Naruto's Wedding

"They're here," Sasuke stated raising his Fire Sword as a massive army of the creatures the Forbidden sent from rifts marched out of the trees. "You all know your orders. Lethal force. None get through."

A small army of several hundred Uchiha cheered and then the two armies charged.

The piano began and everyone stood, turning to the aisle as Hinata began forward, wearing a beautiful pale lavender wedding dress, instead of the usual white, that had two decorative straps about a third of the way down her upper arms each three inches and made out of lace with a flower design and matched the top three inches or so of the trim of the dress's trim, a cloth belt around her waist and tied in a bow at the back with the straps hanging almost to the ground, and that fell straight down rather than flaring outward. With it, she wore a pair of gloves that reached just above her elbows, lavender shoes with short heels, and had her hair, minus the strands that always framed her face, in a ponytail tied with a string of lavender tinted pearls. She had a slight blush across her face and was blushing slightly at the attention she was getting, but her eyes remained locked on Naruto's. He stood at the alter, hands clasped in front of his waist, smiling at her as she approached. He was dressed in an orange tuxedo with a white shirt underneath, an orange bow tie, and orange sandals.

Everyone completely ignored the explosions and sounds of battle coming from the edge of the village. They were in a field Yamato had made at the Third Training Ground that was surrounded by Cherry Blossom trees and all had better things to focus on, namely the wedding. Besides, they had all been informed of the Forbidden's army moving toward the Hidden Leaf Village and it was arriving right on time.

"Shisui, on your right!" Sasuke shouted, Susanoo leveling groups of the creatures with each swing of its sword.

Shisui spun, seeing that the Uchiha to his right were being forced back. He sent a wave of fire to clear the creatures, allowing them to regroup for a moment. then, the army surged forward, blasting through the Uchiha in the center and flooding toward the Village. Just as they did, a massive wave of sand shot up in front of them, killing all of the creatures that had gotten through and clearing the ones around the wounded Uchiha.

"Sorry we're late," Gaara apologized as he and Yagura both landed in the middle, Yagura sporting one tail and Gaara not in his cloak.

"Dearly Beloved, we are gathered here today-" Minato began but was drowned out by a massive explosion in the distance. "-in holy matrimony."

Creatures surged past the line of combatants, none of the village's defense dead but a lot wounded and the sheer number making it hard for even Gaara and Yagura to stop them. Sasuke appeared in front of them, Susanoo reforming and creating a sword. The moment the creatures were in range, the sword lit up with Amaterasu and Sasuke began to mow them down again, the fire spreading to other creatures but never to the ground, thanks to Sasuke's control.

As the creatures began to get close to slipping past Sasuke, the entirety of the army was suddenly launched backward and Nagato and Konan walked up beside Sasuke, who nodded to them. Gaara turned to block a stab, a bit too late, and found that it had been redirected into another creature by a Johyo, belonging to Matsuri. Matsuri ran over, pulling her Johyo back as she did and smiled at Gaara who smiled back.

"I promise to always be faithful, and to do everything I can to make you happy," Hinata vowed. "I will always be there if you need me and I will never leave you."

"I promise to always be faithful to you," Naruto vowed, insides still fluttering from the fact that he was actually, finally, marrying Hinata. "I will always be there to protect you and will always do my best to keep you safe. I will do everything in my power to never leave you again."

Creatures streamed into the street over the wall opposite the defense. Just as they arrived, however, a massive tentacle flattened those in the street and a massive bolt of lightning shot down from the sky, blasting the creatures outside the wall. B landed on a roof with Yugito beside him and Omoi and Ameyuri landed on the opposite building. Creatures began to flood over the wall again but Temujin stepped out of an alleyway, stabbing the lead creature and sending green Gelel flames blasting through the creatures, stopping just short of the wall.

"We've got this side," Omoi said into his com unit.

"Copy," Sasuke stated. "They aren't going to get past us."

"Do you, Naruto, take this woman as your lawfully wedded wife, for better or for worse, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?" Minato spoke, no one needing to even think to know Naruto's answer.

"I do," Naruto nodded smiling.

"And do you, Hinata, take this man as your lawfully wedded husband, for better or for worse, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?" Minato asked.

Hinata opened her mouth to answer but was crying too hard out of joy to speak so she simply nodded, her reaction making naruto and Minato both grin and struggle not to laugh.

Creatures blasted through the main gate, flooding into the village. ANBU from all six of the Great Shinobi Villages, Ryuzetsu with the Kusagakure ANBU, met the creatures anywhere they went, laying waste to them. The creatures here numbered well beyond a hundred thousand, however, and quickly forced their way past the ANBU. When they converged into a massive army in the main street again, they found Roshi, Han, and Utakata waiting, all in their highest, Version One forms.

"No way are you getting to that wedding," Utakata stated. "We'll handle these."

"Copy," Shisui confirmed.

Naruto took his ring from Konohamaru and turned to Hinata, smiling as he saw she was still wearing the engagement ring he had given her. He took Hinata's hand and smiled again.

"With this ring, I be wed," Naruto stated, slipping the ring onto her finger.

Creatures poured over the side of the Hokage Monument only to find Fu waiting with her scroll unfurled.

"Nice try," Fu smirked. "Hidden Technique, Pillars of Light!" Fu shouted.

Her portal opened fully and dozens upon dozens of Fu clones, each with Version one cloaks with six tails flooded out, tearing into the army of creatures before her.

"Monument secure," Fu stated. "I'll be done shortly. We'd better wrap things up though. Otherwise, we'll be late."

"Acknowledged," Itachi reported.

"If anyone has a reason why these two should not be wed, speak now or forever hold your peace," Minato invited, receiving only the sounds of battle in return.

Sasuke let his Susanoo disappear and turned sprinting toward the wedding with Itachi, Gaara, Shisui, Yagura, Matsuri, Nagato, and Konan as Konan's paper clones and Itachi's shadow clones cleaned up the last dozen on their side.

Ryuzetsu, Yugao, Hayate, Roshi, Han, and Utakata all left the ANBU to finish the last handful, deciding to catch the end of the wedding.

B, Yugito, Temujin, Omoi, and Ameyuri all left, Omoi having five clones finish up their fight as they left for the wedding.

Fu left for the wedding, taking her scroll, since all the clones had been released. She sent some of her clones to each of the other battles to help in the cleanup while the majority stayed to finish up at her own battle.

"I now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Naruto Uzumaki," Minato stated proudly. "You may kiss the bride."

Naruto smiled, having sensed all of their friends arrive a moment earlier, then leaned forward, and kissed Hinata. She kissed him back instantly, everyone present cheering as her arms wrapped around his neck and his hand rested on her hips. After several seconds, they parted and a moment later, Naruto and Hinata walked down the aisle and to the buffet table that was waiting. In the center was a cake that stood twenty feet tall and was forty feet across at the base. Beside that on one side was a massive metal bowl filled with Ichiraku's ramen as a wedding gift for Naruto and beside it a plate piled four feet high with cinnamon rolls for Hinata. There were actual gifts too, but those were the two that stood out to them. The rest of the table was covered in everything from spaghetti, to burgers, to fried pork, steaks, rice balls, even a bowl of wasabi.

Since Naruto and Hinata had decided against Bride's Maids and Groom's Men, everyone else followed them to the table and Naruto picked up the knife, holding it out to Hinata. She took it and he picked her up, flying up to the top of the cake so that she could cut it with the knife. She laughed but before she could cut a piece out, Naruto flew back down, picking up the plates and spinning, a single plate flying to everyone on one revolution before he set the others down. Then, he drew the Sword of Kusanagi and extended the blade, cutting the cake into perfect triangular slices in a flurry of slashes, all of which sailed into the air. A single piece landed on each plate before the remaining pieces all landed on the cake's plate again, with the figurines, the groom having been painted into an orange tux and given blonde hair and the bride, who the groom was holding, painted into a lavender dress and given long blue hair and pale eyes, landed on top of the remaining pieces standing up and facing the now cheering crowd.
