Amy's POV

I was sitting in the living room. I had Sonic's black glasses on. I had a bunch of papers sitting on the coffee table in front of me. I had so much work to do. I checked my watch and it was 11am. I had an hour left till I had to leave. I looked at all the papers. I wiped my forehead with the back of my hand.

"You don't look to hot Ames." Sonic said walking into the living room.

"Can you a window or something?"

Sonic nodded and went to the front door. He cracked open the front door and left. I turned around and watched Sonic walk down the hallway. He went into his office and shut the door. He's been in there for hours, but I've been sitting in the same spot for hours.

"Don't forget after the party we have to get to the doctors." Sonic yelled opening his office door.

"That's what I was forgetting!"

I tried to get up from the couch. Sonic ran over to me in a second and helped me up. He held my hands as I gained my balance. If you didn't know, I'm 6 months pregnant. After a party Sonic and I are going to find out the gender of the baby! I hope it's a girl, but Sonic wants another son. Sonic let of my hands and looked at the coffee table.

"Tax day is coming up." Sonic said. "There's so much to do!" Sonic said tilting his head back.

"I know. I'm going to make lunch for Flash."

"What about me?"

"What about you?" I teased walking out of the living room.

Sonic sighed and followed me into the kitchen.

"Why don't we get fast food?" Sonic asked.

"That's unhealthy."

"Come on. We're in both in shape...Kinda." Sonic said under his breath. "But Flash needs meat on his bones."

"Oh alright. You get Flash though and you drive."

I grabbed Sonic's car keys. Sonic went upstairs and woke up Flash. He was wide awake when Sonic walked in. Flash held out his hands and Sonic picked him up. Soon, everyone was in the car. Flash was in his chair seat and I closed my eyes. Sonic backed out and into the drive way.

"Ready for the party?" I asked.

"Yea. Do you have the gift?"

"It's in the back with Flash."

Sonic parked in front of a house and we both looked back at Flash. He smiled at us and held the gift. I got out of the car and opened the back door. I got Flash and the gift. Something felt weird though. It felt like I forgot to do something, but I couldn't think of what it was. Sonic notice that I was thinking.

"Ames, we have everything." Sonic said pushing my away from the car.

"It felt like we forgot to do something though."

"Well if you forgot about it then it wasn't important."

"But-"

"Being the fastest thing alive you're super slow!" Tails said opening the door.

Tails shut the door once we got inside. All the lights were off. The only light in the house was the sunlight coming through the windows. Everyone was here, besides Silver and Blaze. The girls sat on the couch while the boys stood behind the couch. Flash was sitting in my lap with the gift.

"When are they coming home?" Knuckles asked.

"Any second. They just went to the store to get stuff." Jasmine said.

The door knob began to move. It turned right and everyone stood still. The door slowly opened.

"And then I said-" Silver began. "Wait, the door wasn't lock, Blaze."

"Welcome home!" Everyone yelled at Silver and Blaze.

Blaze screamed and bent down hiding. Silver screamed and ran out the door. Blaze opened one eye and saw all of us. She smiled and held out her arms.

"You guys! What are you doing here?"

"It's a baby shower." Cream said.

Blaze looked at me. She smiled at me and ran over to me. She hugged me and everyone got confused, expect for Blaze.

"You're 6 months pregnant, Amy!" Blaze said letting go of the hug.

"This is for you, dummy." Carter said.

"Wha- Really?"

Everyone nodded their heads. Silver came back hearing all the noise. He saw everyone and yelled. He shut the front door and ran over to us. All the guys hugged each other.

"Why didn't we do the baby shower at your house, Sonic?" Silver said.

"Because it's not for me. It's for you guys!" Sonic said.

"Aww thanks guys!"

Miles brought in the cake. He set it down and Tikal lit the candles. Silver and Blaze stood in front of the cake. They held hands and blew out the candles. Everyone began to clap. It was like their wedding day. Silver cut one piece and fed it to Blaze.

"Let us have some!" Carter said.

Everyone laughed and Miles held up a knife.

"Miles! Don't play with that!" Cream said.

"The boy is 18!" Tails said.

"Yea. I'm about to graduate."

"They grew up so fast!" I yelled hugging Flash.

"And Emerald is going to be 13 next week." Knuckles said putting his hand on Emerald's shoulder.

"Yea daddy! I can't wait." Emerald said.

"Those teenage years though..." Jasmine whispered to Tikal.

They shook their heads and grinned at each other. Miles was still in his teenage years and Emerald was just starting. Those years are so hard. Sonic, Amy, Silver, and Blaze didn't know what was coming for them.

"So, do you have a picture of the baby?" Carter asked.

"Sadly no. But we have this." Silver said pulling something out of his pocket.

Silver unwrapped the paper. But it wasn't just any paper. Silver held it up and everyone gasped at the sight. The paper was black and dark orange. There was something in the middle. Everyone had to blink a couple of times before speaking.

"You're pregnant!" Jasmine yelled.

"Yes!" Blaze said.

"Finally! You knocked her up!" Shadow said.

"There are kids here." Jasmine said.

"I mean a bird is coming with a baby for you." Shadow said.

"Please" Emerald sighed.

"But your body heat though." Tikal said. "Won't the baby burn?"

"I have to drink water all the time and I can't go out in the sun." Blaze said. "And... I have to take cold showers!"

"Oh no! How will you live!?" Tails said falling on his knees.

"You'll be fine." Silver said hugging Blaze. "At least I can take warm showers."

"Are you still going to adopt?" Sonic asked.

"Oh yea. We're not changing our minds about that." Blaze said taking a drink of her water.

Everyone smiled at that. Everyone was happy for Silver and Blaze. Two babies in the house. Shadow and Jasmine would have to teach them a lot about that. Sleepless night. Not getting any alone time. At least they weren't in high school.

"We better run." Sonic said. "Doctors."

"Aww! Bye guys! Thanks again for this." Silver said.

"Anything for a brother." Sonic said.

I grabbed Flash and we left the house. Sonic put his arm around my waist as we walked towards the car. My legs were worn out. I was so tired from that. I put Flash in his chair seat and got in the front. Sonic started the car.

"I still think we're forgetting something." I said looking out the window.

"Yea, the doctors. It's a good thing I'm here."

Sonic began to drive away. I knew I was forgetting something. I looked back and saw Flash. I looked at my left hand. I looked at Sonic. I had, my wedding ring and my husband. It's a good thing I wasn't like this at school. I swallowed hard once I saw the building. Sonic parked the car and got out. He grabbed Flash and opened the door for me.

"I swear we forgot to do something before we left." I said walking in the building.

"Just go sigh in and we'll talk about it." Sonic said taking a seat.

I went over to the front desk. I smiled at the lady and left. I took a seat next to Sonic, who was holding Flash. He was playing with Sonic's hand and trying to get his wedding ring off of his finger.

"It's not coming off, Flash." Sonic said.

Flash wouldn't stop trying. Sonic turned his head. I tried to cross my legs, but that didn't happen. I signed and sank down in my seat.

"Ok. What did you do today?" Sonic asked.

"I was doing the taxes and then I-"

"Amy Rose." Called a nurse.

"Come on." Sonic said.

"I remember it was-"

"Shhh."

Sonic helped me up and we walked over to the nurse. She smiled at us and put us in a room. She took my blood pressure and wrote down some things.

"The doctor will be in soon." The nurse said shutting the door.

Right when the doctor left I turned towards Sonic. I had rage in my eyes. Sonic starred at me and held up Flash. He didn't know why I was so mad.

"You left the front door open!" I yelled.

"No, I closed it when we left."

"No you didn't! I have all the taxes out in the living room!"

"Why didn't you put them in my office?"

"Because you were doing work you asshole!"

"Calm down." Sonic said standing up and placing Flash in his chair. "We'll be home soon. Everything will be where we left."

"But what if-"

"That's what if questions. Keep your heart rate down. You and the baby don't need it."

Sonic lifted my head up and kissed me. There was a knock on the door and the doctor came in. Sonic quickly sat back down with Flash in his lap. I looked at Sonic and he winked at me.

"Good afternoon, Amy. How are you?"

"Stressed." I said.

"Why don't you lay down."

I laid down. The doctor put some gloves on and held up some gel. He popped off the cap and lifted my shirt up. I looked at Sonic and he gave me a thumbs up. The doctor put the gel on my stomach. It was so cold that I slapped the doctor's hand away.

"S-Sorry." I said. "It's really cold."

"It's fine. Everyone does that."

"Can you tell us if it's a boy or a girl?" Sonic asked.

"Yes I can." The doctor said putting the gel away.

The ultrasound wasn't that bad this time. Sonic and I starred at the screen. The doctor didn't say anything for a while. He turned off the screen and removed his gloves. He threw them away and turned facing up. He lifted up his clipboard and wrote something down.

"What's the sex?" Sonic asked.

"It's a girl."

"Yes!" I yelled. "In your face!"

The doctor helped me up. I shook his hand and we left. We walked towards the car. I held onto Flash.

"I'll met you home." I said.

"But we're going to the same place."

"Can you just run home and check on our stuff. It's faster."

"Sorry Ames. I can't let you do that."

Sonic grabbed Flash from me. He pushed me into the car and buckled me in. He shut the door and ran to the other side of the car. He started the car and placed Flash on my lap.

"Let's go home." Sonic said backing out.

Sonic began to drive. I held Flash close to me since he wasn't in his car seat. We made it to the house. I saw that the front door was still cracked opened. Sonic, Flash, and I all got out of the car and walked to the front of the house. I gently kicked the door with my foot. I walked in and looked into the living room.

"Are you fucking kidding me!?" I yelled.

Sonic shut the font door and walked into the living room. Sonic blinked at the sight. I set Flash down and sat on the couch. The papers were all over the place! There were raw eggs all over the walls. Someone spray painted the walls too!

"Suck my di-" Sonic began.

"Don't say it!" I yelled covering his mouth. "Shut the fucking front door!" I yelled seeing the door open again.

Sonic went over to the front door and shut it. He made sure it was locked. He walked back and noticed that my breathing was heavy and my hands were in fists. My fists were shaking and my head was spinning. This should have never happened! This is going to take forever to clean up!

"Look at this fucking mess! This is going to take forever to clean up!" I screamed pulling my hair.

"We'll take care of it." Sonic said.

"N-No! What are we going to do!?" I screamed again.

"Ames keep your blood pressure down. It's not healthy."

"NO! I CAN'T CALM DOWN!" I yelled. "SPRAY PAINT DOESN'T COME OUT THAT EASILY!"

"Stop yelling!" Sonic yelled back. "We just paint over it."

"Oh fuck no! I'm not doing that!"

"Who said you're the one who has to do it. I'm fine doing it myself."

"Just go fuck yourself, Sonic! I'm not in the fucking mood!"

Sonic glared at me. He rolled his eyes and began to walk down the hallway. Flash started to whine since Sonic and I just fought in front of him. Sonic made sure his office was alright. Everything seemed fine.

I shook my head still upset. I bent down to pick up some papers. I put one hand on my stomach and grabbed more papers. I put them on the coffee table. I bent down a little fast. My eyes went wide with pain. I fell on my knees and held my stomach.

"Ahhh!"

Flash looked at me. I started to cry a little and this made Flash start to cry as well. Soon, Flash was screaming. I looked down the hallway and I saw that Sonic opened his office doors. He looked down the hallway and we made eye contact with each other.

"Amy!" Sonic yelling running towards me.
