Seven months after the Battle of Hogwarts, teachers and students are trying to move on, but many traces of the battle still linger. Needing time to work a complicated spell, the new Headmistress sends everybody home for the entire month of December and is preparing to spend a very lonely, though busy, Christmas at Hogwarts.
