Hello readers, I'm sorry again for another long wait, but I hope it was worth it. I know people don't like excuses for lateness or whatever, but this summer was quite busy and emotional, I won't go into it. So here's my latest chapter, I hope you enjoy :)

It was night again, in Davy Jones locker, it seemed time was turning slow, the crew of the Black Pearl weren't moving fast, though their time was falling short, the grain of sand in the hour glass was quickly falling to the other end. Weird to compare life with time, yet it's the easiest thing to describe life with, you can take the detail out, or add it in, the only thing which remains the same is what is at the end and the lessons learned.

The question which is on everyone's mind is: will they fight? Their freedom had always been fought for, but this was different. This was war! Many battles they have individually been in. Faced the lost and drowned in the guilt, the overthought of what happened and how they lost it all- quicker than they thought to become a no one, an outcast and disrespected by the ghosts they once knew. Or they have celebrated their win, drowned themselves in rum and the riches they have stolen, however not all treasures are silver and gold- pirates travel far and wide to find treasure, but in their time they have made friends, blood brothers and allies.

For now everything was questioned. They were all brought up to believe in a war there was two sides, the good and the bad, yet they saw themselves as the good side and the law as the other. However this time, they knew it was a major thing- a life changing event! Many were going to die. All their fears were becoming true, the most powerful men (well one being cursed), were on the same side, they had an army, fleets of ships, but maybe they could have fought all that. The thing that made them doubt of winning was Captain Davy Jones himself, he controlled the open waters, he held all sailors fate, and he even killed his own pet, which showed them that no one was truly save! He was truly a heartless man.

Talking about the open waters, in the locker the water was dark like ink in the pot and smooth. The air held an eerie silence, making a chill run down their spines! Fog surrounded them, threatening to cover them up, so they be truly lost to the world. On the Black Pearl, the crew were quiet, boredom and the stillness made them withdrew from the world which surrounded them- a world which they didn't know and wouldn't want to see again (if they get out of it), it was truly worse than hell.

However Pintel and Ragetti sat at the end of the ship, it seemed they were the only ones trying to do something with their time. They were fishing, but with no luck. Both were in silence- drowned in their own thoughts. The eerie silence made the thinking deafening and a battle. Suddenly Ragetti dropped his rod, with a yell, as he saw something in the dark waters, making Pintel lean over to see what was going on, however it was something both of them never thought they would ever see. White, ghost like bodies floated below them.

"Eerie, that's downright macabre." Pintel stated to Ragetti

"Wonder what would happen if you dropped a cannonball on one of 'em?"

A few minutes later, the pair returned carrying a cannonball each, laughing at their stupid actions, but seeing Tia standing at the rail, they stopped and she gave them a look, which made them drop the cannonballs.

"Be disrespectful, it would." Pintel finally replied to Ragetti's question.

They should be in the care of Davy Jones. That was the duty him was charged with by the goddess Calypso. To ferry them who dies at sea to the other side. And every ten years he could come ashore to be with she who love him, truly. But the man has become a monster." Tia explained, seeing their confusion through their fear.

"So he wasn't always…tentacly?" Ragetti asked, moving his hand to his chin and moved his fingers to make them look like tentacles.

"No, him was a man…once."

"Now it's boats coming."

The rest of the crew moved over to the rail and leaned over, to see fishermen boats floating towards them, which contained more ghostly figures, they were all dressed in what they died in, however they couldn't see any injuries. There was a wide range of ghosts, there were men, women and children, they came from different countries, families and they were rich or poor, however they all had the same ending. In death everyone is equal.

Will quickly grabbed Gibb's gun, as he was loading it to shoot the ghosts. "They're not a threat to us, am I right?"

"We are nothing but ghosts to them." Tia replied.

"Is best just let them be." Barbossa stated.

Danni stood with the others, her eyes scanning over the ghost's faces, hoping she weren't going to recognise anyone, though she had left the life of a pirate, it didn't leave her. She remembered those who helped her over the years, who saved her from the clutches of death and the monsters which snatched her dreams away, as well as people she loved. Feeling light hands upon her shoulders, she turned her body to the side to see it was Ragetti and gave him a small smile, she closed her eyes as he planted a kiss on top of her head. Opening them again, she turned her gaze and stared at the living who stood beside them, they were now her present and maybe future, she may not trust them all, or like them, but what choice did she have? She needed them all. They needed each other. Until time showed itself.

"It's my father, we've made it back. Father here, look here!" Danni heard Elizabeth shout in excitement, it seemed seeing her father, made Elizabeth forget what had been happening. What they've seen. Danni followed Elizabeth's gaze and saw the Guv in a boat like the others, in his clothes making him stand out, his status still showed, though it didn't matter no more. As her eye sight became blurred with tears, Danni lowered her eyes to stare at the wood of the rail and grew within, she wished she could disappear, so she didn't have to hear Elizabeth's hope for her now dead father.

"Elizabeth, we're not back." Jack stated.

"Father!"

"Elizabeth, are you dead?" Governor Swann asked, after hearing his daughter's desperation.

"No, no."

"I think I am."

"No, you can't be!"

"There was this chest, you see. And a heart. At the time it seemed so important."

"Come aboard!"

"I learned that if you stab the heart, yours must take its place. Sail the seas for eternity. The Dutchman must always have a captain. Silly thing to die for."

Elizabeth threw her head to the side and ordered them to cast a line. Danni looked over with worry, she knew what her friend was trying to do, she would do anything to have her father back. Anything. As Elizabeth snatched the rope from Marty, she hurried back over the rail and threw much of it over the side.

"Take the line!" She ordered to her father.

"Elizabeth, I'm so proud of you." Her father stated, making Danni's heart break, she felt a tear roll down her cheek.

"Father, the line, take the line" She shouted in desperation, before running towards the stern of the ship, making Danni and Will run towards her.

"She must not leave the ship! Tia exclaimed.

Luckily, Will grabbed Elizabeth before she could jump off the ship and into the dark water below, Danni stood before them and watched as Will turned Elizabeth around and held her close, while she cried.

"I'll give your love to your mother, shall I?" They heard Governor Swann asked before he silently sailed away, to aim hopelessly across the open waters, for what seemed enteral.

"Is there a way?" Will asked while holding Elizabeth.

They watched as Tia shook her head and said: "Him a peace."

"Lizzie…Elizabeth, I'm sorry." Danni found herself saying.

"Did you know?" She asked.

Danni couldn't find any words, but nodded. "I wanted to tell you, but I didn't know how. It all happened quite sudden. He compromised everything to ensure the safety of his daughter…"

The next action became a shock to everyone, Danni's head was thrown to the left. A hot stinging sensation quickly came upon on her right cheek, she slowly stared back at her friend and rubbed the spot, where she slapped her. She felt Ragetti's hands upon her again, it seemed he did care about her, but Danni sensed worry- thinking she would attack Elizabeth, but she was tired of fighting all the time.

Danni however saw shock in her own friend's eyes, but still anger grew. Instead of letting her anger out, Elizabeth just stormed away and below deck, Will followed her, but not without a quick glance towards his cousin. The rest of the crew slowly made their way back to whatever they were doing, leaving Danni with Ragetti, however Danni shrugged off Ragetti's hands and walked away to their cabin, Ragetti followed in confusion and hurt.

"Danni…let me help." He stated in what seemed like a desperation.

"You can't do anything, it was just a slap, nothing more." Danni replied, she now stood in front of the mirror and studied her face.

"I weren't talking about that." Ragetti stated, while he stood behind Danni, he turned her around and gently lifted her chin, so she could see his eyes. "Whoever thought a high born could have a mighty hand on her? Either she has grown to our custom, or you've taught her well."

Feeling Ragetti's fingers stroke her hot cheek, Danni slowly closed her eyes. She missed his touch, his smell and his company, she wished they could be forever alone, alone to do whatever they pleased without the guilt and the fear of consequences of their actions, but she knew that was never going to happen, too much had happened, too much to push it far away and pretend it was non-existent. Hearing Ragetti's breath become short, she leaned her head forward to meet his, she felt his dry lips upon hers, lightly they touched before Danni pulled away and walked away.

"What's going on Danni? You've pushed me and everyone, there's a limit to how far we can be pushed." Ragetti stated, his voice laced with worry and anger.

Danni ran her fingers through her hair, while letting out a sigh. "There's nothing going on, Ragetti, I just need some space."

"Space? You want me to go? Is that what you trying to say, Danni? I thought you loved me…I guess not. In a relationship you're meant to tell each other things, things which no one else in the world knows. Yet you bottle them up, we can see you are destroying yourself from the within." Ragetti said while staring at her, he took a step, but he stopped as if he remembered why Danni was standing on the other side of the room. "In a relationship there is two people, I'm sick and tired of playing up to your part, I feel like I'm not good enough for you, Danni. I guess I never was, I was tricking myself to think another human being could love me back, as I loved them. Now I can see where our relationship lies."

Danni stood still, shocked by Ragetti's words. Hurt by the truth of it all. She loved him still, there was no denying that, but he was right that she was destroying their relationship, her friendships and was not playing her part in her relationship. Everything had took its toll, and wiped her personality away, as well as everything in her life.

"Ragetti…please, I'm sorry how I am. I just…"

"Save your excuses for someone who cares. I was scared for you Danni, I thought you were dead these past few weeks, but here you turn up. Why is that? How? We are stuck in Davy Jones Locker, the thing which beats hell in a competition, of being the worst and feared place, so does this mean you're dead? In the past I would have cared, but now…now I don't. You can have your space, Danni. I just hope it is worth it." Ragetti stated bluntly before storming towards the door, while his hand was on the handle he stopped, Danni thought he was going to turn back and apologise, but he just opened the door and slammed it shut after him.

As Danni fell to the ground, more tears streamed down her cheeks, showing her company of four walls her feelings. She clapped her hands over her mouth, trying to stop herself from crying and scream, but all they did was muffle the sound. She leaned her back on the wall, she pushed her hair back with her hands and let tears fall. Everything was truly gone. If she was like her old herself, she would have a plan, but her old self was gone and could never be retrieved, like she could never have Ragetti. Their plans, their dreams, their forever's were now wasted and empty. She could not save anyone, their relationship, or even herself. What was the point of fighting, if there was nothing to fight for?
