Hi guys. Stellar Flames here, Natsu and myself hope you're enjoying Flames and Keys . We mainly have the set characters we act as, but we also take turns with the less common characters. with our names we like to go by our favourite character, so I'm lucy, my female friend is natsu . together we worked together to create this fan fic.

Lucy: *is snuggled in Natsu's arms, half asleep*

Lucy: *smiles* I love you too
Natsu: *pulls her closer and kisses her forehead*
Lucy: *blushes and smiles*
Igneel: *knocks on the door*
Lucy: y..yeah?
Igneel: There are some people out here who want to see how you're doing
Lucy: o..okay. umm, give us a few minutes we're not exactly decent at the moment
Igneel: *chuckles* Okay. Just hurry up
Lucy: okay
Igneel: *his steps can be heard walking away from the door*
Lucy: *turns to Natsu* Natsu
Natsu: *rolls over onto his back*
Lucy: Natsu we need to get up
Natsu: *rolls over again, his back facing Lucy*
Lucy: Natsu?
Natsu: *mumbles* Five more minutes
Lucy: Natsuuuuu *nuzzles into his neck*
Natsu: *shivers and curls into a ball*
Lucy: *licks his neck* Natsuuuu
Natsu: *shudders and instantly sits up straight*
Lucy: *sits up and grabs her bra and underwear, putting them on*
Natsu: *rubbing his neck where Lucy was licking him* Wh..what was that for?
Lucy: we need to get up and you wouldn't listen
Natsu: Why do we need to get up?
Lucy: someone's here to see how we're doing
Natsu: *tilts his head slightly*

Lucy: then we need to get dressed
Natsu: Right. *climbs off the bed and manages to put on his boxers and pants before a knock is heard at the door again*

Wendy: Its Wendy.
Natsu: *grabs his shirt and throws it on, not bothering to button it up*
Lucy: g..give us a few minutes Wendy *slips on her skirt*
Wendy: Okay. Gray-san and Erza-san are here as well
Natsu: *at the mention of Erza, he scrambles to button up his shirt and then tuck it in*
Lucy: *buttons up her shirt and ties her tie. She braids her hair then slips on her socks and shoes*
Wendy: Can we come in? Gajeel-san and Levy-san just came over too
Lucy: *looks at Natsu*
Natsu: *looks at Lucy and shrugs*
Lucy: o..okay
Wendy: *opens the door and everyone comes barging in*
Erza: what were you two thinking? *frowns*
Natsu: Uhh...
Natsu: Wh..what do you m..mean... E..Erza?
Erza: letting those weaklings get to you so easily, you're better than them
Natsu: W..we were kind of um.. d..distracted
Erza: distracted?
Gray: It must have been one hell of a distraction flame brain. You would never let yourself get bitten by Cobra's pet. Much less bitten twice
Gajeel: gii hee *snickers* I have a feeling I know what distracted salamander
Natsu: *swallows nervously and tries to back away from Erza*
Wendy: What do you think it was Gajeel-san?
Gajeel: *points to Natsu's neck* look at what bunny girl did to salamander *points out massive hickey on Natsu's neck*
Natsu: *quickly puts his hand over the hickey*
Lucy: *blushes*
Gray: *backs away from Erza, not wanting to get in her way*
Levy: *nudges Gajeel* You don't have to be rude and point it out
Erza: *frowns and covers Wendy's ears* Natsu what did I tell you about underage age sex
Natsu: *backs away from Erza, looking away and scratching the side of his nose nervously* Uh...
Levy: *walks over to Erza and Wendy, she covers Wendy's ears*

Lucy: *blushes*
Gray: Trust me, okay Luce.
Lucy: *blushes red* o..o..okay
Gray: *turns to look at Natsu and then pushes Lucy up against the wall*
Natsu: *starts trembling, his body heat increasing and shakes Gajeel off. In the blink of an eye he has Gray held up against the wall by the throat, his feet dangling off the floor*
Erza: Natsu stop
Lucy: *blinks, her cheeks red from blushing*
Natsu: *panting, he keeps his grip on Gray, scales forming on his skin and his canines elongate*
Lucy: *grabs hold on Natsu's arm* Natsu stop
Natsu: *suddenly turns to Lucy and pulls her into a kiss, dropping Gray*
Lucy: *surprised by the sudden kiss, she kisses him back*
Levy: *realising what's happening, she guides Wendy outside*
Gray: *holding his throat coughing*
Erza: *goes to Gray* Gray are you okay?
Gray: Y..yeah. I don't think Natsu is in control of himself though
Erza: but what does this mean?
Gray: *turns to Gajeel* Any ideas?
Gajeel: looks like something a dragon would do
Gray: Lucy. Calm him down
Lucy: *purrs while kissing Natsu, her eyes shifting to dragon like*
Igneel: *slams the door open and separates Natsu and Lucy* That is enough you two
Lucy: *breathing heavily. she blinks* h..huh?
Natsu: *struggling against Igneel's grip*
Igneel: Lucy, would you mind?
Lucy: mind what?
Igneel: Calming him down
Lucy: o..okay *she walks over to Natsu and nuzzles into his neck*
Natsu: *shivers and calms down instantly, panting* H..huh?
Lucy: Natsu are you okay?
Natsu: Wh..what h..happened?
Lucy: *looks at Gray* you should explain yourself
Gray: *stands up rubbing his throat* I wanted to see if you were in control of yourself when it came to Lucy. Judging by you holding me up against a wall, flame brain, it's clear that you aren't
Natsu: *looks at Gray, his eyes wide* I... I did what?
Erza: you held him up against the wall then started kissing Lucy
Gray: *stops rubbing his throat to show bruises forming, he swallows and winces*
Natsu: *falls to his knees* Gray.. I.. I'm sorry. I.. I never meant to..
Lucy: do you want me to heal that?
Gray: If you wouldn't mind
Lucy: *walks over to Gray and starts healing his neck*
Natsu: *looks away from Gray ashamed of himself*
Lucy: *steps back after healing Grays neck* there you go

Igneel: I'll leave you kids to talk. *squeezes Natsu's shoulder and then leaves the room*
Natsu: *avoiding looking at Gray*
Lucy: *turns to look at Natsu* Natsu you shouldn't blame yourself
Natsu: I.. I attacked Gray...
Gray: I started it Natsu. I just didn't think you'd shake off Gajeel
Lucy: Natsu you don't need to blame yourself
Gray: *to Erza* I think it's clear he's not in control of himself when something like this happens
Erza: *nods* it's like his instincts take over
Gray: *to Gajeel* Does this kind of thing happen to you?
Gajeel: *shakes his head* no
Natsu: Gray. I want you to hit me.
Gray: Wh.. what?
Lucy: Natsu no
Natsu: *gets to his feet* It's the least I can let him do after what I did
Lucy: *covers her face and turns away*
Gray: Natsu. I'm not gonna hit you for something you weren't in control of
Lucy: *looks at Gray and Natsu, moving her hands away from her face*
Natsu: *looks at Gray and runs his fingers through his hair, smiling slightly*
Gray: If I was going to hit you, I would have done it already anyway
Lucy: *moves to Natsu and hugs him*
Natsu: *surprised by the sudden hug, he just stands there* W..what's this for?
Lucy: *moves back and looks down* I just thought you wanted a hug, guess I was wrong
Natsu: I never said I didn't
Lucy: *looks up at Natsu*
Natsu: You just caught me a little off guard *smiles*

Gray: *turns to Erza* Looks like you can't blame him anymore
Erza: *sighs* guess you're right
Gray: Although. The amount of hickeys along his collarbone makes me wonder if he's got more
Lucy: *looks down rubbing her right arm with her left hand, she blushes*
Natsu: *kisses her on the forehead and turns to Erza* Are we good, or do you still wanna hit me?
Erza: we're good... for now
Natsu: *pales* F..for now?
Erza: I'm only saying that in case something else happens that isn't related to your 'instincts'

Lucy: *hugs Natsu and nuzzles into his neck*

Lucy: he says with everything that's happened it's too dangerous for us to be around other people
Natsu: Then why won't we be able to come back afterwards?
Lucy: they say the time of dragons has ended and that we shouldn't come back
Natsu: *looks at Grandine* Does that mean you're leaving too? And what about the dragon slayers?
Grandine: only the dragons and half-lings are leaving. but I'm not sure if I will. I can't leave Wendy alone
Natsu: I don't get it. Why do we have to go?
Vitae: Because it is too dangerous for our kind to remain among humans any longer.
Lucy: but dad. we're only half dragon, we're also human

Vitae: *snarls and in the blink of an eye has Natsu held up by the throat, his feet dangling off the ground*
Lucy: *walks up to Vitae and Natsu and grabs their arms* stop it, just stop it
Natsu: *gasping for air as Vitae's grip tightens, small white veins appear along his skin and travel down Vitae's arm. Natsu's struggling becomes weaker*
Lucy: *rips Vitae's arms away from Natsu and moves back with Natsu in her arms. she snarls*
Vitae: Don't snarl at me young lady. The half-ling should learn to respect his elders
Lucy: and you should learn to respect others.
Natsu: *gasping for air, his hand clutching his throat*
Lucy: *places a hand on Natsu's throat healing him*
Natsu: Th..that bastard stole m..my magic..
Lucy: *looks at Vitae* why?
Vitae: I did no such thing. I merely put a mental barrier up preventing him from using it
Lucy: why did you do it?
Vitae: If worked up, fire dragons can get very dangerous. I did it to protect you and your 'friends'
Lucy: I'm sick of you doing this dad. you haven't been in my life for 17 years then you expect me to take orders. I had to put up with that from Jude, and I'm especially not going to take it from you *frowns*
Gray: D..dad?!
Lucy: yeah
Gray: So this guy's a dragon?
Lucy: *nods* yes
Natsu: *tries to create a small flame but can't even manage a spark*
Vitae: *chuckles* I told you boy, it's no use
Lucy: dad remove the barrier
Vitae: And why would I do that?
Lucy: because if you don't I won't go with you. Not that I'm planning on leaving anyway
Vitae: If you aren't planning on leaving then there is no point in me removing the barrier
Lucy: *snarls. She moves away from Natsu* I'm so sick of having controlling fathers, first it's Jude now you. *scrunches her hands into fists* I can never have any freedom *runs out of the room, tears trickling down her face*
Natsu: *shakily gets to his feet and runs after Lucy*
Lucy: *outside sitting in a cherry blossom tree she climbed into. she's crying*
Natsu: *panting* L..Luce!

Lucy: h..how do you know. *sniffs* my dad wants me to leave
Natsu: I won't let him take you. I don't care if he is an ancient dragon
Lucy: *sniffs and snuggles closer to Natsu*
Natsu: *wraps his arms tightly around her*

Natsu: Well princess, I'll make sure you never have to.
Lucy: * smiles and nuzzles into his neck*

Lucy: *pulls back and gently kisses him on the lips*

Sting: I don't think so pinky *a mark appears on Natsu's stomach and his body starts stiffening up*

Sting: that's an affect of white dragon's claw. basically a stigma appears on your body making you lose movement in your body
Natsu: (Shit) Luce, go. Get my dad
Lucy: o..okay *runs towards the building, but sting gets in her way and grabs her by the wrists and blindfolds her*
Sting: I'm not letting you use that power on me again princess
Natsu: Lucy!
Sting: and if rogues calculations are correct, your instinct should still be playing up at the moment *moves closer and kisses her*
Natsu: Stop! Don't you fucking touch her!
Lucy: *a blush creeps across her*

Sting: *pulls away* now let's see *moves his mouth to her ear and starts grazing his teeth on her earlobe*
Natsu: *starts breathing heavily, his eyes turning dragon-like and his nails and canines elongating*
Lucy: *gasps and shivers*
Sting: *pulls her into a deep kiss moving his tongue in her mouth*
Natsu: *scales start forming along his skin*
Sting: *starts unbuttoning her shirt. and starts kissing down her chest causing her moan quietly. she starts nibbling, sucking and licking on her collarbone*
Natsu: *his breathing gets heavier and the scales that have already formed start spewing fire*

Grandine: children stay here *follows Igneel*
Vitae: *frowns* That foolish half-ling. *starts to walk out calmly after Igneel and Grandine*
Gray: *grabs onto Vitae's arm* What the hell is happening?
Vitae: It is none of your concern, ice mage
Erza: anything that happens to our nakama is our concern
Gajeel: what the fuck is happening gramps
*Another roar echoes, due to their sensitive hearing Wendy and Gajeel can hear the faint sound of Natsu screaming mixed in with it*
Gajeel: salamander?
Gray: What about Natsu, Gajeel?
Wendy: *covers her mouth, her eyes watering* N..Natsu*san
Gajeel: *eyes widen* salamander is turning into dragon
Gray: What?
Gajeel: pinky is turning into a fucking dragon
Vitae: I am glad to see that you are able to understand the situation, Iron dragon slayer
Gajeel: *looks at Vitae and snarls*
Vitae: *doesn't react to Gajeel's snarling*
Gray: We can't just stay here then
Erza: we have to help them
Wendy: *falls to her knees sobbing* N..Natsu-s..san. H..he's in s..so much p..pain
Levy: *bends down to comfort Wendy* I'll stay here. You go after Natsu
Erza: okay *runs outside followed by Gajeel*
Gray: *follows after Gajeel and Erza*
*Another roar sounds. This one is more feral and anguished than the other ones*
Lucy: *starts crawling to Natsu* n..Natsu
Grandine: *runs up to Lucy and carefully removes the blindfold. She takes off her jacket and wraps it around her*
Igneel: *watching the torrent of flames, every now and then there is a small gap and the shape of a dragon can clearly be seen*
Lucy: *shaking* t..t..thanks
Grandine: *helps her sit up* Be still. I have to make sure you aren't hurt
Lucy: o..okay *see's Natsu, she gasps* w..what h..happened
Igneel: He's transforming
Lucy: b..but h..how
Igneel: Clearly whatever happened set him on edge emotionally. And the fact that he was unable to use his magic thanks to Vitae wouldn't have helped either
Lucy: i..it w..was S..Sting
Igneel: *looks away from Natsu and sees Gray, Erza and Gajeel approaching* What are you doing here!?
Erza: we came to see what was wrong
Igneel: This is no place for humans
Gajeel: we want to help salamander
Igneel: *smiles slightly then turns back to the torrent of flames*
Lucy: I..I n..need t..to h..help n..Natsu
Grandine: You will do him no good in your condition. Especially with those flames surrounding him
Lucy: b..but h..how c. w..we s..stop t..the t..transformation
*The flames begin to die down and instead of the Natsu they all know, there is a dragon with bright red scales and green eyes standing there snarling at them*
Igneel: It's too late to stop it. All we can do now is reverse it
Lucy: *her eyes widen* n..Natsu? *tears form in her eyes*
Gray: Shit. How do we bring flame brain back?
Erza: I had no idea this was even possible
Igneel: Natsu. You need to calm down.
Lucy: Natsu!?
Natsu: *his breathing starts getting heavier, smoke coming from his nostrils*
Lucy: *reaches out to Natsu* Natsu please calm down
Gajeel: fucking hell salamander *his eyes wide*
Grandine: *helps Lucy stand and cautiously walks her closer to Natsu*
Natsu: *suddenly turns his head to Gajeel, his pupils narrowing to slits*
Lucy: Natsu please calm down
Natsu: *bares his teeth at Gajeel, snarling even louder*
Lucy: *almost yelling* Natsu stop it
Natsu: *stops snarling and turns to Lucy, his head tilting to the side slightly*
Lucy: I..I'm s..so s..sorry *tears pour down her face*
Igneel: *places a hand on Gajeel's shoulder* I'd step back. He knows you're a dragon slayer remember?
Gajeel: uh right *steps back*
Gray: Be careful Lucy.
Natsu: *brings his head closer to Lucy and starts sniffing her*
Lucy: *giggles as he sniffs her* n..Natsu s..stop t..that t..tickles
Natsu: *stops sniffing her and stares at her curiously*
Lucy: *move her hand out towards Natsu*
Natsu: *stays in the same position, nodding his head slightly*
Lucy: *she places her hand on his snout*
Natsu: *growls happily at the contact*
Lucy: *smiles slightly. she scratches his snout*
Natsu: *small streams of smoke come from his nostrils*
Lucy: *moves her hands down and scratches the part connecting his head to his neck*
Natsu: *his hind leg starts tapping repeatedly as she scratches, his eyes close and he growls happily*
Igneel: *smiles*
Lucy: *hugs Natsu around the neck*
Gray: Wh..what's happening?
Grandine: She's calming him down
Natsu: *wraps his neck around her, returning the hug*
Lucy: *nuzzles into his neck while hugging him*
Natsu: L...Lu...cy...? *his voice shocks Gray, Erza and Gajeel*
Lucy: yeah it's me Natsu
Gajeel: what the fuck. Since when could dragons talk
Natsu: *turns to Gajeel and starts snarling again*
Lucy: *nuzzles into his neck*
Natsu: *lies down on his stomach, his head resting on his forelegs*
Lucy: *sits down next to Natsu sitting next to his head. she scratches his neck*
Natsu: *growls happily, his eyes close*
Lucy: *looks at Igneel* how can we reverse the transformation
Igneel: We have to wait until he's completely calmed down, or until his energy runs out. They would be the only things sustaining the transformation
Lucy: o..okay *looks down*
Natsu: *nudges her lightly with his head*
Lucy: *looks at Natsu* huh?
Natsu: *starts sniffing her*
Lucy: *giggles* h..hey t..that t..t..tickles
Natsu: That's the point.
Lucy: *sticks her tongue out at Natsu*
Grandine: Can I make a suggestion?
Lucy: o..okay
Grandine: Use your magic and try to heal him.
Lucy: o..okay *places her hands on Natsu's neck and uses her magic to heal him*
Levy: *walks up to the group with Wendy, holding a few blankets* We thought these would help
Natsu: *his eyes widen and fire starts making its way through the tiny gaps in his scales*
Erza: what's happening?
Igneel: *smiles* It's working
Grandine: *walks over to Wendy and takes the blankets she's holding*
Gajeel: what the hell is happening?
Natsu: *the fire envelops him completely, the last thing Lucy sees is his eyes wide with worry*
Lucy: Natsu! *focuses on her magic. tears trickles down her face*
Grandine: *hands Lucy a blanket as the fire shrinks in size.*
Lucy: o..okay *takes the blanket and wraps it around Natsu*
Natsu: *as the blanket wraps around him, the flames die down revealing him back to normal, albeit a bit dazed*
Lucy: *hugs Natsu. tears pouring down her face*
Natsu: *shocked by the sudden hug, he carefully puts an arm around her*
Lucy: I..I'm s..so s..sorry
Natsu: *still dazed, he rubs her back letting Lucy cry into his chest*
Igneel: *to Gray, Erza, Gajeel, Levy and Wendy* He's going to be out of it for a little while.
Lucy: *sobs into his chest*
Erza: of course. we'll come by tomorrow to see them
Wendy: W..will Natsu-san be okay though?
Grandine: *smiles* He's going to be fine.
levy: don't worry Wendy. Natsu is strong. he'll pull through
Wendy: *looks at Natsu worried*
Erza: Wendy Natsu will be fine
Igneel: *carefully approaches Lucy and Natsu* Lucy. We need to get him inside.
Lucy: *looks at Natsu with tears in her eyes* o..okay
Natsu: *looks at Lucy and hesitantly moves his finger along her cheek, wiping the tears away*
Lucy: *looks at Igneel.* c..can w..we have s..some help?
Igneel: *moves behind Natsu and carefully pulls him to his feet*
Natsu: *flinches at Igneel's contact*
Grandine: *walks over to Lucy and helps her stand*
Lucy: t..thank y..you
Grandine: *smiles warmly* It is no problem.
Igneel: *walks Natsu slowly back to Grandine's house, talking him through every step*
Lucy: *shakily walks back to the house*
Gray: Flame brain's really shaken up
Gajeel: well that's obvious popsicle
Erza: I wonder what happened
Gray: I know that Gajeel. But I haven't seen him this withdrawn since his mother died
Gajeel: I wonder what could have set him off like that
Wendy: I don't know. But we should head back
