At the end of the holiday, the couple arrived at the Liverpool airport. Jasper and Trudy caught the two teenagers in a hug. "How are you?" Trudy asked, nervously flapping over the two.
Jasper said "Trudy, relax."
Mara grinned. "We're perfectly fine, Mum, Dad. Now, where's my bouncing baby brother?"
Casper gurgled and stared at his sister. Trudy smiled. "He's been pining for his big sister. Haven't you, little man?"
Mara laughed. "Aww, has my gorgeous baby brother missed me?"
Jasper asked "You two did as you were told, right?"
John Clarke said "Whenever we went to wake them, they were always awake and kissing."
Trudy gasped in horror. She wrote several notes on her wrist, then took her son out of her daughter's arms, handed him to Jasper and dragged Mara with her. At the house, Trudy called the doctor while Jasper held his children, one with tenderness and the other with restraint. When Trudy got back in, she took Mara to the car and took her to the doctor. "Mara Choudhary, room twelve, please."
Trudy took her daughter to the doctor's room. The doctor smiled. "Hello. What seems to be the problem?"
"I want you to give my daughter a pregnancy test. From the earliest you can tell."
Mara looked horrified. "Oh, OK. The first question is has she been going out with anyone?" Her doctor asked.
"She just went on holiday with her boyfriend and I got some suspicious information from her boyfriend's father."
"OK. Miss, would you please go to the adjoining room? My colleague will sort out your test."
Trudy was gentle to send her daughter in. She tensely waited, then Mara came back. "How was it, dear?"
"Nose out, Mum." Mara hissed as the doctor walked out.
The doctor walked back in. "Mara, your results are here and-"
