Since Jimmy was still sick on Sunday. Abby offered to take Sadie and Emma out for a girl's day. So Jimmy could rest and Tony could work on the house. Gibbs had said that he would come over and help as long as Amira didn't fight him on it too much. Tony wished that Gibbs would just get that girl professional help already but he knew it was none of his business. Sunday morning he woke-up early and got himself and Sadie dressed and ready to go. At eight forty-five he heard a knock on the door. He walked over and opened the door. Revealing Abby and Emma standing on the other side.

"Hi Abby! Hi Emma!" Sadie cried.

"Good morning Sadie, are you ready to go to church?" Abby asked.

"Yeah!" Sadie cried.

"Thank you so much Abby." Tony said.

"Well I had already told Jimmy I would take Emma off his hands for a few hours today and figured I may as well bring Sadie along as well." Abby explained.

"Well I really appreciate it, I want to get the new room ready before Ziva gets much bigger. I think she will be much happier in a king sized bed. When she's huge and stuck in bed all day." Tony explained.

"How is she by the way? I asked her the other day when I dropped Sadie off and she said she was fine but you know how Ziva is." Abby asked.

"She is doing pretty well considering. I am just hoping we can keep the baby inside until Ziva is full-term." Tony explained.

"When do you learn the gender?" Abby asked.

"Three weeks" Tony replied.

After Abby left with Sadie. Tony checked on Ziva one more time and left her breakfast with her before heading out to the hardware store to pick-up the paint. He spoke with a consultant and ended up buying two gallon cans of Ziva's favorite color. The consultant even logged the information into the computer so that he could easily get the right color if he needed more. Now he was standing in his and Ziva's room. It still felt weird to call this room his and Ziva's. He had laid plastic on the floor and pushed the furniture Gibbs had left into the center of the room. He bent down and started to open the first can of paint with a screwdriver.

"Where's your mask?" Gibbs demanded from behind him.

"Aw come on Boss, I don't need a mask to paint." Tony argued.

"You have severely scarred lungs. You are wearing a mask." Gibbs shot-back.

"My lungs will be fine." Tony whined.

"I am going to give you two options. One you put the mask on and are just fine, two you don't put it on and end up in the hospital." Gibbs warned.

"I said my lungs were fine!" Tony snapped.

"For one thing you have been hospitalized twice in the past three months for issues with your lungs. For another you it isn't your lungs that will land you in the hospital. It will be me kicking your ass for disobeying an order." Gibbs explained.

"Fine" Tony sighed taking the mask from Gibbs.

"That's better." Gibbs replied.

Jimmy grabbed the picture of Breena off of his bedside table. He studied it and ran his fingers over her face and hair. She was so perfect. It killed him that she to die in such a drawn out and horrible way. It should have been him. He should have been home to protect her from Senior's kidnapping. It wouldn't have undone the loss of their baby but he would have prevented her from dying and maybe even stopped her from losing her ability to carry children. He loved Tony and could never hate him but he despised Anthony DiNozzo Senior. He could not believe that he was in anyway related to his best friend. Let alone his father. He wanted Breena back so badly it was painful. He had told her that he loved her a million times in the days that she was hospitalized but still it didn't feel like he had told her near enough times.

"I still love you Breena." Jimmy whispered.

Tony stepped back and smiled at his handy work. McGee and Ducky had showed up to help with the painting. Shortly after the argument over the mask he had with Gibbs over the mask. Tony was relieved that the doctor and his former partner had missed the argument. Ducky would go into the endless details about what would happen to his lungs if he breathed in too many paint fumes and as for McGee. Well he would never let, him live it down. With the help of three other men they had already painted one and a half walls. Tony and Gibbs were painting the higher parts of the walls and McGee and Ducky were handling the lower halves. McGee was too afraid of heights to climb on a ladder and Gibbs worried too much about Ducky falling of the ladder and breaking a hip. Which at his age would be a major disaster.

"OK, Tony Duck and McGee have the bottom half painted. Let's get to work on top." Gibbs stated.

"On it, Boss" Tony replied.

Tony grabbed his paint brush, dipped it into the can, wiped it on the side and then started to climb up to the top off the ladder.

"You know it would be easier to just set the can on the top rung of the ladder." Gibbs commented.

"My way is fine." Tony argued.

"And to think I was sure I'd never have a teenager." Gibbs sighed rolling his eyes.

"Whatever" Tony scoffed.

Tony ran his brush down and up the wall until he was out of paint. Then he climbed down the rungs dipped the brush in the can, wiped it off, and then started to climb back up the ladder. He was on the second to last rung when he lost his footing and started to fall. He threw the brush in an attempt to be able to grab onto the ladder. All he did was hit McGee in the face with the brush and successfully pull the ladder down with him. His legs and body hit the floor but his head slammed into the opened can of paint. Gibbs dropped his brush jumped off the ladder and ran to his boy's side.

"Dammit Tony I told you to put the can on the top of the ladder." Gibbs whispered struggling to fight back tears.

A/N: Tony really should have listened to Gibbs. New chapter will be up soon. Please review and thanks for reading.
