Mabel hummed a small tune as she swept the shack. Behind her the door opened and Mabel turned to see someone behind her. The person had short and wavy white hair and had a baby blue collar shirt on him. He also had a small cape and a small star on his wrist.

"Hello." The guy said.

"Oh hello. Welcome to the Mystery Shack! I'm sorry though we won't be open for another 30 minutes." Mabel said.

The guy chuckled and picked up a snow globe. "Actually I'm here to give you an official welcome to GF Academy. You and your...boyfriend?" He said.

Mabel's mind went blank before reeling back in horror.

"NO! I'm mean no. It's kinda weird that people think he's my boyfriend."

"So best friend?"

"Brother. Anyways what can I do for you um...?" Mabel asked.

The boy chuckled and put down the snow globe. He walked over to Mabel and held out his hand. Mabel thought it was a handshake only for her hand to be taken and kissed. Her blush grew as she looked away from him.

"The name is Gideon Gleeful. Head of Hand 2." Mabel laughed nervously as she finally felt the atmosphere grow more tense. She was still carefree, but she knew when to feel nervous. Looking at him she felt his eyes and attention were directed at her.

"Mabel Pines at your service! Not to be confused Maple Lines!" She said.

'Crap I think I messed up that line!' She thought. Gideon's eyes widened for a second before he started laughing. Mabel nervously laughed along with him.

"You're funny. Actually I was planning to show the newest students of Hand 2 for a tour around town. Maybe you would like to come?" Gideon said. Mabel froze. As much as she wanted to go, she wanted to help around the shack.

The young girl mumbled a no and gideon understood. "Alright fine. How about next Sunday after you become more settled would you like to talk more at a cafe?" Gideon asked.

"Uh sure. Um, goodbye." Mabel said. Gideon smiled and left, but not without dropping a green gem. Once he was gone Mabel sighed and began sweeping again until Stan grabbed her and dragged her away from the door.

Mabel barely registered what was happening until a flashlight blinded her.

"Mabel sweetie! Who was at the door?!" Stan's voice said. She huffed in annoyance and put her hand over the flashlight.

"Gideon Gleepull."

"Gleeful." Stan corrected.

"Yeah. Listen what's this about?"

Stan sighed and pulled out a dartboard with Gideon's face on it. "If arrogance and evil had nightmares that made a kid Gideon is the prime example of it. I remember meeting that little troll like it was yesterday."

FLASHBACK

"Hello, I'm Gideon Gleeful your new wonderful neighbor and the nicest guy on the face of the planet."

"Take that back you fiend!" Stan said.

Gideon screamed and exploded into sparkles the Smile dip dog with the muscle jacked dolphin dancing with Stan.

FLASHBACK END

Mabel raised her eyebrows at Stan. "Or maybe that was a side effect of my medicine. My memories and stories are always trippy when I have those things."

"And I thought my Smile Dip trips were weird." Mabel said.

Stan shook his head and put his hands on Mabel's shoulders. "Listen I'm just warning you about Gideon. He's someone that can easily trick you to do anything for him. I just want you to be careful around him.", said Stan. Mabel nodded and Stan smiled.

"Alright. Now that's out of the way get back to work or I'm docking your pay." Stna said.

"You pay us?" Mabel asked confused. Both stood in silence until they laughed.

"No, seriously are you paying us?"

Stan passed her the broom and left the shack. Mabel went back to work until a green light hit her eye. She looked down and saw the fallen gem from Gideon's jacket.

Curiosity got the best of her and she picked it up. Once her skin touched the gem a vision of Dipper's blood smeared on a golden hand appeared before images flooded her mind.

Slowly, but surely Mabel felt a searing pain in her forehead. She tried to scream in pain, but her voice never left her throat. Mabel stumbled to a wall and looked at the mirror and saw a star forming on her forehead. Energy crackled around Mabel and everything in time was still.

Black marks covered her body and Mabel watched them gain the colors. Shelves, merchandise, and books floated in the air. Unknown to her the star again formed on her wrist before fading away. Soon the lines faded away and Mabel fell along with everything else.

For a second Mabel couldn't see anything and only saw darkness. She couldn't move until the same green light began glowing. Mabel couldn't do anything until a she saw her hand reach for the light. Behind her a being with green eyes was watching her.

"Reach for it girl."

Her fingers were almost around and soon closed around the light. Closing her hand the light of reality came into play. Mabel barely registered it until she fell on her face with everything else falling down. Paper, broken items, containers, and other items that were frozen in time littered the floor and Mabel was rubbing her head. She saw a broken piece of a mirror and saw the star within her forehead glow for a whole minute before fading away. But what really caught her attention was her eyes.

The chocolate brown eyes were no longer there and what stood in their place was emerald green. Before she could scream the brown shined back in and her eyes gained their previous color.

"Whew. Thank God that's over. Now what happened before I blacked out." Mabel said to herself before finding herself in formerly clean Mystery Shack attraction room. She stood still for a second before screaming a frick-bomb. That went on and on for almost a minute.

When she was done she heard laughter behind her. Mabel looked behind her to see a 17 year old boy/girl looking person in a blue jacket, black shirt, and blue pants laughing at her.

"Jeez I'm glad this place is apparently EMPTY or you'd be in a shallow grave." The person said. Mabel didn't say anything as he picked things up.

"Who are you?" Mabel finally asked.

"I'm fairy frickin godmother. Who do I look like to you?"

"A very feminine man or probably a woman with a man's face."

The stranger's face grew red at Mabel's statement and immediately shunk his hair to an acceptable size. Mabel looked shocked to see that and the guy turned around.

"I'm the spirit within that damn ro-" He was cut off by Mabel running her hands through his hair.

"Oh my gosh how do you get your hair that way?" "Where can I get it?" How did you shrink it? Can you grow it?!" These questions filled his head and he angrily sighed as he tried to get her off him. Mabel continued to pester him until she was sent gently flying through the air.

"Look I'm trying to tell you something very important here and you should be courteous that I need you. If I had my choice I would kill you the second you started disrespecting me." He said.

Mabel gave him a pouty face and he was confused.

The guy was really confused about this girl more because even after having a sacred seal carved into her soul and unlocking a small percent of the inner power within her she's acting like nothing happened.

"Okay fine. If I tell you what makes me do my hair thing, you will have to be quiet while I explain who I am. Deal?" He said. Mabel took a moment to ponder. She did it to test out the new guy, but she was curious about his answer to his hair. She nodded and the guy sighed.

'Of all the people in the world I had to be stuck with it had to be her? This is stupid.' He thought. "I use-"

"Bored now!" Mabel interrupted. The guy's eyes twitched in extreme annoyance at Mabel's antics. Mabel smiled darkly as she knew she was getting under his skin. He didn't notice and went to bang his head against the wall.

'Why me?' He thought. Mabel sensed his frustration and waited patiently for him to finish banging his head. Once he was done, the guy took a careful look at Mabel. He made sure she wasn't moving or talking before explaining himself.

"Alright, I'm going to say this fast. So zip it, sit it, and listen to it." He said. Mabel nodded and he coughed.

"I am the nameless spirit that lives within that rock." He said. The green gem in Mabel's hand began glowing a gentle light when he pointed at it. Mabel looked at it questioningly before giving the spirit the same look.

The spirit saw her look and decided to continue.

"For over the past few centuries I have lived in Gravity Falls's most ancient caverns after being sealed away from other undesirable powers. However my power has been reawakened when a foolish author discovered my prison and freed me. In exchange to help him attain a world of new knowledge I would be given the title of the strongest entity the world over. He agreed and we began working together. I destroyed and crushed the minds of men, women, and monsters that stood in our way." He said.

Mabel nodded and shifted uncomfortably at his tale. She was afraid that she knew the end of the story.

"It was a wonderful partnership until another being that was, um equal to my strength seduced my partner into establishing a deal with him. He agreed and I was given to that fool's brother before he passed me along to some fat bum on the street. I wasn't there, but 30 years ago my former partner disappeared off the face of the planet along with that other entity." He laughed bitterly.

"If there was one regret it's have to prove I'm the strongest. He may have summoned a being of almost limitless energy, but it was I who helped him attain that weakling! And now I stand here as the spirit that shares its power with a child like you." The spirit finished and looked at Mabel. Who was currently picking at her retainer.

The Spirit felt his pride crumble as the Pines female twin basically brushed off his entire backstory and was more concerned what was in her bones inside the hole of her face.

"Not going to lie, but it sounds like someone's got an ego issue. Also I'll just call you Spirit."

"That's fine and I do not have an ego issue little girl."

"Hey I'm 14 years old! Past the official year of being a kid. Besides you really do. You sound like a bratty kid that won't accept he lost a game of tag" Mabel argued. The Spirit's eye twitched again before he sighed.

"That's it entering your body."

"Wait, what?"

Spirit pulled up her bangs looked at the mark. She was about to yell at him until he pushed his index finger on the star formed on her head. The mark faded from her skin and reappeared on her wrist. Tapping on her head two more times the green light swirled around Mabel and entered her body.

When the light faded, Spirit was gone and Mabel found herself on the couch of the Mystery Shack. She felt a wet pad on her head and saw it was Wendy sitting on the floor next to her. Shaking her head Mabel groaned and startled Wendy.

"Omigosh you're okay!" Wendy said and wrapped her arms around the young girl. Mabel made no sign of movement until she rolled up her sleeve and saw a shooting star on her wrist. She quickly rolled down her sleeve.

"What happened Wendy? And why am I lacking joy in my words?" Mabel asked. Wendy shook her head and took of the pad on her head.

"I don't know. We were outside helping Robbie clean the roof when we heard a massive bang. Everyone ran in and found you on the floor unconscious! What happened to you?" Wendy asked.

Mabel tried to say something until she felt something in her right hand. Opening it she saw the gem Gideon left behind. It still shined, but it lost that weird glow. Wendy saw it and took the rock out of her hand.

"Hey, I never seen this thing." Wendy examined it and banged it against the wooden table. When the rock made contact with the wood Mabel's eyesight went from seeing everything green to black then back to green. After a second of that all the colors came flooding back in and Mabel felt tired. She laid back until she heard a ring at the door. Mabel had Wendy help her up and heard her brother's familiar voice.

"Hold on let me go see my brother." Mabel said. Even in pain she could crack a smile and had Wendy help her see her brother after wrapping her forehead.

Dipper walked into the Shack and was greeted by the many fake attractions inside. Tambry appeared next to him and picked up a snow globe off the floor.

"Hey Dipper are you sure you're okay? I mean when Meta dropped us off near the shack a few minutes ago you began twitching." Tambry looked concerned at her friend and Dipper gave her a forced smile.

"I'm fine. Trust me." He knew something was wrong, but he didn't want to make Tambry worry. They continued to walk through until they heard the door inside open. In front of them stood Wendy and Mabel. Mabel was leaning against Wendy and she had a bandage around her head.

"Mabel! Are you okay?" Dipper asked as he ran near his twin. Mabel stopped Dipper's arm when he got close and had Wendy make her stand up straight. Once she was grabbed Stan's cane, Wendy took Tambry out of the room since she knew they wanted some privacy.

"I'm fine. I just bumped my head against the shelf. Wendy helped me and I'm fine now. Here sibling hug since I got you so worried." Mabel said and went to hug her younger twin. However she caught a glimpse of something golden in his jacket before hugging Dipper.

Suddenly when they made contact two explosive waves of pain rocketed throughout their heads and the two recoiled. When Mabel opened her eyes she saw Dipper surrounded by a golden aura and when Dipper looked at Mabel he saw green light radiate from her. Then for some unknown reason they felt some kind of powerful rage swirling inside their gut. The area around them began turning grey and both could clearly see a person standing behind them.

"Well it's been 30 years you stupid triangle." Spirit said.

"Yep it sure has. I can smell the scent of over ego from all the way from the forest." Bill said as she manifested in her form.

Dipper and Mabel were really confused until their tattoos glowing like a police light. Dipper's palm was soon covered in blue energy as Mabel's wrist had a green ring form around it.

"Wait!" Dipper held Bill's arm from moving any further.

"Spirit what are you doing?" Mabel grabbed Spirit's shoulder before he could get any closer to Bill. Both entities didn't stop staring daggers at each other. Bill had a cocky smirk on her face and Spirit had a face filled with contempt.

"I hope you remembered my backstory girl. Cause I'm not explaining it again!" Spirit said as he broke from Mabel's grip and lunged forward. Before he could get close Mabel's forehead had a star form on it and when she held her hand out Spirit stopped in his tracks.

Bill gave whistle as she saw several chains holding him back. "Wow. Shooting Star I've got to admit this is some fine control you have. And I can tell that you receive his power, what 3 hours ago? Who cares, since I finally get a chance to talk to my supposed rival." Bill had her hand glow red before Dipper grabbed her hand.

"No!" Dipper said. Bill was confused for a second until she put her hand down.

"Alright, alright. Don't get your cute self all flustered, because buddy I'm not going to deal with that." Bill said.

Mabel was still confused on the lady talking to Dipper as he was on the guy she was still restraining. Both sensed each other's curiosity so they decided to answer.

"So. Yeah about this girl I can explain."

"Same. I'll try my best to explain my thing."

The two then exchanged information for their, um guests. Dipper laughed a little after hearing how Mabel got Spirit and Mabel suddenly bombarded Dipper questions on his brain state. The two powerful entities watched the twins with confusion. Of all the people they've contacted over the past few millennia these two were the strangest.

Mabel looked over at them and with Dipper's help they formed a risky plan. "Alright listen you two." The pair looked at the female Pines and looked at her with curiosity.

"We know you don't like each other, but I need you to follow us on this." Mabel said. The pair nodded and listened.

"Get along peacefully. I know its crazy, but your guys can't fight forever with your...grudge I guess." Dipper said. A few seconds passed until Bil slapped the back of his head and the Spirit facepalmed. Mabel sighed as the two superpowers clearly disagreed with her. They began droning on and on about how it will never work and the Spirit clearly showing his animosity against the triangle woman. Bill didn't say anything for his rant, but gave stood next Dipper.

"Pine Tree I suggest we leave him. It was nice to meet Shooting Star, but I rather not talk to her as long as this stubborn rock possessing jackass leaves."

"Well that's a classic you piss colored, triangular, bitch." Everything was silent until Bill faded away. Dipper noticed this and felt a massive headache come on. His insides were burning and then his wrist began glowing. The tattoo on his palm has somehow appeared on his wrist and it was glowing brighter than the sun.

Suddenly the pain inside exploded and Dipper felt something draining his energy away. The light on his arm began to glow more and more until it took shape as a massive monster. Mabel and Spirit felt the fear enter the pits of their stomachs as Bill reappeared on top of the monster's head.

"I'm sorry I was getting the feeling you were saying something. Please continue." Bill said as she had red tint her outline. Spirit swallowed his fear and turned away from Bill.

"That's what I thought."

"Whatever. Shooting Star we're leaving. If my presence stays here anymore longer with this woman then I'm going to kill something with your bare hands. Besides I need more time to summon your monster."

"You're just scared." Bill replied

"Don't you mean "my bare hands"." Mabel said.

"Yes your bare hands." Spirit said.

"Wait that's not what I meant!" But it was too late and the entity disappeared into Mabel's body.

Bill gave a smug smirk before disappearing into Dipper's body. The two twins took a deep breath of defeat. It looks like they were extremely stubborn and now they felt the light of reality coming back.

"Man bro-bro. These guys aren't going to get along are they." Mabel sighed.

"That's okay. Maybe after being confined away for 30 something years they just need to get used to this new world. I mean after all its 2015 I'm sure they need to adjust." Dipper said nervously as he shook his arm.

It was painful when Bill brought out that monster, but now it felt fine. Mabel noted this and decided to press on it later. "Oh well. I'm just worried we'll have to fight each other if those two don't settle it. Besides I don't want to miss out on anything fun if I send you to the hospital." Mabel said.

Dipper's head twitched to the left as the unintended insult left its mark. He didn't say anything, but prepared himself.

"Sure. For now we keep a distance between ourselves. These two might bring something undesirable if we don't fix it. Anyways how bout we get ready for lessons. I heard Stan wants us to start early." Dipper said trying not to pat Mabel's back. Mabel smiled and gave him a small punch that sent Dipper flying across the room and crashing into the shelves.

"Dah! What the heck did I just say Mabel?"

"Gah! I'm sorry twin instinct I swear!" Mabel sputtered. Dipper lifted himself up and brushed off the Stan pillows off him. Mabel continued to apologize as they left the room. However outside the window next to them stood Gideon playing around with a monocle.

'Excellent. The animosity between the two powers still stands. But the fact that Dipper and Mabel quickly diffused the situation is most impressive. If I play my cards right then I will not only regain my ancient spirit, but the almost limitless power of Cipher as well along with the ones to stop me dead!' He thought as he walked away, but as he did red energy began leaking out of him and burned the air around him.

His demeanor then changed from cocky to evil as a red triangle and star appeared on his hands and his eyes began glowing in a strange mixture of crimson and green. 'Pine Tree and Shooting Star, as powerful as they are now, are miniscule compared to me; they are merely pawns. Fez and the incompetent Six Fingers are my true enemies. Prepare yourselves when I stand over your fates and lead you to eternal damnation.' Evil was laced thickly through his laugh when he reached the dorm for 2nd Hand.

"Gideon is that you?" A voice questioned. Then the red disappeared and out came a cheerful Gideon.

"Of course its me. Pacifica, who else would it be?"

The Northwest stepped out of the doorframe with an annoyed look on her face. "It's time to meet our family. My parents have finally decided to get off their rich behinds and come see me. And your father has returned from his trip to Glass Shard Beach." She said.

The evil Grin flashed on his face before being replaced again with the innocent look of the head returned. "Thank you. I'm looking forward to see father again. Maybe this time he may stay and tell me about his trip. Oh and your family will get Hand 2's best treatment. I wouldn't want my girlfriend's family to feel weird."

Pacifica shifted uncomfortably in her place. Over the years Pacifica has felt a disturbing force from Gideon. even after dating him for a considerable amount of time she couldn't quite place it. And lately she's been feeling the same thing around the twins. It was like she knew them, but didn't. Then during the day she saw everything in grey with a pine tree and a shooting star appearing before her.

Gideon sensed her uneasiness and grabbed her hand. "Do not worry love. I'm assure you nothing is the mater. Now please come inside I want to discuss something with you. Pacifica nodded and followed Gideon as he went inside the dorm. And for a split second she could've sworn his pupils dilated.
