A/N: Yeah! Guys, you are amazing!

Anyways… sorry for the long wait… Really, you only got this chapter because I'm sitting at home, sick, quite annoyed at not being able to go to school…(Yes, truly I am. I like school :()

Disclaimer: I'm too lazy and sick right now to make up a good disclaimer, so here ya' go – I don't own Rise of the Guardians or any associated materials.

Grounded Part 2

Jack's feet made no noise as he crossed the creaky wooden floor. He was an expert at sneaking. He stifled a laugh as he gazed upon the unsuspecting Bunny. Really, he didn't know why North made him stay – he'd already successfully completed twelve pranks – in the last three days. Grinning, he lifted the bucket above the sleeping Pooka's head.

North awoke to screams and yells.

This wasn't exactly a new thing these past three days.

Sighing, he climbed out of bed, sliding his feet into his slippers.

Walking out into the hallway, he wished that he'd just stayed in bed. A cackling Jack and glittering Bunny zoomed past. Another sigh left his lips.

Pitch wandered out into the hall, standing next to North, annoyed look on his face.

"What is the racket now?" He sneered.

Again the Pooka and winter spirit ran past, yelling. Several yetis had come out into the hall, only to mysteriously disappear once they realized that it was another prank.

The boogeyman watched at the duo passed them and remarked, "Never mind. I don't want to know."

North nodded in agreement.

Too bad for them, Jack and Bunny ran past again, except for this time, Bunny tackled Jack, and consequently North and Pitch too.

Now, Jack's prank had involved a giant bucket of glitter.

Bunny was covered in the stuff.

North, Jack, and Pitch were tackled by the Pooka.

Years later the story, about North's look as he realized that he was glitter-fied, was still told in yeti circles.

The rest of the night was spent trying to get the stuff off of them.

North wasn't a very jolly man right then.

Jack took a whole day off from pranking.

Sighing, Pitch slumped in a chair. He quietly hummed to himself, and absently rubbed his ankle, where the bracelet lay.

The trio had already tried everything possible to get them off, including: Freezing them solid, banging them with a hammer, cutting them with the metal cutters, lock-picking them, submerging them in water, squeezing them off while wearing lotion on their ankles, bribing the elves to tell them how to get them off, threating the yetis, and a whole slew of other things. They had already tried to slip away from the Pole, in many different ways. Each time they tried, the bracelets would glow and open a portal - they had no idea how it worked - sucking them back to the Workshop. They were officially grounded. Jack had slowly gotten bored of most of his pranks, for which many of the occupants were happy about. The trio just made the best of their time at the Pole.

Jack wandered into the room Pitch was currently occupying.

"Hey, ya' want to go to the game room?"

Pitch raised his, well, forehead – this was something new.

"What do you mean Frost?"

"I mean, do you want to go with Bunny and me to the game room to play some games?"

Pitch sighed, "I meant, is there a game room?"

"Well, duh, it'd be pretty stupid of me to ask you if there wasn't one."

The Nightmare King put a hand to his face, rubbing his eyes. Jack was impossible.

"Fine." He finally agreed.

Jack grinned and grabbed his arm, tugging him toward the door. Pitch yanked his arm away, content just following after the hyper spirit down the hall instead of being dragged. He had to hurry in order to follow Jack.

The two arrived at the rainbow-colored door to find Bunny waiting for them. As the teen ran to the door, the Pooka put a hand in front of his mouth to whisper to Pitch.

"He jus' had a whole platter a' cookies."

The boogeyman nodded, finally understanding why he was so excitable.

The trio stepped into the room, waiting only a few seconds for Pitch to get a look around before dragging him to the racing games.

When North found them still engaged in the games four hours later, he decided to leave them be.

Within the past week, the yetis had grown used to the three hanging around the Pole. Phil himself had to, considering that North had put him in charge of the trio for the two-week grounding. The yeti couldn't really congratulate himself on a job well done. They had pretty much wreaked havoc on the Workshop the whole time. Well, truthfully, that was mostly Jack, but the others sometimes helped too.

After the dreadful kitchen incident, Phil decided to take matters into his own hands. He quickly rounded up the three, gesturing them toward a hall. Jack pestered him with questions about where they were going, but he refused to answer. Finally they arrived at the room that had been set up previously. Quickly the abominable snowman gestured them inside. When that was done, he shut the door and locked it, not wanting a repeat of the yellow-belly episode. There was banging on the door, and they yelled at him, but soon enough they quieted down, and Phil settled himself down in front of the door.

Five hours later, he slowly opened the door. The movie was still playing, and he quickly muted it when he saw the sight before him. He told a yeti in the hall to go grab a camera.

Bunny sat in the middle of the couch, ears drooping, eyes closed and head bowed. Jack had slumped over into the Pooka's lap, facing toward Phil and a gentle, childlike expression on his sleeping face. Pitch too had fallen asleep, and his head rested on Bunny's shoulder. Quickly Alex came back, camera in hand.

Five pictures later, they both vacated the room, heading toward North's office to show off the scene to him.

A/N: :D I just can't get that cute scene out of my head :D

And, yes, Phil set up a movie for them to keep them busy.

:) glitter-fied North… Fun to picture, isn't it?

Hopefully this was good enough…
