Gibbs was alone with Tony once again. McGee had left to go home hours before. Gibbs looked at his watch and sighed. Visiting hours were over. He had to leave his boy. It would be another night leaving his son still in a coma. The night before he had been able to stay at the hospital but tonight he had to go home. Tonight Sadie needed him more than Tony would. She had been through a horrific ordeal. The least Gibbs could do was let her sleep in her race-car bed. He took a deep breath squeezed Tony's hand, and kissed him on the forehead.

"Good night son. I will be back first thing in the morning." Gibbs whispered.

Jimmy took one last look at Breena's sleeping form. Leaving her was the last thing he wanted to do but visiting hours were over. He hoped that she would be cleared to go home by morning. He didn't think he could take another night apart from her. Even him sleeping on the couch in the waiting room was too far away for him but it would have to do. He took a deep breath and turned towards the door.

"Jimmy?" Breena called.

"What is it?" Jimmy asked.

"Where are you going?" Breena asked.

"Visiting hours are over." Jimmy sighed.

"Oh" Breena sighed.

"How are you feeling?" Jimmy asked.

"Not great." Breena admitted.

"Do you need me to get you a doctor?" Jimmy asked.

"I don't know something seems wrong." Breena replied.

Not caring about consequences Jimmy ran down the hall screaming for help. He knew that he was breaking so many hospital rules but his wife needed help. The doctors were watching her for internal bleeding. Now she was having serious pain and seemed frightened.

"HELP! HELP!" Jimmy cried running down the hall.

"Sir you have to calm down." A doctor warned.

"Please help me! Something is wrong with my wife." Jimmy explained.

"I will help you but you have to calm down." The doctor replied.

Jimmy followed the doctor up the hall back to Breena's room. He found himself struggling to walk as he made his way back. When they finally arrived back to Breena's room. Jimmy sat back down and watched the doctor tend to his wife. Jimmy felt his heart drop when the doctors face paled and he called for help. The next thing Jimmy knew the room was swarmed with doctors. Jimmy was shoved out and Breena was rushed down the hall for further tests. Jimmy stumbled to the waiting room and fell on to the nearest couch. He held his head in his hands and started to cry.

"I am looking for Jimmy Palmer?!" The doctor who Jimmy had run into called.

"That's me" Jimmy replied.

"I am Dr. Wilson and I have good news and bad news." Dr. Wilson replied.

"What? How is she?" Jimmy questioned.

"We ran some tests on your wife. The good news there is no bleeding the bad news is we found a mass on her liver." Dr. Wilson explained.

"Like a tumor?" Jimmy asked.

"That's what it looks like. She is scheduled for surgery to remove the mass at eight in the morning. I strongly suggest you go home and at least try to get some sleep." Dr. Wilson explained.

"Can I see her first?" Jimmy asked.

"Yes but make it quick." Dr. Wilson replied.

Gibbs tucked Sadie in to her bed. He wished that he sounded as good as Tony did when he sang lullabies to her. He had grabbed a pillow and blanket from his room and hauled the air mattress up from the basement. If Sadie had nightmares about her ordeal he wanted to be there for her. He just wished that Tony was there to comfort his daughter. He was wishing a lot of things in regards to Tony that night. Most of all that his son would just wake up and be OK. At least Sadie seemed to be sleeping peacefully at the moment. He tossed the pillow and blanket on to the air mattress and climbed into bed himself.

"Jethro?" A voice called.

"Who's there?" Gibbs demanded.

"Forgotten about me already?" Jenny questioned.

"Jenny? Please don't tell me that you took my boy." Gibbs pleaded.

"Relax Jethro I am only here to talk to you." Jenny assured.

"What do you want?" Gibbs demanded.

"Oh somebody's in a mood." Jenny commented.

"My son is in a coma! My granddaughter was kidnapped! Of course I am sleepy!" Gibbs snapped.

"I am sorry." Jenny replied.

"Why are you here?" Gibbs asked.

"I need to talk to you about Tony." Jenny explained.

"You said you wouldn't take him!" Gibbs snapped.

"I am not going to take him. In fact I am here to help you wake him up." Jenny replied.

"How! How do I wake him! I have begged him to wake up and ordered him not to die! Jimmy has apologized to him and told him that he doesn't blame him for his baby dying! We have all pleaded with him and nothing works!" Gibbs yelled.

"Tony is holding on to a lot more than the thing with Jimmy." Jenny replied.

"Like what?" Gibbs asked.

"The main thing is he blames himself for my death, Kate's am Mike's too," Jenny explained.

"What do I do?" Gibbs asked.

"Talk to him." Jenny replied.

"Why does he blame himself? For all those deaths?" Gibbs asked.

"He blames himself for everything because he was raised by a man who would find a way to pin the titanic on him." Jenny explained.

"Please tell me that if I set him right he will wake up." Gibbs pleaded.

"You'll see." Jenny replied.

"Gibbs?" Sadie asked.

"What is it sweetie?" Gibbs asked.

"Who were you talking to?" Sadie questioned.

"Nobody" Gibbs lied.
