Ryo looked down at the boxes on her bed; one in particular brought tears to her eyes. It was a small box that had been waiting when she arrived home the day before. It was from her…. Her fiancé. She whipped away the tears that came to her eyes as she thought about it. She hadn't put on the ring yet, but she knew she had to soon. If she didn't her Grandfather would be upset. She sighed and pulled the ring out and slipped it onto her finger. The door opened suddenly and Rio walked in. He paused as he noticed the ring on her finger.

"Ryo?"

"I'm okay." Ryo smiled. "I know what I'm doing."

"Are you sure?" Rio frowned.

"Yeah." Ryo nodded. "Can you tell the others that I said goodbye? Yukki, Luc, Serenity, Tsukiko, and Haruhi?"

He nodded and sighed. "I'll let them know… I'll come visit you when I can and good luck with your fiancé."

"I'll be fine." Ryo nodded. "And you be good to Yukki! You two are so perfect for each other."

Rio smiled and hugged her. "I love you little sis."

There was a cough from the doorway. Ryo looked over Rio's shoulder and saw her father and mother. "Ryoko." Her father sighed.

"It's okay Dad." She walked over and hugged both of her parents. "I'm fine. You don't have to worry about me."

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Her mother asked. "You don't have to go with your grandfather…. We want you to stay here and we don't require anything from you." Her mother looked on the edge of tears.

"Mom I know what I'm doing, and I don't plan on changing my choice." She hugged her mother tightly. "This is my choice and I'm not changing it. I would have left eventually, and now I'm going to go get closer to Grandfather. I'll still be able to visit."

"Alright." Her father sighed. "I see there is nothing we can do to change your choice… We'll support you." He patted her head. "My little Ryo…. You'd better inform us when the wedding is. We are going to be there."

"Of course." Ryo smiled. She hugged her mom again and then headed downstairs. She found her twin siblings sitting on the couch waiting for her. "Tomo? Tomoyo?" She blinked looking at the two.

They both hugged her at the same time. "You'd better come home soon." Tomo grinned. "I can't wait to see you again!"

"I'll miss you." Tomoyo smiled and hugged Ryo tightly. "And when you've moved into your new place I want to come visit you!"

"Alright." Ryo smiled and patted her sibling's heads. "I'll see you soon then." She looked up to see her grandfather standing at the door. "I'm ready." She walked past her siblings and out the door, past her Grandfather. "Let's go."

Her grandfather silently followed her. Ryo got into the car and fingered the ring on her finger as her grandfather followed her and then ordered the driver to start driving. Ryo looked out the window as they drove and watched as her house disappeared. She would miss that house, her family, her friends, Kyouya.

Ryo closed her eyes and tried to keep herself from crying. This is the path I've chosen. I have to live with it! She opened her eyes and looked down at her ring. This is my future and my life now…. I can't change that. She looked over at her grandfather. "How long is the drive?"

"Two hours." He answered calmly. "You might as well start reading up on the business." He pulled out a book and handed it to her. "There you go."

"Thank you Grandfather." She took the book and began reading. Goodbye old life…. Goodbye Kyouya…. She whispered in her head. She paused as she looked out the window and noticed they were passing by the high school. Goodbye everyone…. Mori-Senpai, Honey-Senpai, Tamaki-Senpai, Hikaru, Kaoru, Haruhi, Serenity, Tsukiko, Lucia, Yuuki, and Kyouya-Senpai…. I will never see you again in the way I always saw you.

A phone suddenly rang. "It's for you, Ryoko." Her Grandfather passed her a phone. "It's your fiancé, Kei Hiroyuki."

Ryoko gulped and took the phone. This would be her first time talking to her future husband. She took a deep breath. "Hello?"

"Is this Ryoko?" A deep young male voice asked.

"Yes." Ryoko answered. "Hello, Kei."
