Sadie made sure her dress and hair were perfect. She had been dating a guy named Josh Michael for three months now but tonight was their first real date. The first time they were going to a nice restaurant without their parents. They wouldn't be completely on their own. They were going on a double date with Emma and her boyfriend John. She looked up when she heard Ziva come into the room.
"Are you ready to go?" Ziva asked.
"I think so. How do I look?" Sadie asked.
"Lovely" Ziva assured.
"Are you sure?" Sadie asked.
"I would not lie to you, Sadie." Ziva assured.
"OK, I am ready to go then." Sadie replied.
Sadie grabbed her purse and then slowly made her way down the stairs. Her dad was sitting on the couch holding Madison who was now six months old. She walked over to the couch and stopped in front of her dad. He was cooing over Madison and didn't notice Sadie standing over him.
"Uh Tony look at your daughter." Ziva called.
"I am looking at her. Yes I am." Tony cooed.
"Anthony Gibbs! I mean your older daughter." Ziva chastised.
"But Ziva, Sadie is not here. I only see a woman." Tony argued.
"She is a woman now, Tony." Ziva reminded.
"No I am not ready." Tony argued.
"Well it's happening." Ziva replied.
"So what do you think, daddy?" Sadie asked.
"I think you look amazing and grown up," Tony replied.
"Well we have to get going." Ziva said.
"Are you sure you don't want me to come?" Tony asked.
"No Abba you get so nervous when I am with Josh." Sadie replied.
"Well you are my little girl and I was a teenage boy once." Tony explained.
"I know but Josh is not like that." Sadie replied.
"All boys are." Tony replied.
Sadie was amazed at how slowly Ziva was driving. Normally when Ziva drove Sadie had to cling to the door with one hand and the console with the other. Not to mention have her seat-belt so tight it made marks in her skin through her clothes.
"Sadie I need to talk to you about some things." Ziva said as they drove.
"What?" Sadie asked.
"You are a woman now and you will have certain feelings. Feelings that Josh will have too and your dad is right all boys are the same." Ziva explained.
"What are you saying?" Sadie asked.
"Please be careful and remember you are only fifteen." Ziva replied.
"I am not going to have sex and Josh won't pressure me." Sadie replied.
Sadie got out of the car and walked into the restaurant. Emma was frantically waving her over. She told the hostess that she was joining her friends and walked over to the table she sat down beside Josh and across from Emma. All four order sparkling lemonade. Josh, John, and Emma order pink but Sadie ordered the regular since pink came with strawberries.
"Are you ready to order?" The waiter asked setting down the drinks.
"Yes I will have the boca burger." Emma ordered she and Alison were vegetarians.
"I will have the avocado and spinach quesadillia." John replied.
"I will have the..." Sadie started.
"I'll take the sizzling streaks. The lady will have the almond fruit glazed salmon." Josh interrupted.
"No I will have the portobello Alfredo." Sadie corrected.
"No sweetie you want the salmon." Josh argued.
"First of all that sounds gross. Secondly I am deathly allergic to nuts and strawberries." Sadie explained.
"Order what I say!" Josh snapped.
"Josh dude chill it's not like she wants something expensive in fact what you are ordering for her is more expensive than what she wants and she could get really sick. Trust me." John explained.
"Pussy" Josh muttered.
"I'll come back." The waiter replied.
"No bring her the pasta." Josh scoffed.
Dinner was painfully uncomfortable. Emma kept asking Sadie if she was OK and John kept glaring at Josh angrily. Sadie just ate her dinner quietly. When everybody was finally finished the group stood and started out the restaurant. Emma and John climbed into the back of Alison's car and Sadie sat on the bench out front and waited. Josh waved goodbye and started off towards his motorcycle.
"Aren't you going to wait with me?" Sadie asked.
"Didn't Ziva give you pepper spray?" Josh asked.
"Yes but I just thought it would be polite." Sadie replied.
"Fine" Josh sighed.
Josh stormed over to the bench and sat down beside Sadie. He looked around and made sure that nobody was around. Before leaning over and grabbing Sadie's breast.
"Hey!" Sadie cried.
"What you don't want to mess around?" Josh asked.
"Josh we are fifteen." Sadie replied.
"So my brother was having sex at our age!" Josh cried.
"Your brother who is a senior and has four kids with three different girls?" Sadie asked.
"Five Tess is pregnant again." Josh corrected.
"Why would you want to risk that?" Sadie asked.
"Because I want to have sex." Josh explained.
"Well I am not ready." Sadie argued.
"You best get ready." Josh warned grabbing Sadie by the wrist.
Sadie tried to pull away but Josh only tightened his grip on her. A scream escaped her lips. Just as Josh was about to force himself on her. Somebody yanked him away and threw him to the ground. Josh landed on the sidewalk with a heavy thud. Sadie heard a snapping noise.
"Ow my wrist! If I lose my basketball scholarship!" Josh yelled.
"You think I give a fuck about that?! You were forcing yourself on my granddaughter!" Gibbs yelled.
"What are you going to do old man?" Josh asked.
"That's a stupid thing to ask a former sniper." Gibbs hissed.
"Like you can still shoot." Josh scoffed.
"Go sit your ass down over there and you won't have to find out!" Gibbs snapped.
"What's going on here?" Tony asked.
"This pervert was forcing himself on Sadie." Gibbs hissed.
"What?! I'll kill him!" Tony snapped.
"I dealt with it. You take care of your daughter." Gibbs ordered.
Tony walked Sadie to his car while Gibbs called the police and continued to scream at Josh. Sadie fell into the passenger seat and cried. Tony reached over and softly stroked her hair. Causing Sadie to jump slightly.
"Are you OK, do you not want to be touched?" Tony asked.
"No it's OK." Sadie sniffed.
"Are you alright?" Tony asked.
"Yeah he didn't do anything." Sadie replied.
"He could have." Tony replied.
"He didn't and I don't want to think about it." Sadie replied.
"OK well you will have to give a statement to the cops but we don't have to talk about it." Tony assured.
"OK" Sadie sniffed.
"Look all guys want the same thing but not everybody will try to get it like that." Tony explained.
"I still don't think I want to date again." Sadie replied.
"I hate to say it but that will change. You will recover and that will change." Tony promised.
"How would you know?" Sadie.
"Believe it or not girls can break guys hearts too." Tony explained.
"Like mom" Sadie sighed.
"Or Wendy my ex fiancee. She left me the night before our wedding and I was messed up for a long time." Tony explained.
"I didn't know." Sadie gasped.
"I don't talk about it but I got over it and found your mom Ziva and you will get over Josh and find a new love." Tony explained.
"But you never had anyone force themselves on you." Sadie argued.
"True but your mom has had worse done to her and she will help you when we get home." Tony assured.
"OK" Sadie sniffed.
