Tony sat on the ledge of Gibbs' porch. Sadie was running around the yard playing on the stick horse Gibbs had bought for her. He could almost see him pushing Sadie on the swing-set Gibbs was building for her. While Ziva watched from the porch where she was talking with Delilah and Abby about weddings. Delilah had called McGee and said she was moving back to the states in a few weeks and McGee was planning on greeting her at the airport with a proposal. Tony was secretly hoping that McGee and Delilah and Ziva would agree to his plan of a double wedding. Call him sappy but a double wedding had been the most romantic thing to him, since he was a boy. Gibbs walked out the backdoor with his cellphone in his hands.

"Afternoon Boss." Tony replied.

"Get off that ledge Tony you still have stitches." Gibbs warned.

"Fine dad." Tony groaned rolling his eyes.

"You know that you love having a dad who actually looks out for you." Gibbs replied.

"I do, now what's going on? I know you didn't come out here just to lecture me about sitting on a ledge." Tony questioned.

"I just got a call from Ducky." Gibbs sighed.

"How is she?" Tony asked.

"It won't be long now. Jimmy wants us to come to the hospital to say our goodbyes." Gibbs replied.

"I just need to get a sitter for Sadie." Tony replied.

"My neighbor agreed to watch her." Gibbs replied.

Once Sadie was under the watchful eye of Gibbs' neighbor. Gibbs and Tony were on their way to the hospital. To say one last goodbye to Breena. Tony secretly wished that he would have been unable to get a sitter for Sadie and he would have to stay home. He didn't think he could handle seeing Breena on her deathbed. He knew he wouldn't be able to handle seeing Jimmy falling apart before his eyes. Tony was still wishing that it was him who had died instead of Breena.

"Talk to me." Gibbs said out of the blue.

"About what?" Tony asked.

"Where babies come from. I really want to know." Gibbs snarked.

"Well you see when a man loves a woman..." Tony started.

"I know where babies come from Tony! I want you to talk to me about Breena." Gibbs replied.

"We have been talking about Breena for days." Tony replied.

"I know but I also know you are still beating yourself up." Gibbs replied.

"I feel bad because now I have Ziva and Jimmy is losing Breena." Tony admitted.

"She could still pull through." Gibbs replied.

"Then why are we going to the hospital?" Tony asked.

"Because I don't want to take any chances." Gibbs replied.

Jimmy was amazed that Breena had hung on this long. After Ducky came to say his goodbyes, he had called the NCIS family to do the same. Jimmy watched each interaction from the window. He knew that he looked pathetic and helpless but that's how he was feeling. Gibbs exited Breena's room and pulled Jimmy into a tight hug.

"If you ever need to talk kid." Gibbs whispered.

"Thanks" Jimmy squeaked.

After getting back from the hospital Tony was up in Sadie's room playing a game of Hungry Hungry Hippos with Gibbs and her. Naturally Gibbs was winning. Tony secretly wondered if his boss had insisted that they play in Sadie's room. Because he knew he floor in there was tilted.

"No Tony the floor is not tilted you are just a sore loser." Gibbs said.

"Aw come on I was just thinking that!" Tony cried.

"How long have you known me?" Gibbs asked.

"Long enough" Tony admitted.

"Exactly" Gibbs replied.

"Daddy mad at grandpa?" Sadie asked.

"No Sadie I am just mad I am losing." Tony replied.

"Yeah Sadie your daddy is a sore loser." Gibbs coed.

"Aw come on Boss!" Tony whined.

"Well she's going to find out eventually." Gibbs replied.

Ziva pulled into Gibbs' driveway, she still wasn't used to being back. She was glad that her NCIS family had welcomed her back like she had never left. When she first agreed to return. She was worried that their would be resentment. She was sure that she would have to go through the same resentment and lack of trust. She had when she first joined NCIS. Instead she was greeted with open arms and Tony finally admitting how he felt. She just hoped they would all feel the same way when she told them that she was pregnant. Her newest concern was that the baby would turn out to be Adam's and Tony would want no part of it, because it wasn't his kid. She knew Adam wasn't interested and she doubted she could handle single motherhood. Slowly she climbed out of her car, walked up the driveway, and knocked on the door. A few moments later Gibbs answered.

"Ziver" Gibbs greeted.

"Hello Gibbs may I come in?" Ziva asked.

"Of course" Gibbs replied ushering her inside.

"Where is Tony?" Ziva asked.

"I don't know you can sit down and wait for him though but be careful I think my couch is broken it's all lumpy and making these weird noises anytime you sit on it." Gibbs replied.

"That's weird it was fine yesterday." Ziva commented.

"Yeah well take a look for yourself." Gibbs replied.

Ziva walked over to the couch wondering what Gibbs was talking about. Their were lumps alright but their was also a brown sheet covering the cushions. She picked up the sheet and pulled it up. Tony popped up and kicked the blanket the rest of the way off revealing Sadie lying on his stomach.

"Tony!" Ziva snapped.

"Did we scare you?" Tony asked.

"No but do you really want to teach Sadie that kind of behavior?" Ziva asked.

"Yes" Tony replied.

"OK then um can I talk to you privately?" Ziva asked.

"Yeah sure." Tony replied.

"I'll be in your room." Ziva replied.

"Boss watch Sadie!" Tony called following behind Ziva.

Tony climbed the stairs up to his room. If Gibbs wasn't watching he would have taken them two at a time. He was sure that Ziva was ready to consummate their relationship. It probably was a little early but he didn't mind. He had been dying to get in bed with her since the last time he had seen her on that tarmac. They'd had sex several times in the past but this would be the first time it was more than just hormones running wild. He found Ziva sitting on the bed. She was fully clothed but she was still sexy. Part of him wanted to climb on the bed and jump her bones right there but that would be disrespectful. So he simply walked over to the bed and sat down beside her.

"Sooo what did you want to talk about?" Tony asked coyly.

"Tony, I'm pregnant." Ziva replied.

"You're what?" Tony asked.

"I am pregnant." Ziva replied.

"Is it mine? I mean there was that night in Israel but I pulled out." Tony replied.

"I don't know but I think you pulled out just a little too late." Ziva explained.

"If you know I pulled out too late why do you not know it it's mine?" Tony asked.

"When I first got back to Israel I started dating Adam but he cheated on me. I had just found out I was pregnant the day we broke up. I had a miscarriage a few months later but there is a chance that I was carrying twins and one baby survived." Ziva explained.

"OK" Tony replied.

"Would you stay with me if it wasn't yours?" Ziva asked.

"Yes, Ziva I would. I love you." Tony assured.

A/N: I will reveal the paternity of Ziva's baby in the next chapter. New chapter will be up soon. Please review and thanks for reading.
