I do not own The Vampire Diaries

"We should tell her," Bonnie said, curled up on one end of the couch while Kol sat on the other side.

"Caroline's a smart girl Bonnie, I'm sure she already knows, and if she doesn't, it's most likely because the girl is in denial," Kol said.

"I don't believe that."

"Bonnie," Kol scolded. "Caroline's going to be offended to hear you don't think she's smart."

"That's not what I meant you dummy," Bonnie chuckled.

"Oh, so Caroline not smart and I'm a dummy, great!"

"No, you're an idiot."

"I'm hurt Bonnie, truly hurt."

"You'll live."

They fell into a comfortable silence with Bonnie thinking about Caroline. What if she didn't know Mikael was in love with her? What would happen once she found out? Bonnie was afraid of those answers.

"She'll be okay Bonnie," Kol said quietly.

"What if she won't be?"

"She's Caroline, she'll be fine."

"You can't know that Kol."

"Yet I do."

"Not for sure, no."

"Must you always doubt me? She'll be fine."

"I don't always doubt you."

"Please, you doubt every word that comes out of my mouth."

"Most of the time it's nonsense coming out of your mouth."

"Excuse me? You wound me Bonnie."

"You wound me by existing."

"Well now that was a little harsh."

"If I was trying to be harsh I would have hurt you."

"You hurt me by existing."

Bonnie narrowed her eyes at him. "Are you trying to mock me?"

"If I was trying to mock you I would have repeated everything you said."

Bonnie threw the pillow she was leaning on it him. She huffed in frustration when he caught it, glaring at him. He simply grinned at her and she fought not to smile. "Not funny."

"You're right, it's hilarious," He agreed.

She broke down and smiled a little, hating him for making her do it. It shouldn't be this easy around him. He watched her with narrowed eyes, and she shifted uncomfortably, not trusting the look on his face.

"What?" She asked.

Suddenly she found herself laying as far back into the arm of the couch as she could while he hovered over her, her body under his. Her breathing stopped all together as she stared up at him, almost fearfully.

"What are you doing?" She whispered.

He didn't say anything, his eyes only seemed to get darker and his head slowly started to bend down, his lips coming closer to hers. Their lips were a breath a part when suddenly, he was gone. He was on the other side of the couch again, his ankle resting on his knee while he watched her. She slowly straightened up and starred at him, confused at what the hell just happened. Was he just about to kiss her? And was she just about to let him?

She didn't have to time to analyze any of those thoughts and decided exactly what just happened because the front door was opened, forcing Bonnie to look away from him.

Caroline and Klaus made their way into the house, being loud enough to make Bonnie frown. It wasn't a bad loud, it was just weird hearing Caroline laugh while in the presence of Klaus.

They entered the room Kol and Bonnie was in, and Caroline looked between her and Kol with raised eyebrows.

"Are we interrupting something?" Klaus asked.

Caroline hit him on the arm gently while locking eyes with Bonnie. "You good?"

"I'm good," Bonnie said, forcing a smile. It was obvious Caroline didn't buy it, and Bonnie didn't expect her to, but she didn't question it, and that was all that mattered to Bonnie for the moment.

"I hope you haven't offended the witch that's going to kill our father Kol," Klaus said.

"Me, offend anyone? Nonsense," Kol smirked, slowly rising to his feet. "I should be asking you that brother. Have you offended the girl our father is in love with?"

The temperature in the room seemed to drop several degrees and Bonnie starred at Kol in shocked. Why would he bring that up now? What the hell was this?

No one looked more shocked then Caroline who starred at Kol wide eye. Klaus, well, he looked pissed. He looked murderous, like he could kill someone, and currently, it looked like he was going to kill Kol.

Bonnie stood up as well, not wanting any of this to happen, especially in her house, but she knew she wouldn't be able to do anything to stop it.

"What?" Klaus growled.

"Apparently our father is in love with your girl. Surprised me as well, didn't know our father was capable of loving anyone else but himself, but turns out he loves Caroline here. Can't really blame him, she does look tasty," Kol smirked.

Klaus eyes flashed amber before he charged at Kol, slamming him against the fire place hard enough to cause dust from the stone to break off.

"Can we not do this is my house!" Bonnie exclaimed, but stepped back, closer to Caroline who was watching this all unfold without saying anything. She seemed to be in shock, which utterly terrified Bonnie. She had never seen her like this, ever.

Klaus was punching Kol over and over again, slamming him to the ground to continue pummeling him.

"Are you going to do anything?" Bonnie asked, looking at Caroline. "Caroline!"

This was getting out of hand. Apparently Caroline wasn't going to do anything, so it looked like bonnie would have to. She focused on Klaus, causing him to growl in pain and clutch at his head.

He let out a snarl and glared at Bonnie, flying at her. Before he could quite reach her, another figure flew at him, shoving him back. Bonnie found herself starring at the back of the oldest brother Elijah.

"Enough of this," He ordered, scolding his siblings and he turned to Bonnie. "If you would so kind as to release Niklaus from the spell that would make this conversation easier."

She released him and found herself stepping back from the hateful look he sent her way. She bumped into Caroline was still frozen on the spot, starring down at the ground. This was so unlike her, and Bonnie wasn't sure how to react right now.

"Caroline?" Elijah asked, starring at her as well.

She seemed to come alive at the sound of her name being called, and she looked up at Elijah. "Yes?"

"Now may seem as inappropriate timing, but seeing as I have no clue as when I will get another chance, I'm going to do this now. I would like to thank you for all you had to put up with to protect Rebekah. You have my gratitude," He said, bowing slightly.

"Just doing my job Elijah, seeing as I've become the unofficial protector for the Michaelson's," She smiled slightly. "And you are completely correct about the inappropriate timing, but I guess since we're all admitting things tonight and laying everything on the line, I should do the same."

Her eyes swept across the room, lingering on Klaus for a second before landing on Kol who straightened up under her gaze.

"Don't give me that look you wanker," He growled. "Spit it out if you have something to say!"

"Did you just call me a wanker?" Caroline frowned.

"Yes, and I'll call you it again if you don't get on with it!" Kol said.

"I'll get on with it once I get over the fact that you just called me a wanker," Caroline said. "Where did that even come from?"

"Seriously, who says wanker anymore?" Bonnie asked.

"We're not turning this around on me!" Kol exclaimed, pointing at Caroline. "just admit our daddy is in love with you and be done with it."

"Did you just say daddy?" Bonnie asked, before bursting out in laughter.

"So poetically put Kol," Klaus said, taking a seat on the couch. "But I am intrigued. Do tell, when did you decide the Mikael was in love with my girl?"

"It was actually Rebekah," Kol said, not enjoying the look in Klaus's eyes.

"Rebekah believes that Mikael admitted his love for Caroline through his words and actions when he had her," Elijah said.

"Exactly what was said?" Klaus asked.

"Brother," Elijah began.

"What was said," Klaus snarled, standing in front of Elijah now.

"Klaus," Caroline said softly, placing a hand on his chest. He backed away from his brother and instead focused on Caroline who was looked up at him. "Please."

He took another step back and Caroline gently pushed on the couch, sitting next to him. She gently ran a hand over his scruffy cheek, smiling at him. She knew exactly what he needed right now, and it was something she couldn't give him.

"It's true," Caroline said quietly, starring is Klaus's eyes. "I knew Mikael was in love with me a long time ago."

"I'm going to be sick," Bonnie muttered, placing a hand on her stomach.

"How?" Elijah asked.

"He told me," She shrugged.

***FLASHBACK***

"That's the third dead end this week," Mikael snarled, pacing back and forth.

"And the thirteenth hundred this year," Caroline said, watching him. He stopped and swung around to glare at her and she didn't even flinch. She was no longer afraid of him and his looks; they no longer affected her the way they use to.

"Why are you still here, you look absolutely dreadful," He snapped, referring to the blood stains all over her.

"I assumed you weren't done moaning about how once again you failed to kill your own flesh and blood and I know how you enjoy an audience," She replied smartly, earning a back hand to the cheek.

She rubbed at her cheek idly while he stood there still glaring at her. "Do not talk to me that way!"

"Which way would you have me talk to you Mikael?" She asked. "I already to talk to you like I'm a mere servant girl, which in a way I suppose I am."

He starred at her, examining every part of her face before moving down her body. He never realized just how beautiful she was, and covered in the blood of his enemies, the enemies she killed for him. Her body was a delightful sight that was kept hidden from his view with the dreadful dresses that were popular at the time.

"Undress," he ordered.

"What?" She frowned.

"I said undress," He ordered.

"Why?" She asked, tensing up.

"I want you undressed," He said, taking a step towards her.

Why would he want her to undress? Caroline frowned at him, watching his eyes, seeing an emotion in them she couldn't quite read. He took another step towards her and she took a step back. What did he want? Her eyes widened when she finally detected the emotion she saw and stumbled back.

"No," She whispered.

"I told you to do something Caroline," He growled.

"No, not that," She said, flashing to the other side of the room. He turned and continued to her, eyes turning black with lust. "You can't ask that of me."

"I am. Undress before I do it myself."

"No!" She made a run to the door, but he caught her and threw her to the ground, dropping on top of her. "Please Mikael, don't do this, please."

He slapped her across the face, shutting her up for a second. He grabbed her jaw and forced her to look at him. "I'm in charge here, do you understand?"

"Get off me," She said, trying to wiggle free.

He stood up slightly only to bring his knee down on her ribs, along with all of his weight. "Shut up girl," He hissed. He leant down, intending to take her lips with his own when she suddenly head butted her, shocking him enough to get off her. She scrambled up and away from him, heading towards the door.

She looked behind her once more, seeing him watch her, but she continued anyways, running away and into the night.

It had been three days before she returned to him. She didn't want to, but she didn't have a choice. She hated to admit it, but he was all she had, and without him she would be loss. The house was quite, and there wasn't a fire going, so the house was fairly dark, but she didn't need light to see. She made her way to her room where all of her clean cloth were and quickly changed, just in case Mikael tried anything.

She took everything she needed and headed back towards the living room, intended on leaving once more. She couldn't face him, not quite. To bad, because apparently she would have to. He was standing in the living room with his back to her, facing a freshly built fire.

"I was starting to worry." She didn't say a word, simply moved slowly towards the door. "Did you not think to assure me you were alright?"

"I wasn't sure you cared," She said quietly, surprised at how easy it was to speak.

"Why wouldn't I care?" He asked, suddenly turning around, making it all that much harder to speak to him.

"If you care about someone, you wouldn't have tried to do what you did to me," She whispered.

"I suppose not, no," He agreed, carefully watching her.

His eyes were latched to her face, and she didn't like it one bit. All she wanted to do was run away, get away from him and take some time for her, but his eyes glued her to the spot. "I'll be gone for a while longer," She heard herself say, felt her lips move, but her mind was to numb to comprehend it.

"Don't leave me," He said softly.

She completely froze at that, flinching slightly. "What?"

"I need you here with me Caroline, I need you to help me," He said, moving closer.

"To take down your children."

"Yes."

"Do you not know what you ask of me?"

"Yes, but I warned you when I turned you that I was a very selfish man Caroline, that the life I live is hard and cruel, and I will push you to your limits. Do you not know why I push you to your limits?"

"I'm afraid not."

"I love you."

***FLASHBACK ENDED***

"He was in love with your body, and seems like he still is," Kol said. "Good to know our daddy is a pervert as well as a murderer."

"Maybe so, but love is love Kol, and I know how Mikael feels," Caroline said, stroking Klaus's cheek gently. "It means nothing to me, and it doesn't change anything."

"It changes everything," Elijah corrected.

"No, it doesn't," Caroline said, looking up at him. "Why should it?"

"Mikael has never cared for anyone besides our mother and himself. The simple fact that he fell in love with you in any way, is an opportunity that was have to take advantage of."

"Take of advantage how?" Caroline asked, standing up.

"No," Klaus said, standing up. "I refuse to allow this to happen."

"Niklaus-"

"No! We are not using Caroline as bait!"

"If he loves her-"

"It doesn't change anything Elijah. Yes, he loves me, and whether it just for my body or not, it doesn't matter. This is Mikael we're talking about! Love is just another word to him, another feeling, it doesn't change who he is," Caroline said.

"Even if he sees you in pain?"

"Mikael use to purposely leave me behind so I could get captured and tortured just so I could find out everything they knew. He doesn't care Elijah, can we drop this now?"

"So what's our plan?" Bonnie asked. "If we can't use Caroline as bait, how else are we going to get rid of Mikael?"

"If you would have given us a chance to talk, we could have told that we found the spell," Caroline said, pulling it out of her pocket and holding it up.

Kol grabbed the spell at of her hand and started to read over it while Caroline turned towards Klaus who was looking down at her.

"You good?" She muttered.

"The hatred I have for my father seemed to have grown more, which I thought was impossible," He said.

"It doesn't matter," She said, shaking her head.

"I know," He said, squeezing her arm.

"You've got a pair of balls on you, don't ya love?" Kol asked, looking at Caroline.

"Something like that," She said, crossing her arms.

"I take it you approve?"

"Approve? Why didn't you tell me about this earlier? I would have actually looked!" Kol exclaimed.

"Why don't you let the actual witch read the spell?" Bonnie asked sarcastically, snatching it out of Kol's hand to read it.

"What is it?" Elijah asked.

"A brilliant plan," Kol said. "Please tell me you didn't waste time after you found this?"

"We had a small detour," Klaus smirked while Caroline snickered.

"Oh my God," Kol said, staring at them. "What are you? Two bloody teenagers?"

"Technically I stopped aging at 17 so…" Caroline smirked.

"Are you trying to tell me you have a high sex drive?" Kol asked.

"I never said that," She said, "but I'm certainly not going to deny it."

"I can confirm it if you want," Klaus smirked.

"I prefer it when you two hate each other, at least then you two weren't all open about your sex lives," Kol sighed.

"No, but the angry sex would have been amazing," Caroline sighed.

"Trust me love, you'll get angry with me plenty of times. Don't worry about that," Klaus winked.

"Elijah," Kol whined, only to find him reading over Bonnie's shoulder. "I have no moral support in this house."

"You have Bonnie," Caroline said sweetly.

"What does that mean?" Kol asked with narrowed eyes.

"Are you for real with this?" Bonnie asked, wide eyed.

"Yes. Think you can do it?" Caroline asked.

"I need time to prepare. A lot a time, but yeah, I do," Bonnie said.

"Unfortunately we don't have a lot of time Bon-bon," Kol said.

"You can't expect me to rush this kind of spell. This is a complicated and dangerous spell, and if you want me to do it, I need time," She said, looking between Kol and Caroline.

"You'll never hear my say this again, but Kol's right. We don't have a lot of time, Mikael knows where we are and he's not exactly known for his patience. We're all going to help you prepare whatever way we have to, we'll get it done Bonnie," Caroline reassured her.

"Come on darling," Klaus rasped, tightening his grip on Caroline's hips. "Come on." She groaned weakly in her throat and fisted her hands in his hair, burying her face in his neck. He had her pressed against the door frame, her long delicious legs wrapped around his waist, thrusting into her tight little body.

"Klaus," She moaned, panting against his neck. "Please, please." She didn't even know what she was begging for at this point, all she knew was she needed something. He smothered her lips with his, stealing all her breath away, causing her lungs to burn from the lack of oxygen she didn't need.

She pulled away and cried out loudly at one particular hard thrust, and clawed at his sweaty back, unable to hold on because of how sleek he had become.

"So beautiful," He whispered, sucking on her neck. "Absolutely breathtaking."

"Klaus, please, I need," She whimpered. She groaned in frustration when he suddenly stopped, and squeezed tightly around him, trying to encourage him to continue, to keep moving.

"What is it you need Caroline?" He whispered in her ear, rolling his hips when he she didn't answer. She moaned in his ear and he nearly lost it right there. Those breathy little moans she made were amazing, almost as amazing as the long, drawn at ones that came from deep within her throat. "What. Is. It. Caroline?"

"I need to get off, please," She whimpered, somehow pressing their bodies even closer together, groaning at the feeling of their naked chest rubbing together. "Klaus."

Fuck. How was he supposed to ignore her when he said his name like that? He pressed his forearm across her shoulders, keeping her pinned to the doorframe, insuring that she wasn't going to get anywhere. He waited until she looked into his eyes and smirked evilly at her before starting to pump into her in earnest, his hips moving quick as he thrust in and out of her.

She moaned loudly and gripped the arm that was keeping her pinned to the door, not sure what she was trying to do, all she knew was that this was too much. Too much, not enough, she needed more, she needed less. She wasn't sure what she needed.

"Come on sweet Caroline," He growled, snapping his hips into hers, causing a strangled scream from her.

The tight coil in her stomach tightened even more, and she found herself clenching around Klaus, squeezing him unbearable tight. "Don't stop, please," She whimpered.

"Wasn't planning on it darling," He purred, sucking along her neck, hitting her weak spot, causing her hips to thrust against hers. This spot turned out to be her undoing, and she let go with a glorious cry, shuddering in Klaus's arms.

He slowed his hips down, but didn't stop, continuing to slowly thrust in and out of her, working her through her orgasm. She collapsed across his chest, nuzzling her face into his neck, practically purring in satisfaction.

One arm wrapped around her waist while the other was under her thighs, continuing to guide her up and down his length.

"I shouldn't have touched you the way I did," He said, kissing her neck. "Since you've allowed me to touch you like this again means so much more then you can ever imagine Caroline. I'll spend the rest of eternity apologizing to you every way I know."

She pulled away from his neck and rested her sweaty forehead against his, breathing in his air, sharing this precious moment with him. She brushed his lips against his softly, and they proceeded to do this several times before Caroline pulled away and took charge, using her own muscles to move against him, focusing on drawing him to his own orgasm.

"Come on Niklaus," She whispered, allowing her accent to come out. "Your turn," She whispered in his ear, squeezing him as tightly as she could.

He groaned in her ear and squeezed her hips tightly, pulling her down on him harder, and se allowed him. She could feel the bruises on her hips being formed, and it only turned her on more.

He suddenly took charge, and she allowed him too, let him use her body and she found herself wanting it. Suddenly he shuddered and slammed into her hard enough to cause her to gasp in surprise, and have her own orgasm, joining him. He held on to her tightly while he finished inside of her, gripping her tightly to him. He kissed along her shoulder before they shared a long, slow, passionate kiss.

"You're going to be the death of me Caroline," He whispered against her lips.

"Thank God you can't be killed," She smiled.

"Only by you."

Yeah yeah, I'm a horrible person. But here's another chapter, some Klaroline, some Kennett (did I spell that right?), smut! How was it by the way? I haven't wrote a smut scene in detail in awhile, kind of scary... So reviews would be helpful.

Btw, thanks to the guess reviewer who motivated me to finish this!
