My reason this week I left my charger at my cousin's house, so I couldn't get much work done. Anyway, I don't want to keep you waiting too much longer, so ON WITH THE STORY!

Dark Pit and co. flew out the door, Dark Pit doing a loop happily.
"Finally!" Dark Pit yelled.
"Right," Viridi said, "anyway, Pit's going to Palutena's Temple to stop the Chaos Kin. Are you going?"
"Of course we are!" Ignast said.
"Let's do it!" Haizina yelled, summoning a darkness bow. Dark Pit nodded and began to fly towards the temple. They were pretty far away, nothing at all for the lighting chariot, but a least a few hours for those on wings. Considering how long it took him to neary defeat the Chaos Kin, Dark Pit assumed he had time.
"Uh, anyone else see that?" Haizina asked, pointing forward at a small blue spark in the distance. Suddenly, something flashed past them, and then there was a bolt of lighting following it.
"Uh," Ignast said, "what was…" A chariot parked next to them in the air. Phosphra was in it, holding the reins of the lightning chariot.
"Phosphra, could we use that?" Haizina asked.
"Ugh, to the angel of Medusa? No," Phosphra said.
"But we need to get to the Choas Kin quickly!" Ignast said.
"Nope," Phosphra said, preparing to spur the unicorns onward.
"One more move and you won't be able to deal with us," Dark Pit said, pointing his Dark Pit Staff at Phosphra's head.
"That's what I'm looking for!" Phosphra said happily, floating out of the chariot. "It's got SO boring with no one to fight now that Mistress Viridi won't let me fight the Chaos Kin. How about double or nothing? You win, and you can use the Chariot whenever you want, but if you lose, you can NEVER use it!" Dark Pit groaned.
"We're doing this for the best of the world!" Dark Pit said. "But if we have to fight you, so be it!" He shot Phosphra who quikly dodged and zapped him back with a bolt of lighting. He swapped to his silver bow and detached the two sides, deciding to get up close and personal. He quickly flew up to her and slashed at her over and over while Ignast and Hazina shot from below. Phosphra melted into lighting and got a good distance away before beginning to snipe them.
"Going melee isn't going to stop her!" Haizina said, dodging bolts of lighting. "Let's try this!" Haizina held up her hand, and a portal appeared in the sky, and a swarm of monoeyes spawned out of it. They surronded Phosphra, attempting to grab her. Phosphra fought, but Dark Pit and Ignast quickly got into the fight, taking up Phosphra's attention. Eventually, the Monoeye's managed to grab her, and Dark Pit used his powers to stop her from changing into lighting temporarily.
Haizina once again held up her hand, which this time morphed into a giant lance.
"DIE!" Haizine yelled, and she thrust the spear forward. However, she, somehow, missed, and the spear went above Phosphra, Phosphra still let out a gasp as though it had hit her. There was a shriek, and the Chaos Kin fell down from above Phosphra. It shrieked again, before quickly flying away.
"She's out cold," Ignast said, poking Phosphra in the arm.
"Whatever, let's get over there," Dark Pit said, jumping onto the Lighting Chariot. Immediately, a swarm of Underworld Monsters appeared.
"Now I can't let you go help Pitty can I?" came Hades voice. The monsters began to close in.
"Dark Pit!" Viridi yelled. "Hurry! Pit's about to fight the Chaos Kin!"
"Go!" Ignast said. "We can hold them back!"
"Hurry and defeat the Chaos Kin!" Haizina yelled, preparing to fight the horde.
"Hey, aren't you that angel that was always at talking to Medusa?" Hades said. Dark Pit, meanwhile, didn't hesitate, and spurred the unicorns on. "Get the clone minions!" The monsters tried to keep up, but couldn't, falling behind as Dark Pit gained speed, the surroundings becoming blurred.
"What's going on with Pit?" Dark Pit asked Viridi.
"He almost got the Chaos Kin down!" Viridi said. Dark Pit once again urged the unicorns faster.
"Impossible," Dark Pit said, going faster and faster. "I couldn't defeat that thing that fast."
"Wait... he's got it!" Viridi yelled. "The Chaos Kin is down!"
"It can't be..." Dark Pit said, not altering his course. How could it? Dark Pit couldn't beat it after nearly an hour of fighting it. Here Pit beat it in 10 minutes.
"Wait!" Viridi yelled. "It's still alive! It's stole Palutena's soul, and now it's making a rip in reality to the Chaos Vortex!" Dark Pit growled, spurring the unicorns faster.
"OUT OF THE WAY, COMING THROUGH!" Dark Pit yelled as Palutena's Temple past him in a blur, and he slammed the chariot into the rip. He was was pushed off by the force of the impact, and groaned as he flew through the air. His head was blank for a few seconds, before he tried to get up. He saw Pit staring at him, confused. "There's no time to talk about it! We have to go help Palutena NOW!" Dark Pit said, struggling to get up. The rip was still open. He watched as Pit was extracted, then got up, groaning. His arm had been broken from the shock of moving from practically the speed of light to normal speed, then hitting the ground, but he was alive. He activated the power of flight, hovering in front of the rip. He took a deep breath, then sent himself through. He summoned his silver bow in his good arm, and Ignast and Haizina flew through the rip.
"You're hurt!" Ignast said, noticing the numerous bruises and broken arm.
"Here," Haizina said, summoning a drink of the gods in a cloud of darkness. Dark Pit quickly drank it, and was immediately healed.
"Thanks," Dark Pit said, moving his left arm experimentally.
"What's the plan?" Haizina asked.
"Pit'll be here in a few minutes," Dark Pit said, remembering the time effect. "I don't think I'll be able to fight the Chaos Kin without his help," Dark Pit admitted. "But we may be able to ready ourselves, find out our surroundings, that kind of stuff."
"You most certainly could," came the voice of the Chaos Kin, "but it won't do you any good." Suddenly, Dark Pit was back in the black void he was in when he was transformed into a ring. The human form of the Chaos Kin stood in front of him smiling.
"You!" Dark Pit yelled.
"Yes, me," the Chaos Kin said. "You cannot hurt me right now, and I cannot hurt you. I am simply sending you a vision."
"What do you want?" Dark Pit asked.
"I cannot lie," the Chaos Kin said, "as you know. So I will inform you that you and Pit together... will be able to defeat me."
"So why are you telling me this?" Dark Pit asked suspiciously.
"Because even if you do kill me, one of you will perish. And I have my eyes set on you," the Chaos Kin said.
"Get to the point already!"
"Once again, mortal impatience. But fine. I have great respect for you, angel. You are, infact, the only creature, mortal or otherwise, to resist my ability to take over your body. So much so that I had to take over your twin instead. So I ask you this: become a commander of my army, and you will not die. We will KILL Pit together!" Dark Pit let out a chuckle. "What's so funny?!"
"I'm no pawn," Dark Pit said. "It's like what I said to Medusa. I get rid of Pit, but only after I'm finished with you!" Dark Pit focused all his powers on destroying this vision, and it worked. Everything was the same as he remembered it. However, in front of him a wave of monsters were coming, of all the armies, and even a kind of technology ones Dark Pit hadn't fought.
"Enemies!" Iganst yelled, and he flew toward them.
"Guys," Dark Pit said, "you hold them off, I'm going bug hunting."
"Got it," Haizina said, and she took off after Ignast. Dark Pit watched as Pit flew through the portal, with the Palutena bow in hand.
"Let the hunt begin," Dark Pit said, and he sped off in to find the Chaos Kin.
