A/N No comment.
Next door I was lying in bed with a bad back.
Everyone was laid up in bed from their encounter with a black and red maniac, but not me or Shifu.
Shifu was ok, me on the other hand… not so much, I had an encounter with an Orange and Black tiger that had one bad dream to many, and near about broke me in half when she got too scared.
I had bandages wrapped all throughout my mid-section. Everyone else was lucky enough to sleep through their pain, not me; nope I had the pleasure of staring up at the ceiling while it felt like someone was hitting me with a sledge hammer on my spinal cord.
I tried to sit up, I got a little of the bed and then it popped and I fell back down, and moaned in agony.
"SHEIT" I said loudly in a kind of growling voice.
Great I'm laid up in a bed and probably won't be able to move anytime soon, just great. Not only that but GDI are moving through the portal and we can't stop it, and there is four GDI soldiers locked up in the basement… oh no…
…
"I'm getting tired of sitting around" one of them said lightly tossing a rock he found; form where he was sitting against the wall.
"Yeah me too" another said sitting up from the dungeon bench he was lying on.
"What you want to break out, Callahan?" Jacob said not even turning around from where he had his hands hanging out of the door…
They all stopped and looked at him.
"No, these doors weren't made so someone on the inside could push them open; nope they were made so whoever was imprisoned here would stay here as long as the outsiders wanted them to… for us that's a long, long time" Jacob said turning around slowly with a pure native New York City accent, that was where him and his parents where from.
It was apparent that Jacob was far more careful thinker then his younger brother.
There was silence…
"Well do you have a better idea, other than waiting for our deaths here?" the fourth one said, he was the same one who had been stunned earlier.
Jacob looked at him for a second, then he took his helmet off to reveal his face, he had brown eyes, he had a full head of silver hair and he had a big scar running down his cheek.
He walked over to the dungeon benches that were made of wood, he full a thin sharp piece, that was about two inches long off and walked back over the door.
He reached through one of the holes and stuck the piece of wood in the key hole.
He fiddled around a minute or two and then the lock made a noise, to the amazement of the others, he then pushed it open and turned around.
"Do you want to leave now or later" Jacob said with a smile.
"Right now!" one of them said with joy as he walking out.
Jacob smiled and put his helmet on and they all left.
…
As bad as it hurt I was half way across the room, I picked up a pulse rifle and used it as a cane as I made my way out the door slowly.
I limped down the hall and outside.
It was night time.
I looked in front of me… stairs.
"Shit" I said as I limped towards them.
I carefully made my down each one towards the arena where the orca was parked.
I got about halfway down and I heard voices.
I looked towards the hall of heroes; I saw four golden figures heading down the stairs.
I then heard a light footstep behind of me; I turned around and saw a tiger looking at me.
"What are you doing Niko, and why do you have that" she said.
"Well first I want to thank you, for hurting my back, next I want to apologize to you, for getting all of your friends hurt" I said as I turned around and looked at them.
She saw them too.
"Who are they?" she asked.
"Those are our golden friends. They decided they wanted go for a midnight stroll into town." I said.
I tried to pick up the pulse rifle but my back hurt too bad, I had to put it down.
"Did I really hurt you that bad?" she asked.
"Yes you did" I said in a painful whisper.
"Well what can I do?" she said.
"Nothing, you can't have this gun because it's my cane, and they are armed… I think." I said.
"We can't just let them walk" she said.
"No I don't think their gonna walk, their gonna fly" I said as I watched them make their way towards the Orca.
"Ok we can't let them fly" she said.
"I know" I said as I began limping down the stairs.
We got into the light of the torches.
We were moving quietly and then something happened.
They were almost to the Orca and then a small shadow jumped out of nowhere.
It was Shifu!
He didn't bother with words; he got in his fighting position.
They looked at him, exchanged glances and then busted out laughing.
Tigress looked offended.
One of them stepped up to Shifu but he was taken out quickly.
I heard one of them say "so the rat is looking for a fight." As he charged at Shifu along with another soldier.
The last one just stood there and watched as they got knocked out.
He appeared to be smarter than others.
I looked at him he was average sized, standard GDI armor, with a big 666 stamped across his chest and back… wait a 666 that's him! That's that evil brother of mine who I have been looking for.
I began limping extremely fast despite the pain, it didn't even bother me anymore I had my eyes on the target.
Tigress stopped me "Where are you going" she said as she help me back.
"That's him! That's my brother" I said with hatred.
Her mouth dropped open and she looked at him…
"How do you know? What if he's someone else?" She said glancing between me and him.
"That's him, see the big 666 stamped across his chest" I said watching him with hatred.
She took a better and saw it…
"Look you don't want to do this as bad as you think you do." She said tightening her grip.
"I don't want too but it's an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth… its justice." I said limping forward out of her paws.
She stood their silent a minute…
"Look if you do this, don't come back to me, don't ask for forgiveness, we had an agreement, you would serve only when it was necessary." She said.
I grinded my teeth together and slowly turned around…
"Don't you think its necessary for me to honor my parents? He killed them, my brother included, and he turned me into this, and you want me to let him walk?" I said quietly.
"Yes he did, but do you know what else he did? He saved you from a dying world, and he brought you to me." She said.
I stood their quiet for a moment.
"The bad outweighs the good he's done, I don't forgive him for what he's done…" I said.
She looked at me…
"Fine then don't forgive him, leave it at that. Honestly, do you think that killing him will give you satisfaction? Do you think your parents would be happy with you for killing him, no matter what he did?" She said.
I looked her up and down…
"You know what? I wish they were here, so that I could ask them… I wish they were here so I could ask them a lot of things, but you know what? They're dead! I will never see them again, I'll never know any of the things they knew, and I'll never have what Jacob had… I will always be some bent-up, old murderer, with a hurt back… I can never change, I will always be me! I will always be an Apostle in the Nod Army with no future, and no life… and if I let him live I might not even have that after this… And the worst part is you know it's true!" I said tearing up.
She looked at me hard and then hugged me…
"Don't say that…" she whispered into my ear, "Why do you think I am trying to stop you from doing this? Do you honestly think that if I believed that I would be doing this right now?" She said letting tears hit my shoulder…
A/N alright I am going to cut it short here, because it will go on for a good long while… and I don't want to type anymore today… So until this weekend!
