Last time on SLM

The trio walked a ways out of town before Misayo took aim, and fired the arrow. As quick as she would have loaded the next arrow, Misayo pulled out her camera and took of the statue exploding.

"Are you sure you're not related to Deidara?" Kisame said taking a look at the scene.

"He wishes." was the only reply before they took off towards Konoha.

~~~~~~~~~~Start of Chapter~~~~~~~~~~
The three got to a lookout post half a mile away from the village before they were spotted. Nothing was said as Itachi turned his Sharingan on the poor fool who spotted them. From there Itachi found a number pad and pushed a few buttons. A few minutes later the trio entered Konoha. Misayo had to mask her chakra so her identity wouldn't be know. Upon entering the village, she caught sight of a pink hair girl walking with shopping bags. That's when she heard it.
"Hey Sakura, I'll catch up to you later. I have to go watch the shop." A blonde a girl who looked a lot like Deidara yelled as waved at the other girl.
Sakura, she's alive. That's not possible.
"It will be quicker if we just split up, and look for him." Misayo said as she took off without another word. She ran off towards the forest of death. Once safely within the forest she let the tears fall. The slid down a tree, drew her knees to her chest, covered her ears with her head, and closed her eyes, while rocking back and forth. She stayed that way for while, before she heard something.
"Misayo" a voice came though the trees. It wasn't until a sting to her face did she look up.
"I-I-Itachi. What are you doing here?" Misayo said as she whipped her eyes and acted like she wasn't falling apart.
"Silent bubble jutsu" came his reply.
"What are yo-"
"I knew you would come here. I also know that something is wrong. You always came here so you could cry without being ask questions."
"But the nine-"
"The nine-tails, no, Naruto, isn't in the town."
"But what doe-"
"I'll conceive Kisame to go to the a shop and find out where he went."
"I'm confu-"
"Shut up and listen. It's obvious that you have some things to work though. Meet us at the at the river that we use to play at when we were kids, in two hours." With that he dropped the jutsu and was out of sight.
Misayo unzipped her cloak, lifted her shirt, to show off her a seal that was on her lower back. After putting some chakra into it, she pulled out a scroll. The scroll it's self had three seals of it's own. She bypassed the first two and went to the third. After putting some chakra into that seal, a tiny book and a pen popped out. After writing a for a while, she ripped out the page, folded it in half and and wrote something on both sides. She put the paper in her pocket and left the forest. Once outside of the forest, she turned into Ran and walked towards the flower shop. Five minutes later she left the shop with four bouquets. She then headed towards the centenary. She made her way to a tree where three graves over looked the others. She carefully placed a bouquet to the left, and two in the center, before spiking the last on the grave on the right. She stayed there for an hour before she heard the voices of two girls. She bent down, and placed the folded up paper in one of the bouquets in the center and was gone.
The two girls were the pink haired girl named Sakura, and her blonde hair girl she was talking to.
"Ino, someone's been to their graves." Sakura said as she run up the hill. She looked down at the three graves. The other girl, now named Ino, gasped when she looked at the four bouquets.
"Sakura, those flowers. I wrapped them. I was wondering why someone wanted those flowers. But I think I understand now." Ino said as she walked up to the grave in the middle.
"These are Chrysanthemums. They are symbolic of death, lamentation and grief if you will." she said as pointed to the orange flowers. The grave read Mebuki Haruno. "These are zinnias. The yellow ones mean daily remembrance." She pointed to the yellow flowers that were on a the grave of Goro Uzumaki. "And those, they are lilies. The orange ones, well they mean hatred." Ino said as she picked up the flowers that were just disregarded. The grave they were left on read Kizashi Haruno.
"What about this one?" Sakura said as she picked up the pink flowers. A closer look she saw that there was a purple flower in the center.
"Well the purple one in the center is a Hyacinth. The purple ones mean I am sorry: please forgive me. The pink ones are Azaleas. They mean take care of your self for me. Hey what's this?" Ino said as she looked at the flowers. She put the flowers she was holding down and pulled a piece of paper out the bouquet from Sakura's hands. "It has your name on it." she flipped it over to show her. "There is also a seal on it." Sakura handed the flowers to Ino, and took the paper.
"It's a blood seal. I've read about these. Only people from the same family can open it. They were created so only the person who drew the seal could release it. It was later discovered, when the creator died, members of the same family could open it. And only the family members."
"Thanks for the history lesson, but what are we going to do with that?"
"I know this hand writing. If I'm right then." Sakura said as she bite her thumb and placed it on the seal. She pushed some chakra into it. The paper unfolded to reveal what's inside. "It's a letter from Misayo."
"What does your sister want."
"Half-sister, and I don't know."
"Well, read it out loud." Ino said as she started to shake the other girl.
"Fine, just stop shaking me!" Sakura said as she looked at the letter.
"It reads,
Dear My Favorite Flower,
I guess I don't have any right to call you that any more.
Dear My Cute Little Sister,
No, I have no right to call you that either. Let me try again.
Dear Sakura,
I know I have no right to contact you, but there are some things you need to know. I know you will hate me even when I tell you this, but need to be said. The night I left the village, I was the one who killed your father. There was a reason for it though. You need to know what led up to it, and why it happened. I didn't kill him out of cold blood, that I promise you. But I don't regret it. He was a sick man. Not sick like the flu, or anything. He was sick mentally.
My hatred for the man started the day when I became a genin at age ten. Mom gave me, my father's personal journal. Inside it I found out that my father wasn't from Konoha, and was brought here as a child. While in the apartments he lived in, he was friends with your father. There was a girl their age that lived near by and the three use to play together. You guess it, it was mom. My father wanted to become a ninja like the ones who saved his life. While mom and your father decided it was too dangerous. The three stayed friends, and it wasn't long before both males had a crush on our mother. They had became rivals for mom. But, in the end, it was my father who had won her heart, he stated it was because he was ninja, and Kizashi was not. Though mom never confirmed, or denied it.
A few years later, at age 16, mom got pregnant with me. The two were soon wed, but my father had felt like something was wrong. He felt like he was being followed, and watched.
When I was two, my father left for a mission with your father. He returned in a body bag. Before he died however, he was able to write down who was responsible for his death. It was no other then Kizashi Haruno! My father hid his journal in a seal, much like the one one used on this letter. The only difference is that it was made so only mother could open it. The seal was placed inside one of his weapon scrolls. By the time Mom found the scroll, four years had past.
By that time, she was married to Kizashi, and had you, and shorted my last Name to Uzu. She thought I should know, but wanted to wait until I was ready to handle it. She gave it to me with only one rule. Not to let your father see it.
Two years after I was given the journal, I got careless. And mother paid the price. While you were at school, I got home from a mission early. I was sitting in my room rereading it. He was came home from work, he was drunk, he barged into my room looking for mom, who was out at the time. I don't remember where she was. He saw the book, and became out raged because he thought he had burned it the day my father died. He started beat me. Now, you're wondering why I didn't fight back, I am a ninja after all. Think about how that would look. The adopted daughter of the head civilian council, who was a ninja, injure, or killing him. Well I guess it looks that way now, doesn't it.
Mom came in at that point. They traded blows and by the end of the fight, mom's neck was broke, and she was dead. I don't remember the fight much because when they started fighting I ran and hid. But that was only the beginning. Unfortunately I've ran out of paper, so I will tell the rest another time. Don't worry you will get another letter soon.
Misayo.
P.S. I'm glad you and Ino made up. Good friends are hard to find, trust me." Sakura read off the paper, then looked up at Ino.
"That's it? Where's the rest of it?" Ino said looking though the other flower bouquets to see if there was another letter. She found nothing however.
"Well in between the end of the letter and her name there are the words 'With Much Love', and 'Your Older Sister', but they were crossed out." Sakura then picked up all the flowers and started to run towards the center of town.
"Where are you going?" Ino shouted as she ran after her.
"I'm going to report this. What did the person look like, the one who bought the flowers?"
"Well, it was a female for sure, around 5'7", short blond hair, green eyes." By this point both girls had gotten to the Hokage office.
"Three unknown people, you say." Kakashi said as the two girls busted into the room. There they found Kakashi, Jiraiya, and Anko, talking.
"Yes, one near a river, and the other two are at my favorite tea shop, they sell the best dango there." Anko said while sitting on the desk.
"Its Misayo, sensei. I don't know who she's with, but I do know it's her. Here look at this." Sakura said as she handed the letter to her teacher. After reading it, he passed it to Jiraiya. When was half though the letter, Anko pulled it out of his hands.
"Yep, this is Misayo hand writing all right. I've seen her hand writing enough times with her paperwork for missions." Anko said skimming the letter.
"Where did you find this?" Jiraiya said looking at the genin.
"It was inside these flowers that were left on my mothers grave." Sakura said as she threw down the flowers.
"Don't take this out on the flowers, they didn't do anything." Ino said looking at the broken flowers that were on the floor.
"Ino, forget about the stupid flowers. We have a huge problem. My half-sister, and two people we don't even know are in the village." Sakura shouted at the blond.
"Well girlies, I'm out." Anko said as she walked out the door.
"You can't leave! We need help." Sakura yelled after the older female.
"Look, I was just here to tell Kakashi, and to gather the information on who it might be. Now that I have the info, I have to get back to my post. But don't worry, I'll send some help." and with that Anko left the room.
"Don't worry girls, we can handle things." Jiraiya said looking at the two genin.
"You don't know her like I do. You don't know how she can control you just by stringing words together. I need to help stop her." Sakura said as she walked to the door.
"If you want to help -" Kakashi started as he summoned Pakkun.
"Yo Kakashi, what's up?" The tiny pug asked.
"Take Guy this scroll." Kakashi said as he wrote a quick note. Then handled it to Ino.
"Fine." both girls same at the same time.
"Pakkun, find Guy, he should be near the hospital." said Kakashi. With a nod of the head from the dog, Pakkun, and the genin left the room. Kakashi himself was headed to send a message to Sasuke.
Meanwhile with Misayo
After making a quick departure from the graves, Misayo made her way towards the small creek where she had met Itachi when they were five. She sat on a tree branch that went over the river and dangled her feet over the water, like they use to do when they were younger.
Either I didn't take as long as I thought I did or they're late. Itachi's never late, like ever. Misayo thought when she felt chakra in her hidden ring (no, not her Akatsuki ring, a different one) That was a hidden message from Itachi. It was something they came up when they were ten. When either of us were going couldn't make it, wither it because of training or other reasons. Damn it Itachi, where are you? At that moment Misayo felt a the Kisame's chakra. Misayo took off to where she felt it.
~~~~~~~~~~End of Chapter~~~~~~~~~~

A/N

Some basic information I thought you should have.

Misayo became genin at age ten, chunin at age 12, jonin at age 13, and special jonin at age 14.

When she became special jonin she worked for the T&I. Her specialty was suggestive interrogation.

Itachi and Misayo met two months before the Nine-tails attacked.

Itachi and Misayo are the same age.

Misayo and Sakura are half-sisters. They share the same mother, but not the same father.

Sakura's parents are not ninjas.

The day that Misayo left the village was the day Sakura got placed on the three man squad.

Misayo went into hiding once she left the village to make sure the ANBU was off her tail.

Misayo's real last name is Uzumaki, her step father shorten it after the Nine-tails attack because he didn't want people thinking that the two were related.

She is not related to Naruto. She is related to Pein.

Pein and her father were brother, twins in fact. (I will get into why he wasn't at the house the night his parents died, and how he ended up in Konoha)

If you have any questions I would be happy to answer them. You can either leave it in a review or send it to me as a PM.
