(Rose P.O.V)

The smell of bacon woke me up the next morning. I started to get out of bed, but fell back with a groan. The night before came rushing back to me as I recalled the last night's events: Dimitri and I laid in bed and talked well through the night. I don't know what it was when we fell asleep and everything after that was a huge blur for me. I tried to sit up again, but didn't make it far before my head hit the pillow.

There was a soft knock on the and Dimitri poked his head in. "Morning, Roza. How are you feeling?"

"Horrible," I answered, rubbing my now flat, naked stomach. Flat, naked stomach?

Seeing the horrified look on my face, Dimitri said, "you gave birth last night, Roza. Or, it more like morning when our little man was born."

Little man. The baby I've been carrying for almost nine to ten months is a boy. A little boy. I really hope he looks just his father. Eyes, hair, nose, everything. I gave birth to a baby boy and I don't even remember it! Why that's? How come I can't even remember one the most important events in my little boy's life?

Guessing my thoughts, Dimitri said, "Roza, you were going in and out conscious through out the birth. I know you're beating yourself inside about not remembering, but I personally think it's for the best that you didn't remember all the pain that you went through for the past few hours."

Wow. He does know because I was doing just that. Beating my self inside for not remembering. But, he's right when it comes to me not remembering all the pain giving birth comes with. It was painful when I gave birth to Rosalie in Russia, even though I was drugged then. There's also a possibility that Dimitri didn't drug me when I was in labor, seeing how he doesn't have access to that kind of medical stuff. Wait, did he deliver our baby? Or did someone else? And where is our baby?

"What are you thinking?" Dimitri asked, sitting next to me on the bed.

"I'm thinking if you delivered our baby," I mumbled as I finally managed to get out of bed and tried to ignore the way my entire body felt like it was two seconds from collapsing and never getting back up.

"Roza, where are you going?"

"To the nursery."

Turning around to face him, I stopped walking and stood there when Dimitri's sweatpants fell off me to the floor. At least his t-shirt was long enough that it covered everything important. I flushed when I realized he already seen everything when I gave birth. And more. But, for some reason Dimitri seeing me before, during, and after I gave birth makes me flush. Exceptionally, when he was the one delivering our baby!

"Roza, you don't have to go to the nursery, right now," Dimitri said, gently.

"But, I want to see our baby," I protested, wrapping my arms around my now small stomach.

"And you will see our baby once you feel better." His voice is still gently as he reached out to grab my hand to pull me back to bed, laughing when I tripped out of his sweatpants. "Sorry, Roza. It was the most stretchy thing I had for you to wear."

I nodded and turned my head away, so he wouldn't me blush. How come after being together for years, Dimitri still knows how to make me blush? I'm not the blushing type!

"Roza." Dimitri put his fingers under my chin and turned my head, so I was looking into his deep, dark, brown eyes. "You're right. I did deliver our baby, who has fallen back to sleep in his crib. Yes, I should have called our doctor, but I was more focused on being there for you when another attraction came and being ready when it was time for our baby to come out."

That just made my blush get about ten to hundred times worse. I still can't believe Dimitri delivered our baby early this morning. Not that I was to remember one second of it seeing how I was going in and out conscious through out the thing.

"Dimitri," I said, after a few minutes of silence. "Was she here?"

I almost told him not to answer that, but then he frowned and shook his head. It's not his fault. The one time I wanted my mother there, she wasn't. Still, I know Dimitri's proud to be the one who delivered our baby and I'm glad he did.

"If you don't mind I'm kind of tired," I said, wanting to change the subject. "I'm going back to bed before I see our baby."

"Roza, you can go back to sleep. You need to rest as much as possible after early this morning. Eddie, Jill, and I brought most of the baby's things in. They're in the nursery right now. We're waiting until you feel better to decorate anything."

"Thanks, Dimitri," I said, kissing him softly on the lips. "Oh, hey, did you pick out a name for our baby."

Kissing me back, he said, "no, I wanted you to pick out his name since I choose Rosalie's name. It's only fair, Roza."

Smiling up at him, I thought for a few minutes before a name came to me. "Dimka Mason Belikov."

"I love it," he said, almost instantly. "But, you should go back to sleep now, Roza. I'm going to see if our kids are eating their breakfast. I'll be back to check on you." His hand brushed across my forehead once I was under the blankets. "Are you hot?"

I shook my head. "No, actually I'm kind of cold. Can you throw me your sweats?"

Dimitri mumbled something under his breath in Russian. Getting off the bed, he handed me his sweats then headed out the door. Before I could try to pull the sweats back on, he returned with a heavier blanket which he laid on top of me.

"Here you go, Roza," Dimitri said, brushing his hand across my forehead again and down my left cheek. "I'll back soon, okay?"

"Okay," I whispered as I curled into a tight ball.

I didn't even have the strength to try to put the sweats back on, so Dimitri helped me by slipping them on for me. He kissed the top of my head before leaving our bedroom and shutting the behind before him. Soon after that, I fell into a deep sleep.

(Hours Later)

"Mommy, you awake in there," Tyler asked, poking my cheek with his boney finger.

I groaned and pulled the blankets up to my cheeks. "No, Tyler. Mommy is not awake, yet."

"Oh, how about now?"

I shook my head and scooted farther down into the blankets. Why today of all days does Tyler have to wake me up? Don't get me wrong, I love the kid to death, but I just wanted to sleep for once. Tyler, taking after me of all people, wasn't going to take no for answer. Slowly he pulled the blankets the down and climbed under them.

"Mommy, if you wake up I give you surprise," Tyler said, smiling at me like it was going to get me to wake up.

Surprisingly, it did. Hey, what can I say? I'm huge sucker for surprises! Exceptionally, when they're from my kids. To be honest, I rather have homemade gifts from my kids than store bought gifts that other people made. That's just how am I. I'm a mother of three beautiful kids and I love it when they help decorate our apartment with their art work.

"What's the surprise?" I asked Tyler, wrapping my arm around him and pulling him close to me. "Does it have something to do with food?"

Nodding his little head, Tyler pulled the blankets off of us until they were on the floor. "Come on, mommy."

I shook my head at him as I climbed out of bed. I tied Dimitri's sweatpants before they had a chance to fall down again. I looked down at Tyler, who was making moving gestures at me with his little hands. Boy, he sure isn't patient. I wonder who he learned that from? I shrugged my shoulders as I followed him into the living room.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was blue. Blue table cloth, blue presents, blue cupcakes, blue poster that said "It's a Boy!" in big white letters. They're other colors too, of course. But, blue stood out most to me. That, and all my close friends standing around in the living room, smiling at me. Dimitri came out of the nursery holding our baby boy, Dimka.

"I can't believe I slept through all this," I laughed, taking Dimka from his father's arms. "Hey, little guy."

"Surprise, mommy!" Tyler said, wrapping his little arms around my legs. "Happy Baby Shower...um...Day!"

Everyone laughed at that. Of course, leave it to Tyler to make everyone laugh. Looking around the room, I saw everyone was smiling and laughing. Having a good time under the circumstances, even though the party has just begun. I still can't believe that I was in the other room and didn't even hear them while they were setting up my surprise baby shower in here. Maybe, Dimitri is right. I am a heavy sleeper.

I'm not big on speeches, but I feel like I need to say something. "Guys, listen. I really do appreciate you doing all this. It means a lot to me and little Dimka here, too. He is so excited to be able to witness his very own baby in honor of himself and his mother who had to carry him in her for almost ten months."

Okay, so maybe it wasn't really a speech. But, hey, I did say I wasn't big on speeches. I just want everyone to know that I appreciate what they did. And the baby shower is in honor of Dimka and me, just saying. But, if they were planning on having a baby shower how come they brought in the most of Dimka's stuff into the nursery?

"Awe, Rose," Lissa said, coming up to hug me. "You don't have thank us. We all had so much fun planning and decorating for the baby shower. I mean I wish I could of been shopping for girl things, though. Can you imagine planning baby showers for two different families and they both had boys?"

I completely know what she means. I was there to help plan Sonya's and Mikhail's baby shower. It was kind of funny and annoying to watch Lissa fuss over the baby girl clothes, shoes, hair ties, and whatever else she can find in every store we went to.

"Well, hopefully next we'll be planning for your baby shower," I teased, winking at her. "And maybe you'll even have a daughter or two of your own shop to for. I mean first you and Spark have to you know..." I trailed off.

Just then, Lissa's face turned as bright red as a strawberry. "Rose!"

"Okay, who want's mini sandwiches?" Sonya said, holding up a tray full of mini sandwiches. "Anyone?"

Tyler instantly let go my legs to run over to where Sonya was standing. Rosalie soon followed her little brother toward the mini sandwiches. I simply smiled at a still bright red Lissa, who looked like she wanted to badly hurt me and she normally isn't the violent the type.

The rest of the day went really well and we haven't even got to the presents, yet. Everyone sat around in the living room eating, talking or laughing at something someone said. Along with the blue cupcakes and mini sandwiches there was punch, pizza, colorful fruit, etc. My number one favorite was the chocolate chip cookies with little bacon bits. No wonder, I smelled bacon this morning!
