hair, but then… that was just it. And then they go sleep? Separately?
No talking, no fighting, and not even an affectionate touch (from Gray's side) since that day. When they looked at each other accidentally, Natsu couldn't get a read on Gray. He didn't know anything.
On the other hand, Gray seemed so open with the others. With Lucy, Erza and… Juvia. He laughed, and talked like there was nothing bothering him in this world, while Natsu suffered watching and watching, irritated that the guy won't even look him in the eye neutrally.
Natsu is stubborn. Everybody knows that. That's why as he now sits on the floor of Gray's living room freshly out of the shower with Happy hugged to chest, he tries to make up his mind. He didn't want to lose Gray now that they are finally accomplishing something.
"Natsu… Are you okay?" Happy whispered, sad to see his so-called parent sinking in sadness. "It's been so long since I last saw you smile with all your heart."
Natsu shrugged while a drop of water ran on the back of his neck from his wet hair. "Happy. I need to ask you something."
"Hmm? What is it?" Happy looked curious.
"Just imagine… and don't forget the word imagine here, alright?"
"Aye! Happy-sama's imagination is all yours. Just tell me."
"Imagine… that… that Charle told you that she loves you and finally she wants to be with you… what-what would you if she did?"
Happy looked normal for a second, then his eyes became big and his pupils thickened with something that Natsu stared at dumbly, while Happy grinned like a mad man.
"AYE! I knew she liked me! I just knew it-"
"Happy! I said imagine!"
The flowers, butterflies and birds disappeared from around Happy's head and the blue cat pouted. "Aww, Natsu don't get my hopes up."
Natsu sweat dropped. "That's why I told you to imagine."
The cat sighed. "Aye. I will do what all our kind do. We will get married, then we will make love and have lots and lots of children… although I don't know if Charle would like to have children. I will have to ask her that."
"M-Make love?"
"Yeah, Natsu. Sex."
Natsu's head almost dropped on the floor. He didn't know the 'sex' until so soon, and his cat is thorough?! Natsu didn't even know what sex is. All his information about it until now, is that it hurts the back like hell.
"Happy, why would you want to have sex with Charle soon?"
Happy ogled at Natsu. "Natsuuuu, that's just how you feel towards someone that you love. You just want to make them yours so that the whole world will know! MORE IMPORTANTLY, I heard the rumors! She has a crush on Lily! I won't allow that!"
Natsu rolled his eyes. "Is it that necessary to do it with the person you love?"
"Aye! It makes you feel totally complete. Like you are the happiest-wait a minute! I thought you and Gray did it a long time ago, didn't you?"
Natsu's flushed face looked angry, and he pinched the cat's cheek. "That's not your business! … But no, we didn't."
"HUH? Why not?! Do you want him to abandon you?!"
"Wh-What do you mean by that?!"
Happy was silent… then he stuttered something that Natsu couldn't hear. "What's that? I don't hear you."
"Go to your bed, ugly cat."
Natsu flinched looking backwards, and got slightly shocked to see Gray. "H-Hey… welcome back."
Gray's glare at the cat, made the little blue ball run inside the bedroom from terror yelling 'Aye!'.
"What were you two talking about?" Gray asked.
"N-Nothing important… Charle and stuff, you know Happy."
Gray didn't buy it, but sat behind Natsu to do his hair. "You should learn doing this without me. Imagine catching a cold."
"No it's too boring."
"Whatever."
Natsu's ears were a little red. The closest thing to a touch was this. Gray's hands rubbing his hair soothingly to the point he wants to sigh in contentment and sleep where he is. His head leaned backwards until it rested on one of Gray's hips and the pink haired looked at his partner, trying to analyze him.
"What is it dumbass?"
"Why are you so mad all the time?"
"Huh? What do you mean?"
Natsu shrugged. "You are not talking to me, so I assumed that something happened… again."
Gray looked back at the Green eyes and Natsu suddenly became nervous.
"Nothing happened. You needed your distance so I am giving it to you until you can solve the riddle of your heart."
Natsu closed his eyes, cheeks helplessly flushed as he felt unexpectedly warm fingers rubbing his head with much gentleness. "Until then I will just wait."
As Gray stood going to his bedroom, Natsu suddenly felt terrible. He wanted Gray to be with him (However stupid that sounds) near him where he could smell him and feel the heat radiating from his body just like mere moments ago. Then he asked himself.
Why isn't he sleeping with him on the same bed? Why isn't he laughing, and fighting with him like before? Why do they look so miserable than they did before?
And more importantly…
-The hell is he so scared of?
Natsu sighed as he stood in front of the crazy cameras that flashed repeatedly. Another day at the magazine's building and Natsu thought that he'll go crazy. Gildarts said that this was supposed to be the last issue of the volume, and that after they are finished, they will have a long break, and Natsu couldn't wait any longer. He wanted to get over with this stupid idea (kindly created by lucy) and to return to missions, fighting and whatever he was doing until this stupid thing showed up from nowhere.
The boy finished his individual photos and walked out of the studio just to bump into Jesse, his new blonde friend.
"Hey hot stuff, how are you doing?"
"Fine."
Jesse patted Natsu's hair and scowled. "What's wrong?"
"Just wanna get my vacation already."
The blonde smiled. "Oh then you don't have to show that miserable face. We had a meeting with Gildarts this afternoon and he said that you two are free starting tomorrow till the beginning of next year."
Natsu's face lit up. "R-REALLY?! ARE YOU SURE?!"
"Sure and sure. But this information is secret. He wanted to surprise you and Gray with it."
"Thanks! I don't know what to say, I am so happy."
"I'm glad." Jesse smiled a half-hearted smile as he clutched the files in his hands.
"What's wrong?"
The blonde shrugged. "I guess that means I won't be seeing you till next year."
Natsu blinked, then finally it hit him, hard. "Ah…" He paused. Jesse shook his head and walked again, but Natsu stopped him with a wide grin on his face. "Jesse. You don't have to look so upset. We live in the same town, we can see each other whenever we like, it's not like it's the end of the world."
"It's the end of the world for me. Showing up in your life after you are already taken by another man will be just problems for you. I am thinking of-"
"I don't care. The other 'man' have nothing to do with whom I am friends with. Just like you've helped me and stood by my side when no else could hear or know, I will stand by yours until the end, don't forget that."
"Thanks Natsu. It has been fun being with you." Jesse smiled and hugged the boy one last time. "Take care. And if the asshole hurts you, I want you to know that I will always be there for you."
Natsu tensed thinking how that sentence was wrong as he sees himself as the one hurting the other right now. "Th-thanks…"
Jesse waved and while he was walking, he bumped into a boy, smaller than him and groaned.
AH, Those fool interns.
"Hey. Watch where you are going, moron."
It was Natsu's first time hearing Jesse talk with such stern language and he was baffled by it. He never talked to him that way.
"S-s-sorry… I w-wasn't looking and… my deepest apologies!"
The boy had a brown short hair and pools of honey matching eyes. While trying to get the scattered papers for his senior and his own, he was stuttering apologies, but when the older blonde kneeled to get his papers as well, both of their hands touched for a mere second that was enough for both to stare at each other awkwardly for moments.
Natsu sighed as he figured that Jesse has already found his new toy.
"What's your name, baka trainee?"
"A-Ah… It's Sakamoto Yoshitoki, um-"
"Yoshitoki, huh? What a stupid happy name. As for your punishment, you'll be assigned to work with me-"
"-But sir-"
"And today, you'll accompany me to lunch."
"-I'm already assigned to work with Sally-Senpai!"
"Oh great then. Sally won't mind lending me his stuff. Get your ass to my office."
Yoshitoki was dumbfounded and Natsu tried to contain his laugh as the boy panicked, running to where Jesse told him to run.
"Getting over me so quickly?" Natsu laughed.
"Nah, it's just a little candy to distract me while you're not here. Is the bad guy version working?"
Natsu sighed. "You shouldn't bully him like that."
"Ah Natsu. Go to hell."
He was heading to Gray's house.
He just didn't expect to see Gray speaking with Juvia.
"Ok, just let me get my keys and I will be with you in a minute-Natsu! Great. Come here." Gray called.
Natsu tried to look natural, normal, happy, but inside, he just wanted an explanation for what is happening. Why are they talking with smiles on their faces? And no. There was something deeper than the way they both spoke with each other and seriously, Gray must wear something.
"I am going to go with Juvia for a while, you can have lunch without me. Also, Happy said that he will be with Lucy and Wendy for a while."
"Ok, can I have a word with you?"
Gray told Juvia to wait, then went with Natsu inside where they stood in the kitchen and the pink haired boy was sure that he had a million things to say, like where are you going? How? Why? And maybe he was going to fight with him, but nothing came to him as he stood staring at his rival.
"What?" Gray raised an eyebrow.
Natsu rubbed the back of his neck and smiled. "Why don't you just wear something?"
"AH SHIT! I was sure they were on just a minute ago!"
Natsu watched as the boy quickly put on his clothes and hurried taking his keys, slamming the door behind him, leaving one angry and sad Dragon slayer inside. Natsu thought that seeing Juvia with Gray again after they were both separated won't affect him anymore… turns out that he was wrong.
And he was angry.
Immediately after three nights of going out, Gray and Juvia had every intention to have sex together. According to what Lucy said, they were very close from establishing a deeper bond that Natsu isn't capable of accomplishing after almost two weeks. It pushed him to think and think and wonder if he really appreciated Gray as much as Juvia did.
He did. Very much. He lived with Gray many, many years. They both grew up together fighting with all what they got, with each other, against each other… it wasn't short. Their time wasn't short. However the boy sighed a heavy sigh with pain piercing his heart.
That was it. He couldn't take it anymore.
"Ah damn. It's always my wallet!"
Gray cursed as he returned to his house when he realized that he forgot an important item, opening the door to be welcomed with emptiness.
"Natsu! Don't sleep before you eat lunch!"
He waited for a reply, but it never came to him. "What the? Natsu?"
He searched the house, but he couldn't find the pink haired anywhere. His heart thumped once, getting a bad feeling about it, and he couldn't contain his curiosity as to where the dumbass has gone.
"Gray-sama?"
"A-Ah… sorry Juvia… I think I will go look for Natsu."
"Hmm? Maybe he is just at the guild?"
"I know I know. I just want to make sure."
The blue haired girl sighed. "Okay."
"What do you mean by he's not here?"
"He didn't come here."
Gray stared at Lucy and suddenly panicked although he didn't really have to. Natsu could be where the old man's food stand is, or with Happy fishing, or simply getting himself into trouble. It was nothing to worry about, but he found himself uncharacteristically concerned.
It was when Gray decided to apologize for Juvia, and go look for Natsu. The girl shook her head, offering her help. After debating with himself, Gray refused gently.
He found himself squeezed in the crowded street, trying to catch a glimpse of pink. Earlier, he went to the river, where they used to have their sparring sessions, only to be met with disappointment. Gray grumbled wiping the small droplets of sweat on his forehead with his shirt from nervousness. A lady bumped into him and he cursed, resisting the brutal desire of kicking her ass in front of all the people because she added up to his frustration and anger.
Just when his chest was beginning to be so annoyingly tight and troubled, he looked to his right to find what he was looking for.
"What is the meaning of this?"
In a small restaurant, Gray sat in front of his partner who was drinking some sort of a beverage after eating what seems to be a grand lunch. He silently thanked god that he wasn't paying due to the shortage of money after gambling with Mira the other day. Man it was so embarrassing to lose in front of a woman.
"What's the meaning of what?" Natsu sipped from his drink, looking confused.
"Why didn't you say that you were going out? Do you have any idea how-how…"
Natsu gulped down the rest of the drink, then shrugged. "I don't understand. Is it a crime to eat lunch?"
"No it's not-"
"-You were the one who told me to go eat lunch-"
"-I know I said that but-"
"-What now? You are allowed to go out without giving me a clue, but I am not?"
"-It's not that DAMMIT! Just listen-"
"-I don't get it. I don't know why are you annoying me, and if I don't want to listen-"
"-You will, like it or not, I am not here to-"
"-Excuse me I don't recall calling you-" "SHUT UP NATSU! FUCK! JUST LISTEN!"
Natsu slammed the glass down and looked up with so many things and shards of emotions trapped in his eyes. "I will not sit here listening to you trying to tell me worthless stuff. I am not a baby, and I don't understand the reason you are so angry."
Gray slammed his fist on the table almost breaking it, as If challenging the other. "Really? Then I don't understand the reason you are so mad either! Look at yourself! You are practically burning your chair!"
Natsu glowered. "You know what? I am sick of this. So I am just going to spill it for you pal."
"That would be so GREAT."
"I am angry at myself. Maybe you don't know, maybe I wasn't so clear about it, but I like you, Gray-Yeah don't look at me like that-"Natsu warned while Gray's mouth fell on the table.
"Ok, ok wait a minute—I'm surprised you can be so straightforward about this! And why-"
"I am a straight forward person, especially when I feel that I am losing my friend."
"What the fuck do you mean by that?!"
"I am trying to tell you, except that you keep butting in!"
Gray nodded skeptically. "Ok fair enough. What is on your mind?"
"I can't be like Juvia, like it or not. I understand that she's dedicated to you, she's pretty and sweet, and really, I think you deserve her, however…"
Gray blinked, still digesting information as his heart skipped a beat.
"-I can be much more dedicated, much more caring, much more sincere. I know that, but I can't do what she almost did with you, that's why I will give her points for that."
"Natsu, what are you-"
"-Sex Gray. I am talking about Sex."
The world seemed to be blurry and funny. So damn funny. "Did you just say...?"
"Yes."
Gray drank the glass of water trying to calm himself down as he rubbed one of his temples, then put his hands in front of him, trying to get this straight.
"Natsu. You tell me now how far you know about sex, who told you, when, and how or as god will be my witness, I will smash your head here, and no one will ever know or care."
"I am not scared of you!"
"…"
"I know enough. I know that it's the greatest connection between two people and all that crap. I also know that it practically felt like my back did split into two halves."
"Let me just take a wild guess. Hibiki?"
"It doesn't-"
"Hibiki?"
"Gray, I am not-"
"HIBIKI?!"
"Damn. Yes."
Gray broke his glass this time. "Fuck Natsu! FUCK! Why do you even listen to anything this guy says?!"
"He didn't-"
"I swear I am gonna kill him! What on earth did he do too?! HEY! Since when? ANSWER ME!"
"I am trying to say that he didn't do anything. He just explained to me what sex is."
"ALRIGHT?! Just to be on the same page, what the hell do you know about sex?"
"It's the greatest connection between two people. And usually partners tend to do it in order to be one."
"That's it? That's all what you know about it?!"
"Dunno. Maybe that you want it so bad with me…? Or maybe that you almost did it with Juvia? You choose my friend."
Gray Fullbuster was going to commit a huge massacre when he returns back to Fairy Tail. He will not give a flying fuck if they called him the cruelest mage living. He will kill them all, and then just maybe, he will kill himself after.
"Gray, It… doesn't matter how I know, what I know, or when did I know. As… I said before, I am just angry at myself. I know it's the greatest connection between people, but I am just-"
"Let me guess again. I am not worth it-"
"-I wasn't going to say that-"
"-No really. You should be frank just like earlier, it's nothing to be-"
"—I said-"
"-I mean, if you know that you don't want to have it with me, I will understand and-"
"-Are you going to let me explain anything?"
"What is left for you to explain?! Just say it out straight alright?! You are thinking that I am not worth it, and that maybe you made a mistake when you-"
Natsu stood up and punched Gray, hard. So hard, that blood came out from his already bruised lip. Gray looked at his friend with wide eyes, and opened mouth while Natsu's green eyes glared almost scorching him.
All the people in the restaurant gasped and some of them were whispering until Natsu glared at them too with eyes of one enraged dragon, scaring them to death, and horrifying them to the point they ran away from the place. He turned his fuming gaze, pinning Gray with it, daring him to say one more word.
"I grew up knowing nothing about my parents. I used to think that this world was extremely unfair for so long until Igneel found me." The pink haired boy paused, his voice getting a small weakness, however he didn't let his gaze wander away from Gray's, "I was happy, really. I thought that my salvation came with him. He became my father, and my everything. I got too damn attached to him that when he suddenly vanished I felt that my heart was ripped away."
The boy looked down at his hands resting on his hips and a small shiver ran up his body. "Then I occupied myself with the hope that he will come back. That I am going to find him one day. It was the first time an important person is taken away from me. The second, was when Lisanna supposedly died." Natsu gritted his teeth almost drawing blood, "She was another world that I used to find comfort in. To forget about every bad memory in my head, to just smile… I gave her my all. When she vanished too I couldn't bring myself to talk for days. But I recovered, I kept telling myself that I have nothing but to move forward."
Gray's face was stunned and before he could say a word, Natsu shook his head, stopping whatever he wanted to say.
"It seems that whenever I get strongly connected to someone, something bad just… happens. Yes Lisanna is back now, but that doesn't change what I felt back then. Gray, What I want to say is…" The boy looked at the wide blue eyes with water gathering in the green pools, "I lived with Igneel a couple of years, I lived with Lisanna a number of years too, but… Gray. I lived with you longer. Much, much longer. And if I give you everything I have now…" Natsu shook his head. "No, even if I didn't give you everything... I don't think I can recover if you left. That's why I prefer it if you are with Juvia and tell me how do they do this? How do we stop being partners? I don't want to be your partner anymore."
Gray's gaze went down on the table, but after a few seconds, it met Natsu's again.
"Very Well. I understand. However, I have one thing to ask before we do this."
Natsu nodded. "I… I think I owe you this. I will do whatever you ask, I am sorry."
"Very well. Let's get back to my house, shall we?"
They entered the house. And Natsu's heart was breaking into tiny pieces. How will he leave this place?
"Take off your shoes and follow me."
Natsu didn't complain and took off his shoes and socks, walking behind the other until they entered Gray's bedroom.
Gray closed the lights and opened the curtains, allowing the sunset red and orange rays to light up the room, causing Natsu's eyes to shut for a second from the strong orange rays of light entering.
"Please sit."
The pink haired moved and sat on the bed, and Gray following. "I uh. This is something that I wanted to do with you long time ago, I just didn't have the courage to do it, but um… I think I am selfish after all. So… You said you will do anything I want and do you mean it?"
"… Yeah."
"Good. Then, whatever I do, don't be interfere, yeah?"
"Yeah."
"Great, great."
Gray stood up, then took his shirt off putting it on the pillow carelessly. He moved forward pushing Natsu into a sleeping position on the bed, with the pink haired laying on his stomach, his right cheek feeling the smoothness and slight coolness of the pillow. "G-Gray?"
"Yes?"
"What are you doing?"
"Relax. I am doing nothing that will harm you."
Natsu looked at the sunrays falling on the bed and didn't talk further, even when Gray took off his shirt as well and tossed it somewhere.
Gray sat down on the bed next to the dragon slayer with a bruised cheek and blood trickling slowly from his lower lip. He spat the blood with a grimace."Good job Natsu. Next time, you have to make sure that I am not able to talk anymore."
Natsu couldn't see the black haired from his position, nonetheless, his eyes looked apologetic. "I… am sorry."
"Nah. It's nothing compared to our fights, but this one really caught me off guard."
Natsu felt the cool air surrounding his upper bare half and dug his fists into the sheets, not knowing what to do or what to expect from Gray at all.
"Relax Natsu."
Gray's fingers barely hovered over Natsu's back, yet Natsu flinched as if feeling the warmth they radiated on top of his body. Gray smiled, feeling slight pain in his cheek when he did.
"So uh. Tell me, what was Igneel like… Back then?"
"Why do you want to know?" Natsu sounded surprised, and if it wasn't Gray, anyone could miss the sudden joy in the pink haired's tone.
"Just curious you know."
Natsu's cheek nuzzled with the pillow, not knowing how to start with a trace of a sad smile on his face. "What can I say? He was loving I guess. I loved him very much, and I strongly believe that he did too. He is my father after all."
"Hmm. What else?" Gray's hand moved to bury itself in Natsu's pink locks that looked like a scattered petals of a rose on the white sheets. The hand moved to pet the hair ever so slowly and Natsu's eyes threatened to shut completely while feeling the firm, yet gentle palm of the other.
"I probably told you that before… he was the one who trained me hard. Although he was loving, he didn't have mercy when it came to mastering the Dragon Slayer magic. Sometimes, he used to forbid food for days if I didn't do what he wanted."
Gray snorted. "And knowing how stubborn you are…"
"Yeah, it was difficult and we had our fights and all."
Gray chuckled and Natsu's ear twitched. Suddenly, Gray's voice wasn't so bad to listen to. "How about you? How did your father look like?" Natsu asked, and felt the hand in his hair abruptly pause, but eventually continued, even gentler than before.
"Can't say. I was young back there and you know how kids misunderstand their parents all the time."
"What exactly did you misunderstand?"
Natsu felt the warmth moving to his shoulder, as Gray's hands didn't seem to miss a detail starting from the back of his neck, moving to the contour of the shoulder's tan muscles till the end. He caressed the flesh underneath with ceaseless care, and frisky movements.
"Oh you know. Basic things… like how I never heard him say that he loves me or that he even cares about me."
Natsu's eyes widened.
"Can't be sure. Maybe he did. But I guess I don't care. I think he cared enough and I saw it when Deliora attacked our town." Gray's other hand rubbed Natsu's left shoulder as the fire mage felt that he was getting… warmer with each tingle of the stimulating touches. Both of the palms were jiggling something fluttery that he could feel forming in the lower part of his stomach.
"Once, my mother told me that I was just like my father. And that she was scared that I will make her grandchildren feel miserable… Guess she was right."
Natsu's hand caught Gray's one on his left shoulder without turning around, catching Gray off guard.
"This… is not cold. I am sure."
Gray blinked, not able to see Natsu's expression, neither was he able to analyze the way those green eyes looked at him from the far corner of the pink haired's eyes. "It's warm."
The pale hand was untangled slowly from Natsu's, moving back to his shoulders to resume the former feathery touches.
Gray observed the view in front of him, absolutely getting speechless over the majestic tan smooth skin that showed a clear contrast to the whiteness that surrounded it. How flexible his upper back-bones showed whenever the boy shifted, it was a striking sight, in addition to the impressive beauty marks. There was this particular big one directly under the boy's shoulder blade, while other small ones were distributed generously on the surface of the skin.
He could feel the slight shiver under his curious finger tips that traced the marks from the upper half of the back until he reached the boy's waist line.
"I never thought that I will say this, but…" Gray chuckled, "You are… stunning, Natsu."
Gray could only see Natsu's ears flushed, however, the boy's cheeks were fresh dark cherries.
"Hey bastard, stop… messing with me. Literally, get your hands off me!"
"I thought you said you won't be complaining whatever happened?"
"I am not, I am just-"
Natsu was pushed into a seating position, with his bare back pressing against Gray's bare chest. A massive spark rose as soon as the pink haired boy's skin came in contact with the other. His burning hot face turned to his back to find blue eyes staring at him, not taking the pressure of those azures' intense stare that was boring into his soul.
That's why he looked in front of him again, his heart producing wild beats.
"Stop looking at me like that."
"Like what?" It was a mere hot whisper in the ear.
Natsu gasped, his hands instantly flew to his ear, blocking it while his cheeks got even redder. Seconds passed before the black haired male takes Natsu's hand off and leans down to nip slowly at the topmost part of the boy's flushed ear.
"G-Gray?!"
"No, no. No talking." Gray's fingers brushed Natsu's lips, silently warning him to stay quiet, establishing another spark as the warm lips were caressed by the probing rough thumbs. Natsu was loosing it. Every time he tries to warn the other, or stop him from doing something, it seemed to reflect completely opposite on him. Whilst his lips were enticed with mere alluring rough brushes, he struggled with himself and fought it hard, not to take those fingers into his mouth, and god only knows why he wanted to do that, so badly as the south regions between his legs were developing slight pain mixed with an awkward desire. He couldn't understand himself anymore.
The once cool air around his naked upper half was getting warmer and warmer. It might be just his body, he couldn't tell. Glistening beads of sweat were already visible, making Natsu's back feel sticky with the other's chest.
He wanted to understand what Gray wanted by sending such heat and want into his body, nevertheless, he met the other's gaze, and he couldn't talk, couldn't breathe, couldn't think, couldn't see nothing but one man who gave him this look that he could only describe by wild and starving.
Gray left Natsu hands only to hold his body closer with one arm wrapped around his waist and the other arm around Natsu's chest making it difficult to Natsu to possess any hope of escaping anymore.
The sunlight turned from bright orange to a darker shade of red, orange, and yellow, reflecting the spicy mixture of color in the green eyes. Gray leaned in, his hot breath tingling the other's lips as the pink haired unconsciously parted them, not feeling himself inclining upwards at all with a shallow breathing sound. Natsu couldn't remember the last time he didn't want to be interrupted while doing something. He felt like if Happy suddenly barged in, Lucy, Ezra or anyone, he wouldn't be able to stop himself. He wouldn't be able to shake off this atmosphere for whoever when he just saw one person in front him.
"Please… just-"
Gray didn't need to be told please huskily twice. He forbade the other from talking when he nipped at his parted lower lip, going to the corner as he tortured the pink haired's needy mouth. He was avoiding kissing him directly just to see how the other desperately wanted to, when he tried to take Gray's mouth in this.
"Jerk…" Natsu's breath came out feebly as well as his voice. Gray liked it.
Gray wanted to play more, nevertheless, he was impatient too so he moved forward to take the fiery mouth with his, forcing a delicious moan out of Natsu whose eyes widened, not believing what he has just produced. The other won't give Natsu a break to think anymore when the kiss became more passionate and desperately needy. Gray's hands unconsciously moved to his chest hard muscles, spreading crazy fire in them, and at some point, Natsu didn't know whether to whimper because of the restless hot tongue inside his mouth, or because of the fingers that accidentally brushed his nipples over and over again while feeling up his sweaty chest.
Growing suddenly embarrassed and troubled, Natsu's knees bucked up pressing against each other as his toes curled helplessly around the bed sheets, trying to suppress the hardness forming between his trembling legs.
"Gra-"
Gray didn't want to listen as he latched his lips to Natsu's seductively, and it wasn't helping his problem. He tried snapping out of it and calling for the guy again, but his own thumping heart didn't want to when Gray's moist tongue licked the outline of his lips, going into his mouth to taste the heated watery cavern. Natsu had explosions of heat penetrating his lower half when their tongues met and when he felt desperate while sucking and licking the other's, not understanding the mysterious aching desire.
Gray was practically making love to Natsu with his lips and mouth. He kissed him on the most direct angles, the most awkward angles, angles that couldn't be kissed, and angles that could until the boy gasped and-
"No, No! Stop! Please stop!"
Natsu panted hard and squeezed his toes around the white sheets hardly and pulled back closing his legs together.
"Shit… shit…"
Gray looked both irritated and confused at the other. "What the fuck…?"
Then he noticed how Natsu was panting hard burying his head in his knees.
"Don't tell me you…"
"-Shut up!"
"I didn't say anything!"
"I tried to warn you and you just… I am going to the bathroom-"
Before Natsu could move and inch, Gray yanked him back and kissed him roughly, muffling his protests. The pink haired boy's blush covered all of his face when Gray pried his legs open, his hand moving down to touch Natsu where no one has ever touched him before, slowly unbuttoning and unzipping his Jeans.
Natsu pulled back despite how Gray tempted his mouth to stay occupied.
"You can't!"
"Yes, I can." Gray nipped his ear.
"Gray stop! It's-It's d-dirty!"
"Did I say that I mind?"
Natsu sharply panted for breath as the rough fingers slipped into his pants feeling him up and down.
"Can't believe that you are already this wet…" Damn Gray and his crazy ear obsession that only drove Natsu to the edge.
"Whose fault is it?! Stop I said!" He wasn't so convincing because that last moan, was the sexiest thing Gray has ever heard.
"Mine. It's my fault… Stop struggling."
Natsu's face didn't need to get burned more. "W-what the hell are you talking about it, idi-Ha…"
His neck was inflamed by sticky kisses. He bit his lips hard when the other sucked and bit hard, trying to keep obscene sounds muffled whilst the seducing lips violated him.
"Dammit… Gray…"
The pink haired turned around temporarily irritated because their bodies were longer touching. He pinned Gray to the bed and hurried to seal their mouths together, surprising Gray a bit.
'He is one hot wild cat…'
The black haired male grinned pushed Natsu down so that their chests were glued. The pink haired boy breathed and panted into Gray's mouth when his nipples rubbed against the hard chest muscles. Sunlight got an intense shade of color, falling on the two clingy bodies that sought out the passion and heat from each other. The room was filled with wet arbitrary sounds of sucking and kissing, radiating impossible heat that Gray could not believe he could endure.
Natsu couldn't remember amidst of the heated frenzy when he was forced to be under the other dressed in nothing, while Gray still had his pants on. Now this was ironic. Also, he couldn't figure out how the hell he gave the other the liberty of using his lower half as he pleased.
He squirmed and groaned at the foreign feeling penetrating through him, but the sweaty ice-mage didn't give him time to even think or ask about it, sucking his neck and biting the shoulder as the other panted still feeling the awkwardness and slight pain when the other was preparing him thoroughly. Even though it was awkward and painful, he got so used to the feeling that he felt a void when it was taken away from him.
Gray raised the other's hips upwards and silently conveyed his message to the pink haired who straddled Gray's waist, still ignorant of the reason he's doing it for.
And suddenly he knew why.
His eyes widened spilling tears with a sharp cry, sensing a familiar pain in the back.
"You… You…"
Gray smirked despite of the unbearable heat sucking him in. "Yes, me."
"I… I will never-Ah!"
Gray pounded hard, deliberately silencing the pink haired with the pain.
"You listen to me, dumbass-Shit…" Gray tried to control the situation, finding it hard despite of what Hibiki trashed his mind with and the boy leaned down, whispering incoherent words into Natsu's ears.
Mine…
Your lips are mine, your eyes are mine, your sounds are mine…
Your hair, breath, touch, body and soul are mine…
You will never escape from me, until death has interfered…
And if you tried to say foolish things like you are going to leave me, then…
I WILL DESTROY. YOU.
Natsu's nails and teeth dug deeper into Gray's shoulder and back while tears ran down from his eyes falling on Gray's back and disappearing onto the bed, swirling his toes around themselves as the sun gave its most strongest angry red rays.
"I will destroy you… I will destroy you, I WILL KILL YOU!"
Natsu was no longer on the bed. He was shoved harshly against the backing board, carried by the other in the air, with his hips still around Gray who pounded into him hard one more time , enough to break down one of the bed's wooden beams under the mattress. Natsu half gasped and half sniffled at the act, not expecting such a mean angry move.
When they were sitting earlier in the restaurant until they reached the house, Gray looked completely neutral and understanding to Natsu's wish. Natsu didn't expect him to react that way.
Gray was so damn angry all the time inside.
Part of the tears resulted because of the immense pleasure and pain that surged in him, another part because of Happiness that Gray has such violent stormy feelings towards him, and the last part because of raw fear. He could tell that Gray wasn't throwing an empty threat when he felt a momentarily chill in his body.
The aggravated Ice-mage gradually calmed down when he saw Natsu trying to muffle his own voice and tears. He kissed the pink locks, delving deeper and deeper into the depths of Natsu, trying to deliver his lust and desire for the other.
"Don't forget that… ever. You are so dead."
Natsu panted, and rested forehead against the other, concealing a hand in the night black hair, and tried to speak when he could barely breathe with a rich waterfall of tears on his face.
"U-understand… I… Gah… Understand. Y-You t-too… understand…"
"Ok." Gray smiled and kissed him long and hard.
"-C-c…" the pink haired boy panted, "Curse… y-ou…"
