Full Summary: This side series is connected to Sky Series 02: The Guarding Sky - Chapter 48. This is about the final battle between Kudo Shinichi, Miyano Shiho, Kuroba Kaito and their allies against the Black Organization and the Magic Kaito Organization.

Chapter 17 – Epilogue, The Final Confrontation

Two days later, Shinichi and all his currently alive allies were moving towards the allied organizations' HQ while the allied organizations knew we well that they were coming because of their two traitors that disappeared on them and was preparing for it.

Everything was silent in the building and it was tense, when suddenly Chianti was pushed out from her hiding place. Chianti was shocked but immediately begins shooting with Korn coming out of his hiding spot to assist her.

Chianti was killed by Miwako and Wataru, but Korn injured them very fatally and they went down. This was then the queue for everyone to start fighting. Korn was killed by Ran and Kazuha cooperating, but the two girls were fatally injured by Rum. Rum was then killed by Shuichi and Rei, and after that when they tried to help the others, they were injured heavily as well.

Meanwhile, Snake and Kaito were battling it out with Kaito killing Snake, but Kaito was then fatally injured by the Sub-Boss of the Magic Kaito Organization. The Sub-Boss of the Magic Kaito Organization was then killed by Hidemi, but Hidemi got injured by the Boss of the Magic Kaito Organization which he was then killed by Jodie and Camel.

Jodie and Camel tried to help the others but were injured critically by Vermouth because Jodie still annoyed her and Camel for simply being Jodie's partner most of the time. Vermouth then slipped away from the whole fight. Spider and Rose worked together against their enemies, but Spider was killed by Saguru while Rose was killed by Aoko and Shiho. But before Spider and Rose left the world, they injured the British detective and the two girls quite fatally.

When their number lessen, 'Anokata' pressed a device and the whole HQ explode that made Shinichi and Heiji lose their balance. Gin and Vodka took this chance to attack them and injure them. Around them, fire begins to spread as the building was burning.

Heiji got back his balance quicker than Shinichi and attacked Vodka back. They fought a tough battle with Heiji killing Vodka in the end, but Gin quickly wounded him greatly.

While 'Anokata' was distracted by Gin beating the c**p out of Heiji, Shinichi got back his balance and killed 'him' of. Gin saw this and immediately attacked Shinichi. They fought with Shinichi dodging and shooting at Gin while Gin was doing the same as him.

In the end, Gin took hold of Heiji's sword and used it to slash Shinichi. Shinichi fell backwards with his body bleeding heavily in several places and he was too tired to fight back.

Gin grinned cruelly with the sword raised above Shinichi. "This is goodbye, Kudo Shinichi!" and the sword went down towards Shinichi.
