A/N: IF YOU WANT TO FIND OUT WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE STORY, READ THIS!

So, majority vote for choice C. But, a couple amazing reviewers added that I should do the White Wings replacement first, which I think is a great idea. Therefore, that's going on with this story. If you don't remember . . .
Choice C: Finish up the requests, post them first, then continue to update. Every other update is a revamp. Updates seem fewer.

So, no updates for a little while, until I finish the White Wings replacement and take it out. As soon as that happens, requests will be coming along as new chapters. After that, revamps will start occurring every other update, arc chapters being updated together. I am aiming for an update every three or four days, excluding when I am gone. Once school starts up again, it will probably become an update every week or so. I'm hoping to finish requests and revamp all the way to about chapter twenty before that *crosses fingers*. After all revamps to that chapter are complete, updates will resume as normal, with revamps occurring as necessary.

Thanks so much for your assistance, reviews, reading of this story, and support. You guys are super amazing, and I can't believe that over a hundred fifty people read this story

Also, requests are now closed. If you want to send one, that's okay, but I'm not counting it as a part of the requests I need to post, and it'll be a while before it's written.

Sorry for taking so long with this chapter. Life happened.

Disclaimer: Yadda, yadda, me no own, don't get paid for this, blah, blah, blah.

A Battle a Day

"Gosh Frostbite, how'd ya' get that picture?"

Jack looked over at Bunny, smirking when he saw which photo the giant rabbit was referring to, "Well, that was at Doctor Apple's place. You know . . . the first time I went."

Aster nodded, fighting a smile as he looked even closer at the awkward picture of North attempting to drink water while standing on his head.

"That Doctor is one odd egg for sure," Bunny commented. Jack nodded emphatically in response.

"Well, well, well," the immortal teen muttered as he turned another page in his copy of that year's scrapbook, "look at all these random pictures of my back."

"They aren't that random, Freezer Brain. You know Sandy was clicking away once we found out about it."

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever."

"Okay, but seriously. Why do we have so many pictures a' us sleepin'?" Bunny had turned the page to find an entire section devoted entirely to sleeping Guardians.

"I'm pretty sure it's all Sandy's fault. I mean, you don't see him in many of the pictures." Jack commented, flipping backward to confirm his claim.

"That's true. . ." The Pooka trailed off suspiciously, leaving Jack to wonder just what he was going to do about it.

Moments later, Bunny made a sound that had the winter spirit looking up in alarm.

"What?"

Aster just shoved his book in Jack's lap, pointing at a picture of the two of them, sound asleep on a couch, looking like a couple of puppies curled around each other. Jack too made an indignant sound, but more at the caption than the picture.

Important Parts of Being a Brother:

1. Food

2. Roughhousing

3. Cuddles

4. More cuddles

The list was written in some fancy script on scrapbook paper, just increasing the cuteness of it all. In synchronization, the duo scowled at it.

"Tha's jus' not right," Bunny started, "it's not supposed ta' say that!"

Jack's face fell, but he quickly tried to hide his disappointment at Aster's reaction.

"I mean," the Pooka continued, "they totally forgot the part about the rivalry and pranks! And what about the annoying younger brother?"

It took a moment for Jack's brain to catch up to his ears, but when it did, he smiled wildly,"Yeah! What about the older brother being a complete grump?"

"I am not a grump!" Bunny defended quickly.

"Are too!" Jack countered, smirking.

"Am not!"

"Yes you are!"

"No I'm not!"

"Yeah huh!"

"Nuh uh!"

"Boys!" Another voice entered the conversation, "What are you fighting about now?" Tooth smiled at them, as she often did.

Sandy entered in behind her, eyebrows raised, and signs already in motion, "Why so loud?"

Jack's grin widened even further at Bunny's answer, "We were fightin' over whether or not I'm grumpy, and then before that we were discussin' this picture." He held up his photo album, looking directly at Tooth, "The one you captioned, I believe."

The queen put a hand in front of her mouth, trying to hide her giggles. She loved that picture, and the story behind it, a lot. It had taken her and the girls more than a few hours to come up with a suitable message to go along with it.

Sandy meanwhile, had taken one look at the photo he'd taken a few months ago, and cracked up. The memories behind that moment were hilarious.

The other two in the room looked at each other and rolled their eyes, obviously trying not to laugh along with their friends. When North barged in like usual – heavy footfalls and booming voice – it was to the sound of laughter.

Knowing that asking why would just make him more confused, the Cossack shook his head in mirth and clapped his hands together for attention.

Once the four of them were able to calm down – a feat that had North wondering if the giggles were less because of humor and more because of recent stress – they settled into their normal meeting positions. Jack crossed his legs, bringing a hand forward and picking absently at the peeling nail polish on his toes.

Looking around at the Guardians, he had to sigh. They all looked incredibly tired. The winter teen supposed he probably did too. Unfortunately, none of them could afford to sleep right then, which was one reason he and Bunny had gotten bored enough to look over the scrapbooks.

"So," North started out in the near silence of the family room, "How are we doing?"

"Tired." The fact that this comment came from the energetic form of the Tooth Fairy made it all the more important.

"Exhausted, more like." Bunny muttered.

Sandy added in his sentiments, "Agreed. Run down and beat, along with being tired."

"Anxious. Stressed." Jack admitted.

North nodded in acceptance to each comment. Looking around at his comrades, he felt a rush of pride and worry. All of them just through with a battle, tired beyond belief, and yet still fighting.

They fell silent again after that, each engrossed in their own thoughts.

A/N: Don't know where that chapter came from. There are a ton of references to future chapters here.

So, when the White Wings replacement is done, I'll post the next part (Yes, it's a two parter)to this to get any questions/notifications out of the way. Requests after that, along with revamps.

I'm looking for a Beta Reader. Someone who wants to help me get through all the crap of revising and stuff, perhaps? Along with helping me along with the rest of it too? If you're interested, feel free to mention it in a review and I'll check out your beta profile or message you to find out more. Thanks a ton.
