Chapter 9: Spring-trapped
A few hours later, Nette wanted everyone to gather over at Freddy's house so they could discuss what they were going to do. When Nette, Foxy, Mangle, Bon Bon, Thunder, Frank and Springtrap arrived and were shocked to see Bonnie there.
"BONNIE? YOU'RE BACK!" Bon Bon yelled.
Bonnie had no time to react when Bon Bon tackled him hard enough to send the whole couch falling back taking out Freddy and Chi Chi with them. The bunnies laughed while Bonnie gave Bon Bon a noogie.
"I didn't think you were coming back!" Bon Bon said.
"Well I did, Bonnie the bunny is back for good." Bonnie announced.
Everyone was clapping and cheering, except for Springtrap who wasn't aware of the situation nor did he really care. Nette was especially happy to see that everyone was accounted for.
"Okay everyone listen up, I've finally decided who will be grouped up with each other. Group 1 will be Foxy, Mangle, Thunder and Frank, group 2 will be Bon Bon, Chica, Chi Chi, Freddy and Bonnie. And that just leaves me and Springtrap." Nette explains.
Everyone nods accepting their group and looking at each other. Nette then walks over to Bonnie.
"Oh and Bonnie?"
"Yeah?"
Nette slaps him in the face hard again.
"OW! Why did you do that?" Bonnie rubbed his cheek.
"Don't leave us again during a serious situation or I'll break your neck." He threatened.
Bonnie shuttered at the thought. Freddy quickly whispered for Foxy, Bonnie and Chica to come closer to him. They noticed he looked a little nervous about something.
"What's wrong Freddy? Is it about the upcoming battle?" Chica asked.
"No...it's something more personal to me. I really want to tell you guys but I'm worried if you'll get mad at me." Freddy looked down in shame.
"Freddy you can tell us anything." Bonnie said.
"Yeah lad, just tell us what's the matter." Foxy said.
"Guys...last night...Golden appeared again...and I wasn't dreaming." Freddy told them.
The three were stunned, Golden showed up again? That didn't sound like good news to them.
"Well what did he want now? We put his body to rest." Foxy said.
"Yes but...guys listen carefully. Even after all the beatings, the torture, the humiliations and of course the pain that he's given me since we were little...I still love him. We're brothers...he wasn't evil like Fredrick...just a jerk. I'm still thinking about bringing him back to live. He's changed guys, I know, I can feel it in my heart that things would be different now. I miss him a lot, and he actually misses me...but I understand if you still hate him. However, it's MY decision, and I will chose whether he stays dead or comes back to life!" Freddy said.
He said that last part loud enough for all of them to hear, Nette looked rather nervous. Bonnie, Chica and Foxy look at each other wondering if this could be possible. Foxy felt the most confused since he was the one who actually killed Golden in the prison courtyard. Chica felt scared thinking that Golden could be playing a trick on him. Bonnie felt cautious as to how this could affect the team. But the three comes to an ultimate decision.
"Freddy...if you really care for him and think he's changed, we won't stop you. But how would it be possible to bring him back? Nette got lucky with keeping Foxy life when Fredrick nearly killed him." Bonnie said.
"Golden mentioned how special golden animals do have the power to bring back the lives of anyone through one wish. I guess they're like genie's or something, but you only get that one wish." Freddy explained.
The three nod before Nette cuts in.
"You want to speak with Springtrap now about it?" Nette asked.
"Not yet...save it for after we save this town." Freddy said.
BOOM! CRASH! THOOOOOOOOOOOM!
The entire neighborhood rocks as loud explosions, glass breaking and car alarms could be heard from downtown. Chi Chi looked out the front window to see a large cloud of smoke in the distance.
"It started." Chi Chi said.
"Damn it, EVERYONE LET'S GO! NO TIME TO WASTE!" Nette shouted.
He teleported them all downtown where they saw a horrifying sight. Countless clones of Shadow Freddy and Shadow Bonnie covered the city. People were either running for their lives, or being killed. Cars were being thrown and buildings were catching on fire. The whole town was in chaos.
"Oh no!" Freddy gasped.
"We've got trouble." Bonnie pointed out.
The gang found themselves being surrounded by at least 30 clones and they were about to pounce. Unlike Shadow Bonnie and Shadow Freddy, their clones had red eyes instead of white. Nette noticed Springtrap's anger rising to extreme levels, he was still pissed about Fredrick's chip causing his memories to be erased, he wanted to rip every single clone to shreds. His fists clenched, his eyes changed to a dark green, a golden aura surrounding him. Everyone watched as Springtrap floating in the air.
"SPRING BLAST!"
Springtrap shot his arm out to his sides and a large tidal wave of energy shot out towards the clones and destroy them and the road cracks far down in the distance. Springtrap warped away for a brief moment and came back with his gun and motorcycle.
"Whoa that power was amazing!" Foxy said.
"Oh you'll see more Foxy." Springtrap cocked the gun.
That's when Freddy realized he should've brought his guns, however, Nette had other plans. He summoned the gang's weapons from the Fredrick battle, Freddy's microphone that turned into a large steel baton, Bonnie and Bon Bon's metal energy boxing gloves, Chica's fiery pizza cannon, Chi Chi's swords, Mangle's machine gun, Foxy's enhanced fire powers and extremely large hook, and finally Nette turned to Springtrap's gun.
"Pfft, that puny thing won't do much damage...but this!"
Nette transformed Springtrap's gun into a larger and heavy duty blaster that he could still hold in one hand.
"I call it the Shadow Blaster, this will definitely destroy the clones." Nette said.
"Excellent...time for these clones to be...Spring-trapped." The bunny grinned evily.
One bunny shadow clone came racing at them trying to be brave, but Springtrap shot it with the blaster and it was destroyed instantly, bursting into black dust that melts away. They all noticed the sky turning red and it was nighttime now.
"LET'S DO IT! DIVIDE AND CONQUER!" Nette yelled.
He latched onto Springtrap's back and the two race off on the motorcycle. The town was massive so it would take awhile to defeat all these clones and get to the real Shadow Bonnie and Shadow Freddy. But where could those two be?
"WE'LL GO AFTER THE BEAR! YOU GUYS GO AFTER THE BUNNY!" Freddy yelled to group 2.
"GOT IT!" Foxy nodded.
And so the gang split to cover the town in search for the two main causes of the trouble. Springtrap and Nette raced around blasting several clones and avoiding the damage to the town. They dodged cars, large cracks in the road and even a falling lamppost. More explosions filled the air and one building collapsed probably killing more people.
"Ugh...people and wanting to see the danger caused in this city. Well they got it, and now they're suffering the consequences." Nette groaned.
"So this happens all the time?" Springtrap asked.
"...You have no idea...WHOA WATCH OUT!"
A car came flying at them and they dodge it at the last second, up ahead was a 4-way intersection being guarded by at least 20 clones waiting for them.
"Sorry motorcycle you did me proud...but it looks like I can use you only one last time." Springtrap said.
Getting closer to the clones, he jumps back sending the motorcycle straight into clones causing an explosion and Springtrap began to fire at the rest.
"Let me provide you with some assistance." Nette smirked.
The two clear out some more with shots of deadly energy that came out of their hands. Nette shot down a skyscraper that plummeted down on 50 more crushing them.
"Now let's continue on foot!" Springtrap suggested.
"I like this guy." Nette said to himself.
I see no, hear no evil

With Freddy's group they were busy fighting through a wave of clones who easily outnumbered them. The team had a few bruises from a few lucky hits by the clones. Freddy fought a few off with his metal stick while Bonnie and Bon Bon got into some fist-fights with 4 of them. Chi Chi sliced through another one while making sure the bunnie's were okay. One clone sucker-punched Bon Bon in the face but got hit back by Bonnie.
"BON BON YOU OKAY?"
"I'M FINE!" Bon Bon said.
"I say we form a team attack!" Freddy suggested.
"SOUNDS GOOD!" Bonnie nodded.
Freddy and Chi Chi grabbed Bonnie's hands and Bonnie spun them around towards the remaining clones in the area. Chi Chi's sword and Freddy's steel baton sliced and shattered the clones. Bon Bon used her new super bounce to throw Chica in the air and fire her cannon at any clones climbing the buildings. When the area was clear, the group stopped and panted.
"This corner of town is complete, but the damage has been done." Freddy sighed.
"We did our best Freddy." Chica rubbed his shoulder.
"I wonder how the others are doing?" Bonnie said.
"YOU...WON'T...GET...THE...CHANCE...TO...FIND...OUT..." Came a voice.
They turned to see Shadow Freddy, the real one, growling at them.
"Finally a real one!" Chi Chi clutched her swords tighter.
"It looks like Freddy...Shadow Freddy?" Bonnie thought.
"YES...THAT'S...ME...AND...I...WILL...DESTROY...YOU!" Shadow Freddy said.
"WE'LL SEE ABOUT THAT!" Freddy said.
The two bears charged each other and locked hands ending up in a deadlock. Shadow Freddy headbutted Freddy back then punched him twice in the face. Bonnie, Bon Bon and Chi Chi were about to intervene when Shadow Freddy teleported away with Freddy.
"FREDDY!" Bonnie yelled.
"UP THERE!" Chi Chi pointed up.
In front of them was a tall skyscraper, and on the roof were the two bears. Freddy looked down and started to freak out, he had never been up that high. He was also afraid of riding in a plane.
"What are we doing up here?" Freddy asked.
"THIS...BE...PERFECT...SPOT...FOR...FIGHT!" Shadow Freddy put up his fists.
Shadow Freddy may have been stupid, but even he knew to lower his power if he wanted a fair fight. Freddy gritted his teeth.
"BRING IT!"
The two bears lunged at each other again.

Foxy, Mangle, Thunder and Frank raced through the streets fighting through many clones and hoping to run into one of the main leaders. They also were a little roughed up but nothing serious. Foxy sliced and burned many of the clones until two of them tackled him from the side and started to pummel him. Mangle shot at them with her machine gun killing them and helping Foxy up.
"Thanks sis."
"Anytime bro."
The two smiled at each other, but the moment was interrupted when Frank comes flying into Foxy after getting punched.
"UGH! MY HEAD!" Frank rubbed it.
Thunder was ripping the clones to shreds with his claws which were about 10 inches long, he was never known to cut them down and they only got longer and sharper. He sliced a few more before looking back at the others.
"What are you guys waiting for? I can't have all the fun!" Thunder said.
His claws retract to a shorter length seeing no more around...at least until about 40 came around a corner and towards them.
"Guys...how about a team attack?" Foxy smirked.
The four nodded and extended their claws at the same time. They grabbed each others' hands and started to spin around wildly until they formed a deadly tornado form, several clones get sucked in and are clawed to shreds. The tornado starts to destroy each and every clone, when this area was complete they stopped after feeling dizzy.
"Maybe we need to pick a different attack." Foxy said shaking his head.
"OR MAYBYE YOU SSSSSHOULD JUST LAY DOWN AND DIE!" Came Shadow Bonnie's voice.
They saw the bunny standing nearbye holding someone hostage. BB suddenly appeared throwing random objects at Shadow Bonnie trying to get him to let go of the hostage.
"FOXY! SAVE MY COUSIN!" BB shouted.
The hostage was BG, also known as Balloon Girl. She was the cousin of BB and looked almost like him strangely.
"SSSSTOP WASSSTING TIME KID! THEY WON'T SSSSTOP ME IF I HAVE A HOSSSSTAGE!" Shadow Bonnie hissed knocking away another object.
The group couldn't try to harm Shadow Bonnie without getting BG hurt. Suddenly someone came up behind Shadow Bonnie and hit him over the head with one of those goddamn desk fans...UGH THAT FAN! The owner of the hit was none other than Mike. Shadow Bonnie dropped BG who ran to BB while Jeremy came over to get them to safety. Shadow Bonnie turned on Mike.
"PREPARE TO DIE HUMAN!"
But before Shadow Bonnie could reach Mike, Foxy grabbed him into a headlock.
"MIKE GO!"
Mike nodded and ran off with Jeremy and the balloon kids. Foxy and Shadow Bonnie grappled in front of Mangle, Thunder and Frank who cheered Foxy on.
"He looks like Bonnie, or Bon Bon. Maybe we should call him Shadow Bonnie just in case." Mangle said.
"I'VE WAITED A LONG TIME FOR THISSSS Foxy!" Shadow Bonnie hissed managing to smash Foxy to the ground.
"YE WON'T WIN!" Foxy snarled.
"LET'SSSS SSSSETTLE THISSSS SSSSOMEWHERE...INTERESSSTING!" Shadow Bonnie smirked.
Suddenly the two warp away.
"FOXY!" Mangle shouted.
"Where did he take him?" Thunder asked.
"I think I see them!" Frank pointed up to the same skyscraper that Freddy and Shadow Freddy were fighting on.

Springtrap and Nette continued to fight their way through the rest of town. It felt like a video game to them, running through town taking out any enemies they see...except they had no health bar or meter to fill to cause ultimate damage. Then, 10 clones finally got them surrounded, Springtrap teleported around punching, kicking and blasting them while Nette was not used to teleporting so quickly.
"I'm getting nauseous." Nette said.
"If you throw-up on me, I'm gonna make you cry real tears replacing those fake ones." Springtrap snarled.
Nette hopped off Springtrap who kept firing at the remaining clones destroying them all. When he was finished, he watched as Nette threw up for 30 seconds straight. Afterwards, he looked up at Springtrap embarrassed.
"You done?"
"Yeah."
"Good now come on, we need to find the others and find the real shadow creatures." Springtrap said.
They hopped around more debris and a few more falling buildings. The town was a total mess...barely any buildings were left standing. Thousands of people were dead and the town reeked of blood. They sensed everyone over on the other side of the city watching in fear of what was happening to Freddy and Foxy.
"What's happening?" Nette asked.
"Freddy and Foxy are fighting the leaders. Are all the clones destroyed?" Chica asked.
"Yep, that took forever." Nette sighed.
Bonnie turned to Springtrap who glared at him.
"Springtrap, it's true that golden animals can grant at least one wish right?" Bonnie asked.
"Yes...but I didn't think I'd ever have to use it. Especially with the way my life is going right now." Springtrap turned to him.
"Well...Freddy has a wish...maybe you'd be willing to grant it if I do it for him." Bonnie said.
Springtrap hummed, he still knew how to do it...but what he want to wish for at a time like this?
"Well...what is it?"
On the roof, Freddy and Foxy were losing badly to the creatures. Freddy went to punch Shadow Freddy but the evil bear easily jumped back before shoving Freddy towards the edge. Foxy swung his hook multiple times but Shadow Bonnie dodged everything and spin-kicked him also towards the edge. Foxy and Freddy could barely stand since they were beaten so hard...but it wasn't over. The two leaders cracked their knuckles.
"I ssssay we give them the biggest beating of their life!" Shadow Bonnie hissed.
"LET'S...DO...IT..." Shadow Freddy nodded.
The shadow creatures jump on Freddy and Foxy and start to brutally pummel them. They were punched, kicked, clawed, and just pounded on.

When they were finished, Freddy and Foxy desperately tried to get up...but they were starting lose consciousness.
"It'ssss been fun...sssso long Fazbear, and sssso long Foxy the fake pirate!" Hissed Shadow Bonnie.
The two suddenly kick Freddy and Foxy right off the building, letting them plummet to their death. The gang below watch in horror, Nette and Springtrap too horrified to think clearly. Freddy and Foxy look at each other.
"I guess I won't get my wish after all." Freddy sighed.
"Doesn't matter Freddy, no matter what, just know that Golden would be proud of you..."
"I think you're right." Freddy smiled.
Tears streamed down their faces ready to face death...but then...it never came...for high in the sky, something was falling down towards them like a meteor...it's energy covered in gold. It grabbed Foxy and Freddy and landed hard on the ground making the whole city shake. Dust shot off everywhere so no one could see who or what is was. Shadow Bonnie and Shadow Freddy watched from the roof.
When the dust settled...standing there holding Freddy and Foxy was...Golden Fazbear. Everyone was shocked and speechless, Golden stood there unharmed as he kept the two up. Freddy looked at his brother, this time, he was real.
"Golden? Brother?" Freddy said.
"It's me." Golden smirked.
Golden then embraced Freddy in a hug while Mangle and Chica went to hug Foxy.
"Foxy are you okay? You had us scared to death." Mangle said.
"Aye I'm pretty injured." Foxy sighed.
Springtrap was surprised to see another golden animal...the bear had to be as powerful as he was. Everyone else was still trying to believe that Golden was actually there. His slightly altered appearance of sharpened teeth and spikey fur made him much more frightening than usual.
"It's good to see you again." Freddy said.
"Thank Bonnie, he used the only wish granted by Springtrap to bring me back." Golden said.
"I felt it was the right thing to do." Bonnie said.
"It was." Freddy nodded.
"NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOO!" Came the screams of Shadow Bonnie and Shadow Freddy.
The Shadow brothers warp down to the ground and growl.
"THAT DOESSSS IT! WE ARE SSSSICK OF YOU ALL SSSSTILL BEING ALIVE! Luckily we sssstill got one more trick to pull." Hissed Shadow Bonnie.
The two suddenly start to fuse together and grow in size. Everyone watches in horror as their fused form rises over the city casting a very large shadow. The monster was half of Shadow Bonnie and half of Shadow Freddy. The eyes turning red and the mouth turning into a large grin filled with razor sharp teeth.
"TRY TO STOP ME NOW! I AM...SHADOW FRONNIE!" The monster roared.
"Shadow Fronnie? Seriously?" Bonnie groaned.
"Heh, so juvenile. Thinking that's gonna work." Golden chuckled.
"What do you mean?" Freddy asked.
"They may be stronger than us individually, but together, me, Springtrap and Nette can easily take them down...we just need a host to put all that energy in." Golden said.
Everyone then smirked and looked at the same fox...no not Mangle...Foxy!
"Oh shit. As if I haven't had enough today." Foxy face-palmed.
Freddy grabbed Foxy by his shoulders, his hands still shaking from being weak.
"Foxy you can do this. I know you can, think of this as your ultimate pirate adventure." Freddy encouraged him.
Foxy smiled and nodded. He may have also been weakened from the beating, but his heart was still strong.
"Indeed matey, I will."
Golden, Springtrap and Nette fused with Foxy turning him into Golden Foxy again and the brightness nearly blinds the others. Foxy's eye-patched flipped up revealing a golden glow showing that the three were possessing Foxy together. Foxy's voice was a combination of his and the others.
"Let's go!" Foxy sneered.
They shot up into the sky as the Shadow Leaders proceeded to attack.
Can't hold on much longer
But I will never let go!
I know it's a one way track
Tell me now how long this'll last!
I'm not gonna think this way
Nor will I count on others!

Shadow Fronnie swung a punch at Foxy making him dodge out of the way and land on a building that was starting to fall. They jumped away just in time and hopped to another. Shadow Fronnie swung his claws but Foxy shot between the sharp fingers. Foxy's goal was to strike the heart that was glowing a dark red inside the monster.
"HOLD STILL!" Shadow Fronnie roared.
"DIE!" Foxy, Nette, Golden and Springtrap shouted back.
Shadow Fronnie continued to slash and punch at them but he missed every time, only knocking more buildings down. Foxy jumped and flew towards the heart, and as he did, he felt his hook starting to increase in size.
"Oh you're gonna love this." Nette said.
Shadow Fronnie made one last attempt to punch them. As the almost moon-sized fist became inches from them, Foxy's hook increased to the actual size of the moon and was deadlocked with the fist. Both sides pushing back and forth.
"GIVE UP! I'LL DESTROY YOU ALL!" Shadow Fronnie growled.
"NO! Ye put us all through so much shit. All the struggles we've had to endure. BUT THEY END NOW!" Foxy shouted, tears streaming down his face.
"I'm proud of you Foxy!" Nette said.
"Not bad kid, not bad at all." Golden said.
"Impressive." Springtrap said.
Together, they use their full energy and overpowered the fist knocking it back much to Shadow Fronnie's surprise. Foxy's hook increased even bigger and he swings his hook straight into the dark red heart multiple times.
"I'M DOING THIS FOR EVERYBODY!"

"I'LL ALWAYS HELP THEM!"

"I'LL ALWAYS SAVE THEM!"
SLASH!
"AND FOR SPRINGTRAP, I WILL SAVE HIM!"
SLASH!
"IF YE THINK YE CAN'T STOP US, WE GOT TWO WORDS FOR YE!"
And they all said it together.
"YOU CAN'T!"

THOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
That final strike to the heart caused the biggest explosion that day. Foxy was flung back to the group and the three separated from Foxy. Shadow Bonnie and Shadow Freddy were split back to normal and they landed hard on the ground in front of everyone barely able to get up. Springtrap took this chance to grab Shadow Bonnie and get in his face.
"You...got lucky." Shadow Bonnie growled.
"ENOUGH OF THIS SHIT! NOW TELL ME ANYTHING YOU KNOW ABOUT MY PAST! I'M SICK OF WAITING! SURELY FREDRICK HAD SAID SOMETHING!" Springtrap growled.
Everyone listened, even Shadow Freddy.
"FINE! IF IT WILL KEEP YOU FROM SSSSHOUTING ALL THE DAMN TIME!" Shadow Bonnie hissed.
"Go on." Golden snarled.
"Fredrick looked up info on you, wrote it down and made ussss abssssorb the info from our ssstasssisss tubesss. Your name really isss SSSSPringtrap, you are a 21 year old yellow bunny born to be one of the rare golden animalssss. You lived in Fang City where you were very popular. You only met the Fazbear Gang once in your childhood before now. Fredrick kidnapped you after he crassshed you off the highway and modified your body ssso you would look like Bonnie. Then he planted a chip in you that would causssse you to lose all your memoriessss. He wanted to make you part of his army to help destroy this city but apparently it failed ssssince you ssssided with them, and Fredrick was killed by you all. Don't think we didn't ask around during our assault." Hissed Shadow Bonnie.
"Fang City? That's the name of our old town." Foxy said looking to Mangle, Bon Bon and Bonnie.
Springtrap was feeling a lot better now that he knew everything. Maybe the others were right, it was time to move on, start fresh. He may not ever get to relive his past life again, but that didn't matter anymore. He had a new life to begin and...maybe some new friends...no...a family.
"So...can...we...go...now?" Shadow Freddy asked nervously.
"FUCK YOU!" Nette snarled.
He summoned his music box and pulled out a small clear orb that started to suck in the shadow creatures in.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" They screamed.
They clawed the ground as much as they could but it was no use as they are sucked inside the orb and sealed forever. Nette smiled and just stared at the orb.
"They won't be bothering us anymore." Nette said.
"So...about the town..." Bonnie looked away.
Striker City was completely destroyed...well downtown was, the neighborhoods and outskirts were just fine. Mike, Jeremy, BB and BG came over to the group.
"It's all over?" BB asked.
"Yes...AND DAMN BB WHEN DID YOU HAVE A GROWTH SPURT?" Bonnie said.
"For awhile, BG on the other hand."
"Hey! I can't help that I'm shorter than you now." BG pouted.
"So...are we gonna help rebuild the town?" Jeremy asked.
"OH FUCK THAT!" Nette scoffed.
Just then Freddy and Foxy passed out from exhaustion after the beating they got from the shadow creatures. Mangle picked up Foxy and Golden picked up Freddy.
"Let's get back to the house." Mangle suggested.
"Yeah, I want to have a chat with Freddy when he wakes up." Golden said.
"You coming Springtrap?" Bonnie asked.
Everyone turns to Springtrap, he studders a bit. Now that his mission was over...should he really stay? Then again...he had nothing to do.
"Fine. I'll come over." Springtrap said.

The longest chapter...BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! AND HEY GOLDEN IS BACK! Sorry to those who wanted Golden to stay dead or stay evil if he came back...but I wanted to go this route because I honestly wanted him back, plus it added a twist.
