One nice afternoon , 3 girls were inside a tent near certain redhead's cottage in the mountains.
And one of them is our favorite short and whiny protagonist, Nico Yaza—"Oh shut up author! Who're you callin' short and whiny!? Geez . Just let me do this in my POV okay?God. Writers these days."
(That was quite racist Nico-chan. Anyway let me just say this took place on Maki's cottage in the mountains when they were thinking about a song a costume, some lyrics and choreos to perform for the preliminaries.)
"Oh of course they know that much. How do you think they end up reading your fanfic if they're not Love Livers? Who do you think Nico-Nii's fans are?"
(You mean NicoMaki ?)
"S-Shut up. Anyway I'll start my POV now so if you don't mind?"
(Okay. Sorry. It's just that NicoMaki is so cute it's—)

Nico's POV
"Why did we put up a tent if we have a cottage?"
I grunted . Seriously,after that whole ordeal of me falling on a cliff with Rin ,luckily not dying and only getting soaked in the process ,they reward me with this? What if my beautiful skin get bug bites? What if I get a cold? Geez these people should care about Nico a little more.
Oh yeah, we're in our training camp for the preliminaries. Maki's place again. Seriously, how rich is this girl? Having a cottage in the mountains. We split into three groups to help the Umi ,Kotori and this ojou-sama because they're in a slump. They said they're feeling pressured now more than ever. I knew they should've just used my Nico Nii song but they keep refusing. Hmph. Now , I still don't get why we're in a tent thinking back.
"Well there's no use splitting up if we don't give the others some space to concentrate and there happened to be some tents in the cottage so..."
Eli reasoned out. Boo~ still unnacceptable.
"Well I'll be back on the piano later though."
Maki said. Not fair. I wanna be in the cottage too. Ah well.
"Why don't we start cooking dinner so Maki can make some progress?"
Eli mused then Maki blushed at the proposal. So cute — I mean— whatever. Why do I feel irritated somehow?
I scoffed and got out the tent to start making dinner, Eli followed to help.
Moments later , I was cooking stew in the campfire Eli made.
It's not like I cooked stew because there are tomatoes in it. I just felt like cooking it okay? Hmph!
Well...
I do hope she'll like it.
What am I saying? Of course everbody loves Nico Nii's cooking!
Oh God did I just admit I cooked this for her? WAAAHH!
"Nico? What's wrong ?"
I was cut off my thinking by Eli's voice. I just realized I was shaking my head with my hands in frustration when Eli spoke ,I was now holding my hands up like guns were pointed at me. In short , I looked stupid.
"Teehee~! It's nothing Nico~!"
I quickly changed my fingers into my signature pose so Eli wouldn't notice...whatever I was doing or...thinking.
"Haaah... Okay... By the way, is it ready yet?" the quarter-russian smiled. It's good she didn't notice. God I can be such an idiot sometimes.
"Y-Yeah! Almost ." I went back to my previous position and stirred the contents of the pot I was cooking at. Seeing the meat was cooked, I decided it was ready.
"Oh it's done Eli!" I said as I grab a bowl to fill. It smells great. Good job me. I can't believe I'm this awesome.
Oh and wow, just in time because the sun is beginning to set. I can't see it much because of the tall trees but I can definitely tell the sky is starting to colour a bit orange but it was still a bit bright as well. It's not gonna be dark 'til an hour or so,probably.
"Maki-chan! Food's ready." I heard Eli call then she grabs another bowl to hand me.
"Coming!"
Maki came up to us and I hand her the first bowl I filled.
"Here, for the hard-working first year. Y-You must be hungry right?" she takes the bowl from my hand and I swear I could feel sparks when her fingers grazed mine. Well, it's not really new, I mean...We've already had a few dates that included holding hands so why is it that my heart still races when I barely touched her fingers?
"Thanks." I went back to reality and heard Maki's voice, her face blushing.
"Yeah...You should be! It's Nico Nii's stew !"
"B-Bueeh? What's that? Acting so high and mighty agai—"
"EHEM!"
I was thinking of a comeback to what Maki was saying but she was cut off speaking herself when we heard someone clear her throat.
Crap. I got carried away. Eli was still here.
"You guys stop arguing or else you're gonna add push ups and sit ups for your dinner."
"Geh." I remembered how Eli scary is in another way than Umi's karate chops.
"She started it." I pointed to Maki and used her as a scapegoat. Sorry love, I value my life. Teehee.
"Wha—!? It was you acting so bossy you li—"
"Guys..."
"We're sorry." we said in unison.
After handing out the food to the both of them and getting one for myself, we started eating.
"Thank you for the meal!"
I couldn't help but stare at Maki who was about to take her first bite . I want to see her reaction but she saw me instead.
"Is there something on my face?" She deadpanned.
"Oh no.. I.. Uh.. Just... Just hurry up and eat it!" I try to shake off the warmth reaching my cheeks. I'm embarrassing myself , this is not the usual NicoNi.
"What's with you? I don't understand." She sighed and finally took a bite.
Her eyes glowed. Bingo.
"It's delicious isn't it?" I smirked and started to eat too, holding back to point out Maki's expression.
"Khorosho... This is really good Nico..."
Eli said still looking at her spoon (or maybe the bowl because Nico can't really tell from her position) that she ate from as if Nico was reflecting on it. -_-
"...right Maki?" she smiled at Maki .
I could see Maki's face from the corner of my eyes. I swear I saw her blush before she averted her face from me.
"It is... " she said then grabbed a spoonful of the stew. "Thanks Eli." she smirked then took a bite from her spoon once more.
Eli's face was as if not knowing whether to laugh or whatnot.
I almost spit what I was eating because I tried to talk. Good thing I remembered to swallow before attempting to speak again. "Ehh?! Why? Aren't you gonna thank Nico too~" I said playfully . Nico deserves a proper gratitude to right?
"I already did ,didn't I?"
"No. That was different~"
"Huh? I don't get it!"
"Just understand it okay?"
Is it really so hard to thank Nico? Here I was being nice and—
"Ahaha. .. I didn't do much though. Nico , Maki said thanks." Eli winked at me.
Ohh... I remembered... This was one of Maki's usual tsun mode... A~n . This tsundere she's..
"Wait wha—!? I didn't— I'm not... Eli!" Maki stood up trying to explain herself, she pouted and I could clearly see her face is flushed.
Ah~ Maki-chan is sooo cute. My loooovely lovely teeny weeny junior Maki!
Eli and I giggled in unison. I decided not to pick on Maki-chan anymore after this because she might get mad, although I knew she can't get mad at Nico for too long , I shouldn't abuse that power shouldn't I?
"Mouuu! Alright alright! You win." she sat down and started to eat again. Her face still glowing red. "Thanks..N-Nico-chan." she suddenly said then shoved a chockful of stew in her mouth again to prevent herself from speaking I guess. Oh ...and may I add that her face could almost compare to her hair and mine too... Yet... I felt a warm feeling. Probably Maki-chan's magic as always. Oh my god, am I really dating this beautiful creature? Oh my god I'm so lucky. Oh my god how many times have I thought of that? Well, I'll make her feel lucky too since Nico can be —scratch that— IS the best girlfriend ever!
I saw the blonde sitting in front of me smile. Good thing some people are not here because they'll probably tease us to no end, and it's embarrassing.
And just like that we went through our dinner without any more ruckus.
"Thanks for the food ."
Maki said when she finished last. I want to see that face of her again when she handed her bowl to me asking for seconds. It was adorable... but Nico Nii is more adorable I mean.
I shook my thoughts away then we cleaned our mess and took the utensils back inside the cottage for washing.
Me and Eli at least. She said Maki should continue working on her song , of course I agreed so she can make some progress... but leaving Maki-chan made me feel a bit ...lonely I guess. Aww~ I guess Maki-chan will feel lonely without Nico Nii's presence too. I kept a giggle to myself.
"Hey Nico. Do you think we could make it in time? Was this really the right move? I'm starting to think I just put pressure on everyone."
I was surprised when I heard Eli asked. Even this straight-laced student council president has her worries huh? Well yeah of course , she's only human too and yeah this is a serious matter. But I think this blonde is worrying too much.
"Naive thinking Eli. I think this was the right move. Those girls are stronger than you think. Just a little slump won't get them down... and we're here to help them aren't we? You even thought of it you know? That's why we split up? Duh." I smiled and thought of Maki. She won't let anything like this put her down right? But why does she and Umi and Kotori feel more pressure right now I wonder. Maybe just maybe...
"You're right Nico. " my thinking was stopped by Eli's words."That was silly of me..." she continued."...and that's why we're here, to help them get back on track whenever they are starting to lose their way." Wow. That was really a cool line just now don't you think?
" Thanks Nico. You do say meaningful things sometimes."
"Oi! What is that supposed to mean?!"
She giggled. These guys sure love to tease Nico. Ah well, at least she feels better now, or Nozomi might murder me later. Just kidding. Wait —on second thought I'm REALLY glad she's fine.
After we worked on the dishes and me grabbing a few foil paper and sweet potatoes I saw in the kitchen (and I hope ojou-sama wouldn't mind because I'll share some with her anyway),we went back and saw Maki-chan sitting in front of the fire.
Third person POV
Moments later of roasting , of bickering , of tsundere-ing, of the sun-setting , of finding out about a certain blonde's weakness ...
"I didn't expect Eli to have such a weakness." Maki spoke as she looked at the tent where Eli was inside , checking if her flashlight was working . For 'that' clever and cool student council president to be scared of the dark was amusing.
"Sheesh...put yourself in my shoes thinking of song for you third years." Maki sighed , Nico was not amused.
"Eh?" the twintailed-girl faced her junior.
"Huh?"The redhead yelped and faced Nico. Had she said something wrong?
"What did you just say?" Nico leaned closer to emphasize her question and stared at Maki's amethyst orbs intently.
"What?" the younger girl almost jumped at the sudden gesture.
"You just said you're doing it for the third years."
"So what?" Maki questioningly said because she believed there was nothing wrong with it. What is Nico so riled up about?
Nico pulled herself away and returned to her earlier position. "I figured that might be it." she sighed . Her hypothesis was confirmed. The reason why Umi , Kotori and Maki was feeling more pressure.
"You need to make a good song for the third years , so the third years can win." she said as if it was the one thing Maki was pondering about (well it's not at all far from it though)
"I didn't mean—" Maki flinched not knowing what to say anymore. She looked at Nico if she had offended her . She didn't say those words to mock the third years nor out of pity, she just wanted for them to have something great to remember when they graduate (which is winning Love Live) sincerely .
Well Nico understood their feelings of wanting to win for the third years before they graduate,even flattered of course , but that wasn't supposed to be the case because...
"Every song is always for everyone." The raven-haired girl spoke. Her eyes glistened, might've been because of the fire.
"Wh-!?" the redhead, seeing Nico's expression and hearing her statement , didn't know how to respond.
It struck Maki. She didn't want to admit it but Nico was right.
She looked away from Nico's face. How can someone like this ruffian say something so right.
"Why are you acting so high and mighty?"
Inside the tent:
The blonde could only smile at the tsundere combo's antics hoping—err—knowing it would subside. She's getting used to the two and beginning to understand what Nozomi had said that it was just their way of showing their love , but it just really just gets irritating sometimes.
She thought as she changed into comfortable clothes to sleep on .
She and Nozomi were the only ones who know about Nico and Maki's relationship status at the moment (well it was only Nozomi and her cards at first) .
She remembered how the said purplenette pulled her by the wrist and dragged her into a small playground near when they were going home after practice.
"The cards told me something important.'
"Huh? What is it? And why do we need to hide?"
She questioned why Nozomi made her duck behind the bushes near the monkey bars.
"You'll know soon enough Elicchi~!" the purplenette put on a playful smile. The same smile that Nozomi flashed in Eli's life the first time they met. That smile that made her heart go Khorosho like no one else. Well it was good to see her friends and her family smile but her bestfriend's was different. It was the only smile that could make her chest feel cramped and surprisingly pleasant. If possible she wanted to see more of this girl's smile.
"Oh, here they come!" She realized she was gawking at her , in a hope the other girl doesn't realize, she immediately looked to where the purple-haired girl was pointing.
"Nico and ...Maki? What abou—" her question was cut off when she saw intertwined fingers and smiling faces.
"Khorosho...is this what I think it is?" the blonde slack-jawed for a few seconds and recovered from the shock when she realized the two was out of sight.
"It is what you think it is Elicchi~! They're together finally~! " the other girl exclaimed excitedly.
"Geez . Nozomi, just how much your cards can tell you?"
"Just enough." she winked at the blonde and continued . "Well~ , this development was not unexpected though, but for this to happen so soon. I'm kind of jealous now. What about you Elicchi? You have a special someone too~?" emerald eyes met sapphire.
"I ..." Eli didn't know how to answer. Does she have a special someone? The question repeated in her mind a couple of times. She realized she was gawking at Nozomi again as if she had the answer (well she is the answer) .
'Can't your cards tell you that?'
She shook off her thoughts and tried to dodge the subject, wishing for Nozomi to drop it. "M-More importantly, what do we do about this? This can affect the whole group right?" "Boo~ Elicchi's no fun." Nozomi teased and answered "..Actually, it won't really affect the group. We should keep quiet about this for now."
Oh good she didn't press the matter any further.
"Are you sure about that Nozomi?"
"You'll see. I believe in the cards Elicchi."
'And I believe in you, Nozomi.' she could've said it out loud , but only a smile came from her lips. Was it really too embarrassing to say that? Or maybe it'd be too cheesy.
Still, this discovery about their friends was really a shock. Who knew that despite Nico had this haughty, stubborn and childish attitude, she'd end up dating 'that' Maki Nishikino she always argue with, their group's diamond princess.
"Well...their both stubborn though...So I guess they really fit each other, right Nozomi?" her lips curved into a smile at the memory ,trying to ignore the war going on outside.
Finished changing, she made herself comfortable at the tent and sat down. 'I wonder what she's doing right now? Ah well. I'll see her tomorrow morning.'
She sighed then she spoke loudly from the tent so the two people bickering outside can hear. "Don't stay up too late we still have a lot to do tomorrow...or else." the last part meant ; 'listen to me or you'll suffer the consequences' , she really need the two to calm down because there was really still a lot to do.
After a few seconds, she heard an "Okay!" from two girls outside the tent, it was the cue for her to sleep. She closed her eyes and not too long she was starting to fall asleep, only to be waken up by a battle that raged on.
Outside the tent:
A deafening silence bounds two girls sitting in front of the fire .
The smaller girl couldn't take the awkwardness aynmore.
"Ah mou~! Let's just go to bed Maki-chan!"
"B—BUEEHH!? Don't invite me to bed baka!"
"What are you—!? That's not what I meant ! What are you even thinking?"
"Uuu...It's your fault for saying it like that baka baka! You baka Nico!"
"It's you who was thinking of weird things baka Maki-chan!"
"Ah mou! This is pointless. I can't talk some sense into you."
"You're the one who's —"
"Guys..." a voice from the tent made them silent again.
After some seconds Nico sighed and spoke.
"So hey...Maki-chan , are you going to sleep?"she faced her the redhead who was currently twirling her hair.
"No. I ...I'm going back to the piano. I suddenly have some ideas for the song ...so maybe later.. "
"Don't stay up too late ." she headed for the tent and looked at the redhead again right before entering, "promise to sleep beside Nico okay?" she said like a spoiled child that wants her desert after promising she'll eat veggies.
Maki's eyes glowed , and her face , thankfully was not noticeably a blushing face because of the camp fire. 'What was that suddenly? Is that level of cuteness even legal? No... More importantly ... why is my heart beating so fast? But still...it's not a bad feeling... This ruffian...how can she agitate me, make me act like a child and suddenly make me extremely... happy. Ah~ that pout... I hate this side of me. So weak whenever she does things like that ... '
She suddenly have the urge to leap and hug Nico so tight, but that would be kind of embarrassing because the small girl might be expecting it and tease her so she tried to control herself.
But sheesh, that feeling. What is this spell she cast on her? Does Nico have a voodoo doll or something? Whenever it's about Nico Yazawa...everything just gets colorful and fun all of a sudden. Maki's head hurt from Nico's antics and cluelessness at times . She could be very stubborn, but she was kind and had an unwavering heart to not give up on her dreams and her beliefs. She admired her for that..
Sheesh, there it goes again. Nico's weird magic that made her think strangely. Not that she believed in magic , but man, those smiles ,those pouts, those sudden hugs, those... kisses and more things in that girl that made her heart palpitate irregularly, oh that CANNOT be science.
If there was something to explain , it was the disease called 'love'. She realized that not too long ago but still couldn't quite understand it. Love is mysterious. Love is weird but it was truly a bliss having that feeling towards this girl and she wanted to know more about that feeling , positively.
' Love has this sorts of magic too huh?" Maki's expression softened. Her lips showing a smile.
"Mmm. Yeah.. I got it Nico-chan..." she assured her beloved twintailed-pouting-childlike-yet-adorable Nico.
The said girl had a faint blush on her cheeks. She was in a trance for a short second and then her face showed a cheeky grin. "Fanservice : Goodnight Nico! NicoNi loves Maki Nico~! Don't keep Nico lonely okay~?" she said as she put on her NicoNi pose.
Sadly, Maki's face couldn't become any more flushed than it is right now.
Well she was used to this Nico's Oyasumi fanservice(what she called it) during those late-night phone calls, but seeing it done right in front of her made her heart skip a beat.
She sighed. "Alright alright. I won't . Goodnight Nico. Maki loves Nico too." she said unexpectedly confident, smirking.
"Ehh? You're supposed to get all flustered Maki-chan~"
"Mmm...No. Not happening . Sleep tight." the redhead said as she went off to the cottage, smiling all the while like a teenage girl in love (well she is one though).
Back on the tent, Nico was humming a happy tune whilst she put on her 'beauty treatment' . Trying not to wake up a certain blonde of course, she found a space for her to sleep then attempted to lie down herself.
She looked at the space beside her and smiled (a visible one despite her Super Nico Beauty Mask) .
"It feels ...like that time.." she slowly said feeling sleepy, the satisfied expression not leaving her face "...Ma...ki" she is falling asleep.. "cha..n..." and falling more and more...
into a very deep slumber..
A redhead was walking fast since she can't run in the hallway.
"I hope I'm not too late." she muttered under her breath. She was on class duty today that's why she got out of her classroom a little late than usual , and worried she was to be late for club practice.
She reached her destination and opened the door of the clubroom showing a lone twintailed-girl behind the computer's monitor.
"Sorry for being late— Mmm? Nico-chan?"she addressed the only girl she saw realizing that there was no one else but that person.
On the other hand, the girl turned to whoever mentioned her name. It was Maki.
" Oh if it isn't Maki-chan!" she stood up from her seat and did her signature pose. " Maki Maki Ma~! C'mon c'mon! Your turn Maki-chan!"
"I already told you I'm not gonna say that. Where is everyone?" she blandly said. Nico has been trying to make her say that line for a week now ever since that day. Yes, that day when they weren't able to use the rooftop for practice,
that day when Nozomi just went ahead and decided Maki should just go with Nico to make sure she'll study and do her homework since she and Eli will be busy 'eating parfaits' again (geez , does how much she loves those things)
that day when Nico told her she knows all about Maki's cute points,
and that day they went on a fast food restaurant ,just the two of them...
It's not like she thinks it was a date or anything. No way. She'd never go out on a date with the annoying Nico Yazawa. Why did she even come to think of it anyway? Thinking back she just wanted to point out when had Nico began to make her say that embarrasing ...idolish line.
"Oh you're no fun!" Nico replied. "The 2nd year combo have...uhh.. something? to do in the student council, Nozomi and Eli went to help. I think it went that way?" Nico then tilted her head unsure of what Honoka had said to her before they rushed out of the clubroom.
"Wow Nico-chan, thanks for the info." amethyst eyes closed as she spoke in a sarcastic tone.
"S-Shut up! You're the one who's late Maki-chan!"
The redhead started walking , unconsciously headed for the seat near where Nico stood, as if it was natural to come close to the person you're talking to, but in truth , somewhere deep inside her , something was saying she wanted to be beside the said girl. 'Not that I believe it' she contradicts herself. She sat and sighed ,trying to shake off her thoughts . "I don't think it's relevant to you being a useful informant, and oh, I was late for a good reason."
"Kuu...and that is?"
"Class duty ."she smirked.
"Geh—" Nico was taken aback, defeated to whatever fight they were having .
"What about Hanayo and Rin?" the redhead said gaining her usual demeanor..
"Oh, Rin wasn't feeling well, her stomach at least. Hanayo sent her home. " Nico answered somehow casually.
"Wow, you actually know that . Wait ,is Rin gonna be fine ? What happened? I didn't see those two at lunch too so I was ...a little worried. A little." she said slowly, at least the last part, then started playing with her hair.
Nico ignored the part that would get on her nerves because there was something in what the redhead said that was worth more, an opening to tease Maki. "Aree~? Maki-chan was lonely during lunch~? Why didn't you call Nico Nii~? I'll give you a free special lunchtime fanservice~" the twintailed-idol said in a cutesy tone doing her signature pose.
"Uuu...I-I didn't say anything like that! And what was that?! Fa-Fanser—?! AHH! Mou! S-Shut up. And just so you know, you're always not to be found anywhere during lunchbreak you IDIOT Nico!" Maki fumed.
Oops. She and her big mouth.
"Eh?" Nico's face went full red ,almost as red as her eyes. Her teasing backfired. Maki was looking for her during lunchbreaks...too?
"Uueehh?" 'WH-WHAT IN THE WORLD DID I JUST SAY?! ASHDJDFAKFLLKLLLLGJCN! I SOOOO WANT TO HIT MYSELF WITH A THICK ENCYCLOPEDIA. Wow, that'll probably hurt.'
The redhead was stuck in her thoughts about what more punishment she wants to do to herself for a bad slip of her tongue , she wasn't even playing with her hair anymore.
"T-They said the clinic nurse gave her medicine and recommended to rest. Probably some kind of withdrawal symptom for ramen." Nico said and turned so she can get back to the computer, of course , a good move to hide her face from her underclassmen. Nico knew that if she were to tease Maki about it, she'd just get mad , and also, she wasn't in a state to tease people herself.
Maki on the other hand was surprised . A stuttering "I-I see." Was the only thing that came out of her mouth. She didn't —or maybe forgot to even point out that withdrawal symptoms for ramen was not possible. 'Why isn't she saying anything? Isn't she supposed to tease me or something? Well, I'm glad she's not saying anything but...It'd be so awkward to be around her if we leave it like this.'
'Oh God . Be still my heart. Oh God , I'm gonna have a heart attack if this keeps up. What kind of sorcery is this Maki Nishikino?!' Nico held the mouse in her right hand and her chest in the other as if her heart would pop out of it.
The 'thing' Maki had said reminded her of those times during lunch that she would 'accidentally' pass by the first year classrooms and of course 'not' looking for a certain redhead , only to be dissapointed and not find her there. Wow she was soooo looking for Maki, she admitted to herself. Well maybe it was because...it was fun having someone whom you can actually tease, being the person whom her co-club members always treated as the imp . Not that she was offended, it just gets irritating sometimes. Well she would try to tease Hanayo and Rin but they always wouldn't get it,( or maybe because Hanayo was too kind and innocent to think that Nico was being mean)or the catgirl would accidentally say something that gets on Nico's nerves, with Hanayo ending up as the cowardly referee . Maki was really the only one she could clash with and be rewarded with rare antics and pouts of the redhead that not everyone sees. She softened up at the thought.
'I guess that's why I can't find her during lunch huh? Poor Maki-chan...if she's not with Hanayo and Rin ,she's probably all alone at lunch... looking for me...and I was looking for her.. What is this? Some kind of manga-ish phenomenon? Ah well. Mystery solved . Wow, Nico has an aptitude for being a detective! But that aside...what should I do?'
Silence enveloped the clubroom. Maki started tugging her hair again while reading her book (barely or maybe even not absorbing what was written on it), Nico on the other hand was pointlessly moving from folder to folder in the computer ,not really paying attention to what she was doing because she was thinking.
Reaching a conclusion (somehow) she closed the windows in an attempt to shut the device down.
She inhaled a lot of oxygen and let it out with a big sigh.
'Here goes ...'
"Hey Maki-chan.' she said still looking at the computer screen while it was shutting down.
"W-Wha—!" The redhead almost screamed. Good thing she remembered she should act natural to make the situation less awkward as it is. She cleared her throat and tried to speak again. "What is it , Nico-chan?" A little bit more natural this time.
"I'm...in the rooftop during lunchbreaks.. If it's too hot or if it's raining, the clubroom is where I eat." She almost stuttered. Wow, this redhead makes her...not herself .
But it was not a bad feeling she thought and smiled.
"So do drop by and share your lunch with Nico okay~?" looking back at Maki this time, while wearing her mischievous grin but a small blush evident on her cheeks.
"Y-You're really hopeless." the other girl said as she crossed her arms. Although, she tried looking for her in those places too at times but fail to see her , she was glad to finally be able to have lunch with Nico. A little maybe.. Just a little ... "It can't be helped. I'll come by...sometimes! Only sometimes!" she continued,almost scowling but her flushed face not going with her 'I'm not really happy about it -plan'
Nico looked back at the black screen of the clubroom's monitor .
Maki looked at the clubroom's ceiling.
Both of them having this silly smiles on their faces and thinking the same.
"Finally, lunches with her."
The string of sounds from a piano can be heard throughout a homey cottage in the night.
'Always for everyone huh?'
the redhead swayed gracefully as her fingers played the keys.
'she really does say meaningful things sometimes...'
she smiled and continued being absorbed in the music she and the piano makes.
'but can I just...
even for a bit...

her smile changed to that of a confident smirk as she stopped playing.
'Just a little won't hurt wouldn't it?'
she picked up the music sheet and her pen to rewrite some parts and returned the sheet to its place right after then played again as two figures go near her and listen .
It was gonna be a long night.
Morning
Hanayo woke up in her tent alone..
Eli and Nico had met with Rin and Nozomi because the others were not in the tent who should be sleeping next to them
Honoka ate the sunlight..
Moments later, they found the three girls in the cottage near the piano , resting and looking tired ,probably from an all nighter , with their finished works written on paper.
"They're so helpless..." Nico sighed. Ah~ you broke your promise but I guess I'll let you off the hook this time.
"Let them rest...but they'll be practicing hard with us... later.." Eli smiled.
They took the three's works and left them to rest as the other's practice.

"Huh? Nozomi what do you think this is?" Eli showed the music sheet to the purplehead ,there seemed to be a panda-like doodle with horns at the upper left corner.
"My~ My~. It's Nicocchi."
"Huh? Me? What?" Nico walked up to them as the others who were also curious did.
"It's an evil panda nyaa~"
"I'm not an evil panda! MAKI!"
