When Maria Takarada first met Kyoko Mogami, the former did not think the latter much of a threat at all. What Maria saw in Kyoko was a kindred spirit, a fellow practitioner of the dark arts. The older girl was just as an older sister was, a guiding light in the middle of all the darkness. But as when two sisters fall in love with the same man, it gets real ugly, real fast.
Of course, she didn't hold it against Love Me Member No. 1, as Ren-sama's magic infected many innocents across the country. That didn't mean, however, that she was going to stop pursuing the perfection that was Ren Tsuruga.
