Full Summary: This side series is connected to Sky Series 02: The Guarding Sky - Chapter 48. This is about the final battle between Kudo Shinichi, Miyano Shiho, Kuroba Kaito and their allies against the Black Organization and the Magic Kaito Organization.

Chapter 10 – More Explanation

Kaito closed the door to the suite room and leaned against it while folding his hands.

Jodie cried out. "What is going on?!"

Shinichi sighed. "Calm down Jodie-sensei. Please come over here so that we can start the meeting."

Miwako raised an eyebrow and looked at Shinichi. "Kudo-kun… what is going on?"

"I will explain once everyone is sited down. Come, Jodie-sensei, Agent Camel, I have already prepared tea."

Subaru went to sit one seat away from Shinichi while Jodie and Camel refuse to move. Though after they saw Subaru sat down, they followed him as well where Jodie sat beside Subaru and Camel sat beside Jodie. Once everyone was sited, Kaito went to sit in between of Subaru and Shinichi.

"Now then, let us start by introducing ourselves to each other first. I will start first. I am Kudo Shinichi, a high school detective."

Kaito hummed. "I am Kaito Kuroba, a high school magician."

Subaru pushed his glasses. "Okiya Subaru, a university engineer student."

Jodie sighed. "Jodie Starling, FBI."

"Andre Camel, FBI as well…"

Sato folded her hands. "Sato Miwako, Keibu-ho (1) of Criminal Investigation Bureau Division 1."

"Takagi Wataru, Junsa-bucho (2) of Criminal Investigation Bureau Division 1…" and Wataru forced out a laugh because of embarrassment.

Shinichi nods. "Alright, let us start talking of why I gathered all of us here…"

Shinichi then started telling them about the Black Organization, his involvement in it and Edogawa Conan. Wataru and Miwako were shocked about this while Jodie and Camel were only surprised by the last part.

After that, Subaru told them of his involvement in the mess with the Black Organization and after he has finished, Wataru and Miwako were even more shocked. Jodie and Camel did not comment at all.

Lastly, it was Kaito's turn to explain and he told them about the Magic Kaito Organization, how the Magic Kaito Organization is connected to the Black Organization, his alter ego and the reason of why he became Kaitou Kid but not the full details (only the last one).

The last one also shocked the four police detectives the most as Kuroba Kaito was a world-known magician and they were trying to process the information that Kaito gave them for a few hours.

After they got into their mind about what Kaito told then, they ask some more questions for more confirmed details where some questions were answered and some were not.

~ Afternoon ~

~ After all the explanation was done ~

Kaito got up and went to call for room service using Shinichi's voice while Subaru went to get more tea.

Shinichi looked at the four police detectives seriously. "Jodie-san, Camel-san, Takagi-keiji, Sato-keiji, can you please keep everything we told you a secret, even from your bosses?"

Miwako raised an eyebrow. "Why…?"

Shinichi hummed. "Because if we get your boss involve, especially Megure-keibu… the public will surely know about it and we do not need the public to be involved in this."

Jodie folded her hands. "They why did you get us involved?"

Shinichi hummed. "Jodie-san and Camel-san got involved because it will be easier to get weapons from the FBI's connections."

Jodie banged the table. "We cannot just-"

Shinichi cuts in before Jodie can say anymore. "I know, but Subaru is not. Anyway, we might need some just in case. However, the reason we got Sato-keiji and Takagi-keiji involved is because Sato-keiji is part of our group."

Miwako was confused. "What do you mean by that, Kudo-kun?"

Shinichi shrugged. "You will know once you meet with the rest of the group. Anyway, if any of you want to help us… you are free to go to the next meeting we are going to have on next Saturday at 9.30 in the morning in Beika Town District 2, Block 21."

Subaru came back with the tea while Kaito puts down the room's phone. "Room service is coming~"

Shinichi nods again. "Thanks Kaito. Anyway, this concludes the meeting. After you have lunch, you may leave. Please just remember not to tell anyone about our secrets."

Jodie and Miwako sighed while agreeing with Camel and Wataru following.

Twenty minutes later, room service arrived and lunch was served. After all of them had lunch, Wataru and Miwako left first to their car while Subaru, Jodie and Camel went to Pomegra café which just leaves Shinichi and Kaito in the suite room.

~ In the room 73 ~

~ After Subaru and the four police detectives left ~

~ Shinichi and Kaito's Point Of View ~

Shinichi went to lie down on the bed with Kaito who followed him.

"Did you tell Aoko where you went today?"

Kaito shaked his head. "Not really, I just told her I will be hanging out with you and then she immediately wanted to go shopping with Ran. I told her to do so before leaving so the two of them must be out shopping now."

Shinichi nods. "Yes… Ran did call me before you came in that she will be out shopping, but she did not tell me with whom."

Kaito hummed. "How long did you book to stay in this hotel?"

"Until the next morning at 10, it has been a while since I enjoyed the onsen in this form after all."

Kaito laughed cheekily. "Can I join you?"

Shinichi sighed and smiled amusingly. "Sure…"

~ Miwako and Wataru's Point Of View ~

They went out of the hotel with Takagi driving the car. "What should we do about this, Miwa? Should we tell Megure-keibu?"

Sato thought for a while and shaked her head. "No, I believe what Kudo-kun said was true… it is better when only the two of us from our department are involved in this."

Takagi nods. "Okay Miwa-chan. Then what about the meeting they will have that will be held on next Saturday in that address? Should we go?"

Sato hummed. "We will go. I am pretty sure that the rest of their allies will be there as Kudo-kun's plan of counter-attacking against the allied organizations will begin."

Takagi became serious. "We may not survive this confrontation against the allied organizations… are you sure we should join them in this, Miwa?"

Sato nods. "Yes… I cannot just let those kids sacrifice themselves while we sit at the sidelines and watching them do so while knowing about this. Furthermore, I can feel that I will make a good team with Shinichi and Kaito."

~ Subaru, Jodie and Camel's Point Of View ~

Subaru followed Jodie and Camel into Camel's rented car. Once they were inside the car, Subaru turned off his voice-changer choker.

Jodie sighed. "Why did you agree with Shinichi-san's plans, Shu?"

Subaru folded his hands. "His plans are better and it will keep more innocent people alive and the public police can never keep anything a secret from the public, even when it causes panic to the public."

Jodie sighed in defeat. "Fine… I will not tell boss. But if he asks, what am I to tell him?"

"Tell him to talk with me. I will explain it to him so that he will not interfere with our plans."

"By the way," and Camel cuts in. "What about the meeting that will be held in the house Subaru-san is currently living in?"

Jodie pinched her nose bridge. "We will go, I need to go and see how prepared are they to risk their lives to take down the allied organizations."

Camel nods. "I will go as well."

Subaru smirked. "See you then…"

Subaru turns on his voice-changing choker and stepped out of the car.
