Later that night, the Kingpin and Doc Ock gathered the Sinister Six. "Gentlemen…" Otto began "I have gathered you all today to kill Spider-Man. What we have planned is simple. Kraven, you're the muscle. Toomes, or as your new codename calls you Vulture, you'll be our air support. Sandman, you're another muscle. Electro, you're another air support, and finally Mysterio. You'll be able to support both the air and the ground. Are you ready team?"
The Six nodded and said "Yes sir." Kingpin clasped his hands, he loved that a plan that was likely to succeed was in motion. "Now" he began to ask Otto "When do we track down Spider-Man?"
Otto shook his head and said "Oh no, Fisk. We need to wait for Spider-Man to track us down. We lure him over." Kingpin smiled and said "I like that idea."
Speaking of which, Peter Parker was just getting ready to head to Roxxon and stop the Kingpin for good. Aunt May peeked into his room and said "Now don't stay up too late, Peter." Peter grinned and said "I wasn't planning on it, Aunt May."
May gave a grin right back and said "Good, if you need me, I'll be heading to bed." She then shut the door again. Peter got back to putting back on his tights. "She can't know what I do…if she does…"
He didn't want to finish that thought. So he put on his Spider-Man outfit, and left out the window. He swung to Roxxon, and was soon accompanied by Spider-Woman. "Whoa hey, what's got you in a hustle, fella?" she asked.
"Well" he began to say "I'm heading for Roxxon, the definite hideout of the Kingpin. I know it is." Spider-Woman then said "Hey don't go it alone, let me help!"
Spidey smirked and said "Oh alright, you can come too." Then another voice popped out from the rooftops. "She's not the only one coming, Fisk and I have a grudge to keep up." It was Daredevil, following the two swingers by running across the rooftops.
"Aww geez, who else is coming? If anybody says Iron Man, I'd be cool with that." Spidey said. "Iron Man? That new hero? Yeah, it'd be cool if we had a guy in armor, but we don't." Spider-Man retorted.
Daredevil then said "I think we should be enough for Kingpin." "But it isn't just Kingpin" Spidey added "Doctor Octavius is with him." Daredevil was taken slightly aback, but not enough to stop him from his continued brilliant acrobatics. "Octavius is alive?" he asked. "Sure is" Spidey replied. Spider-Woman than added "He doesn't go by Doctor Octavius anymore either. He goes by Doctor Octopus."
"Odd" Daredevil noted. "But I could see the guy going mad after the accident and using the name the others mocked him with as a name of pride."
Trailing behind the three heroes was a humble and slightly in used condition Cadillac. Inside was once again Eddie Brock. "I don't know where this is going" he thought to himself "but I'm sure it'll be the biggest scoop of them all! I bet Parker had his aunt tuck him in by now! No way he could get this story before I do!"
The car came to a screeching halt at the Roxxon building. "The Roxxon buildin'?" Eddie thought "Ahhhh, so is this where Kingpin escape to? They got in through the roof system, but it looks like I gotta do this the Eddie Brock style…" Eddie then removed his jacket and wrapped it around his hand. He broke the glass door with the covered up hand and ran inside to find the Spiders and Daredevil.
Inside the main building Doctor Octopus awaited the three. "So you made it!" he exclaimed with joy in his voice. "It's over, Octopus" Daredevil said. "Yeah, put all the hands in the air" Spidey added to that. "Yeah you…big jerk." Spider-Woman tried to quip. "You still need to work on your jokes" Spidey replied. Both Daredevil and Ock nodded in agreement with Spidey.
"I'm trying!" she said. "Not for long you will" Ock said, as he revealed the Sinister Six! "Behold all your greatest enemies formed into one superteam!" Spidey stepped back and said "Oh no."
The team besides Ock then struck poses. "You'll never get this sand outta your shoes, Wallcrawler!" Sandman said. "And this will come as a shocking revelation!" Electro added. "You'll be wondering why you lost, but it will be no mystery-o!" Mysterio replied. "Watch as we take flight and soar like eagles! You'll just fall!" Vulture said, his old face contorted into a horrible smirk. "And…SCREW THE JOKES THE HUNTER JUST WANTS YOU DEAD!" Kraven screamed. Ock shook his head in shame and said "We're a team of supervillains, not a football team. Get 'em."
The Five supervillains came at the three heroes. Mysterio tried attack Daredevil with multiple Mysterios, but Daredevil's radar sense gave him the location of the real Mysterio instantly. He then struck a blow to the real Mysterio's dome, giving a one hit KO.
Ock stood in astonishment and asked Daredevil just how did he do that? Daredevil smirked and said "I have my ways, Otto."
Electro and Sandman were attacking Spider-Man. "C'MON SANDY, LET'S SHOW THIS SPIDER HOW WE GET OUT KICKS!" Electro said shooting lightening at Spidey. Sandman just narrowly dodged one of the bolts and said "Watch who you're shooting, Tex! You know I can't take heat well!" Spidey smirked and got an idea. "Hey Electro, nice starfish, oh wait that's your mask I'm sorry!"
Electro frowned and said "MY MASK IS COOL, SHUT UP!" He shot another bolt at Spider-Man, only for him to leap out of the way. "Speaking of which, hey Sandman, you're still as ugly as ever I see." Sandman growled and wrapped Spider-Man into sand and said "I'll make you shut that mouth of yours!" Spidey smirked and said "The only one who needs to shut their mouth is Electro over there. Is breath is more burnt than his lightning bolts!" Electro shot a bolt at Spidey, only for it to hit Sandman. The heat of the bolt caused him to turn to glass almost instantly.
Spidey crawled out of the glass, and then started avoiding Electro's rage. That is…until he ran past a power box. Electro shot at the power box and then started screaming. "AGH! I'M-I'M OVERLOOOOOOOOOOAAAAADING!" Electro then burst into electric energy, and then fell down onto the ground. Spidey then wrapped him up.
Doctor Octopus started growing ever more salty as his teammates were outwitted, but he thought that Spider-Woman couldn't outsmart his former coworker Adrian Toomes.
Speaking of them, Spider-Woman was trading blows with Kraven as Vulture tried to snatch her up. "So what is this exactly?" she asked. "This some kinda supervillain meet up? Did you all meet on a dating website? I think some of you would make cute couples." Kraven tried jabbing her with his knife as he screamed "THEY MIGHT BE MY TEAM, BUT THE HUNTER WILL GIVE THE FINISHING BLOW!" Spider-Woman smirked. "Sure you will, buddy." She then grabbed the hand she was about to stab her with, but then Vulture snatched her up.
"I have you now my pretty!" he said in his raspy old man voice. "Oh god, I'm going to be sick…" she said with a frown. Kraven's teeth gritted and he screamed "THE PREY IS MINE, VULTURE! RELINQUISH HER!" Vulture just politely said "No."
Spider-Woman then broke out of his talons' grasp, and she leapt onto his back. "Here Kravey, Kravey!" she said with a mocking tone.
Kraven clenched his hands and threw the knife, intending to hit Spider-Woman, but it only broke into Vulture's wings. "You fool!" the elderly villain said "I can't work with you if you're gonna be like that!" Spider-Woman then leapt off of Vulture as he snatched up Kraven, and then they both flew out the window.
Doc Ock just looked around the room. He looked at both the webbed up Mysterio and Electro. He looked at the glass statue of Sandman, and finally he looked at the window Kraven and Vulture flew right out of. His ego shattered, but he was not ready to give in so easily. "You may have foiled my team mates, but you haven't foiled me!" he said as he started running. Suddenly a camera flash went off in the room.
It was Eddie Brock! Again! Spidey motioned for Spider-Woman and Daredevil to carry on, he could take care of Brock. Spidey grabbed the reporter and said "You really need to stay outta trouble like this, y'know."
Brock said "Hey! Lemme go, creep!" Spider-Man leapt out the same window Vulture left out of and then fell onto a streetlamp. "You stay right here, alright buddy?" He then webbed up Eddie to the pole. "HEY! HEY! YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME HERE!" he pleaded. Spidey said "It'll wear out this is for your own good. You'll die if you keep on following us." Eddie struggled and said "You can't do this to me! I need this story!" Spidey was already gone before he could continue to bargain with him, though. Eddie's hate of Spider-Man just kept on growing and growing.
Back inside the building, Spider-Woman and Daredevil kept on chasing Octavius through the halls of Roxxon. "Back! Back I say!" Ock said as he threw a desk at them. They both leapt out of they was and said "No." Octavius got tired, so the tentacles started doing the running for him. He was pretty out of shape. He kept on hurling objects at the two heroes as he continued running through the halls. From pictures on the wall, to doors, to even employees of Roxxon, he just kept on tossing and tossing. Daredevil leapt above the objects, but Spider-Woman saved the employees when given the chance.
Lightning struck as they finally found themselves at Roxxon's main office. Kingpin was reading a newspaper until the doors burst down. He looked up in astonishment and said "WHAT ARE THEY DOING IN MY OFFICE, OCTAVIUS? YOU PROMISED ME DEAD SPIDERS!" Ock remained as calm as always and said "Minor setbacks, get your goddamn chopper, we need to get outta here."
Kingpin ran out the door and onto the helipad on the rooftop of the enormous skyscraper. Just as he was about to get in the chopper, Spidey leap down and delivered a hit to the face. Kingpin growled and grabbed Spider-Man by the face with his hulking hands. "I'll teach you some manners" Kingpin said as he threw the Spider. Soon Ock followed and ran next to the chopper. "Start the engine you fool!" he said. Kingpin got into the helicopter and the engine started up.
Spider-Woman and Daredevil followed him. Daredevil threw a baton at Otto, be he just deflected it with his tentacle. Spider-Woman ran at Ock, but his other tentacle just struck her in the face. Spidey got back up to see this. But before he could do much, the helicopter started taking off, but it wouldn't move.
"What in the name of heavens are you doing Octavius?" Fisk asked as he tried to get the thing to fully take off. Ock smiled and said "Just a little bit of hostile takeover, don't worry boss!" Ock then flung his tentacles into the helicopter's blades, breaking them. "Have a nice flight…" Otto then let go of the helicopter as it took a crash landing towards the ground. Kingpin screamed and but then that scream went silent as the sounds of an explosion filled the air. The rain beat down on the flames, but it did little to quell them.
"Y-you just…" Spidey began but Ock interrupted with "I what? I killed him? Of course I did. His vision wasn't full. He's been the Kingpin for years, it's about time someone else got control of the New York underworld, and I'd say it should be me!" Daredevil then attempted a kick to Otto's harness, but he just grabbed him with a claw. "Please, somebody's already tried tha—"he then did receive a kick to the gut when Spider-Woman gave him a clean haymaker to the stomach. Otto grunted, but he still stood. He smacked her with another tentacle, but she managed to leap above the blow. Otto's frown grew, but then Daredevil struck him in the face with his baton, and then Spidey threw a clear hit to the back of the head. This combined force took him out instantly.
But then the tentacles again started moving on their own, acting under his subconscious. They threw both Daredevil and Spider-Woman before finally escaping with Otto.
Spidey caught both Spider-Woman and Daredevil, though. "You guys alright?" he asked. Daredevil shook his head and said "No, but not because he hurt me, but because with Kingpin gone, there's a huge void left in New York's underworld. A void that people will fight over, I need to go." Daredevil got back on his feet, and took a dive off of the skyscraper.
But Spider-Woman and Spider-Man stayed on the Roxxon facility. Just sitting and talking about this night until the sun began to come up, and both swung away…
