"Ugh…my aching head…" Peter's familiar voice thought when he woke up. He was tied up to a chair, and there he saw the Kingpin, and his various thugs talking.

"I have no idea who this is!" Kingpain said while looking at Spider-Man's mask. The rest of the thugs shook their head. One of them said "I don't know either!" and the rest of them agreed.

Peter looked at the mask in Fisk's hands and thought "My mask?! They…still don't seem to know who I am."

Kingpin then looked at Peter and said "Well look who woke up! Rhino! Restrain him!" Rhino walk over to Spidey and held the chair he was in. But he didn't grab Spidey himself, so he had ample time to break out of the ropes and web yank his mask, putting it back on.

This made Fisk especially livid. He'd beat down Rhino like he would anyone for making that mistake, but he chose not to he knew he wouldn't win that fight. Instead, he commanded Rhino to get Spider-Man and just kill the bastard now.

Rhino ran at the Spider and he just leap above him. This continued on for a while until Kingpin got sick of this and pulled out his gun. "This ends here, Spider-Man! I can't have you intruding on what I'm doing!" Spidey looked confused to him this was just Wilson Fisk, upcoming industrialist. "I wouldn't even know what you were doing, !"

Fisk smirked and said "All you heroes seem to find out eventually, hence why I left Hell's Kitchen for this place. Daredevil got too close for comfort." Spidey then asked "Wait…Daredevil? I thought he was just a rumor…like…the Kingpin. You're the Kingpin, aren't you Fisk?"

Fisk kept on shoot and Spidey kept on getting out of the bullets' reach. Kingpin then confirmed this by saying "Of course I am! It was only a matter of time before you figured out, so I figured I might as well kill you now!"

Before he could continue with his rant, a baton smacked him right in the back of the head. "You aren't getting away with taking over Roxxon, Fisk!" a rather gruff sounding voice said. Kingpin shrugged off that baton and turned around, grabbing the person behind him.

"It is ever a pleasure to run into you again, Daredevil!" Fisk said with a tone of enthusiasm, but his grimace showed otherwise. Daredevil nodded and said "I'd look out behind you, Fisk."

Behind him was Spider-Man, but also running at Spidey with high speeds was Rhino. Kingpin tossed Daredevil and then turned around only to see Spidey's feet heading away from the ground and a huge tank of a man coming at him with full force. His mouth went agape for a second, but then he smirked as he quickly moved out of the way.

"How did he do that?!" Spidey yelled out. Daredevil replied with "Fisk is faster than he looks." Kingpin got furious as he clenched his large hands and told Rhino to go after Daredevil. He would go after Spider-Man himself. Rhino nodded and began chasing the Man Without Fear.

Kingpin himself instead tried whacking Spider-Man with his handy-dandy cane. As retaliation, Spidey grabbed the cane, only for Kingpin to reel him in and deliver a hard hitting punch to the face. "Hey!" Spidey exclaimed "That hurt like heck, you are fast for a guy of your size!" Kingpin gave an amused expression and said "Oh yes, that. It not only deceives you into not knowing my true speed, but also my true strength! It's like the sumo wrestlers of Japan!"

Spidey quipped with "Oh if you're like a sumo wrestler, where's your diaper thing?" Kingpin's amused face went to anger as he smacked Spidey with the cane again. "YOUR MOUTH IS GONNA GET YOU KILLED, BOY!" he yelled out in rage.

Spidey fell over and he noticed something. There was a huge hole in the wall. People started crowding around the hole and noticed Fisk attacking Spider-Man. Fisk looked back at them and said "Help! Help! Spider-Man was attacking me!" The people actually believed him. They started booing at the fallen wall-crawler until someone intervened.

"Wait!" a voice from the crowd called out. It was Captain Stacy! "Fisk is lying! He's been setting up the police force to avoid reporting his crimes! He paid them all off. Spider-Man was just trying to stop him."

The crowd then started booing Kingpin instead and then Kingpin let out a guttural growl at Stacy. "I tried to give you a fair and honest warning, Captain. But I'm afraid I'm removing you from the force!" Kingpin then gripped his cane and THWACK he smacked the Captain right in the head. The Captain tried to fight back by shooting Fisk, but then Fisk removed his coat, revealing a bullet proof vest.

Fisk then grabbed Stacy by the neck and said "Say your last words, Captain. Any regards left?" But before he could choke out the Captain, Spidey kicked him in the back. Kingpin then let Stacy go, only for Daredevil to catch him. Behind Daredevil was Spider-Woman. Both had apparently taken out Rhino by attacking his spinal cord.

"I-is he alright?" Spider-Woman asked. Daredevil said "Yes, I can feel his heart beating. He might need to go to the hospital to recover, but he isn't in danger yet."

Back in the warehouse, Kingpin and Spidey continued fighting. Spidey tried hitting Kingpin, but each time he did, he just got no sells. But honestly, Spidey wasn't going in full force, he knew Kingpin was not a powered human, he was holding back on him. But someone came in who wasn't holding back.

Spider-Woman just dived in and gave him a very savage beatdown. You could hardly see her move with how fast she was going. Finally she then tossed him into the wall. Spidey gave her a strange and said "What was THAT all about?"

Spider-Woman shrugged it off and said "Uhh…I gotta go, later!" She then swung off. Rhino was taken into captivity. But Fisk was a different story. He somehow escaped the long arm of the law and found a way out. Spidey wanted to find him, but for now he had more important business…

"I think it's almost ready!" an excited Doctor Octavious exclaimed to his supervisor. Osborn smiled and said "Of course it is, Otto." Osborn then turned to Doctor Moon and said "You could learn a thing or two about working fast, Moon."

Doctor Moon was a hectic wreck now, he always had a cup of coffee by his side, and he was shaking. The man was stressed by what laid on him. " please…I'm working on it, I mean it…but between me, my wife, and Cindy…I have a lot to take care of…"

Osborn glared at Moon and said "I want to see your daughter she's as old as my son, isn't she?" Doctor Moon's tired already shaky face got even shakier as he said "W-well…alright, . And she's a little older…"

To cut the tension, Octavious cut between the two and said "Yes, I should be ready to present this within a few days!" Osborn said "Good! Both of you are dismissed, what a good meeting." Doctor Moon left, still as shaky as ever. Ock strutted out in a very good mood, though.

Norman then looked at a vial of green serum and he said "Fuck it, Doctor Moon is making little to no progress on his project. Replicating spider powers can't be done right unless you get the DNA right from the source yourself I see…"
