Chapter 24

Over the next few days they visited lots more places. They went to the parks and had a wow of time. They also did some sightseeing and some shopping to. They were both exhausted but were having a wow of time. They also made sure that they had lots of sexy and romantic time to.

They had been on their honeymoon for around two and half weeks now and were just having a blast. Sam was exhausted though, and Tom hadn't noticed that her appetite had changed in the last few days. He already knew that Sam ate less during the heat but she would normally make that up by having a big breakfast and big dinner. He also hadn't noticed her fluid content had also gone down. Sam didn't mean to drink less she just got so caught up in things that she would forget to keep drinking or was drinking fizzy drinks. It was hot but they were a bit more used to the climate now.

They went out for dinner in the evening, and Sam just ordered a small salad but didn't really fancy it. She just picked at it but Tom was too busy stuffing his mouth to notice. After they finished their meal, they were going to head to a bar.

"Tom do you mind if we head back to the hotel instead." Sam said.

"Everything ok" Tom asked.

"Yea, just exhausted." Sam replied.

"Yea of course we can" Tom said.

They paid for the bill and then headed back to the hotel. Sam didn't feel 100% right but didn't know why, she didn't say anything as she didn't want to worry Tom. They then got the bus back to the hotel as they hadn't driven so they could both drink.

They got to the hotel and decided to go to the bar for a bit before going to their room. Sam ordered a coke while Tom ordered a beer. They then sat on a sofa and cuddled each other as they chatted and drank their drinks. Sam had her head laid in Tom's shoulder. They hadn't been there more than five minutes when Emily and Adam came over. Emily and Adam said hi to Sam and Tom and asked them to join them.

"So you're not drinking tonight" Adam joked.

This made Sam smile and laugh slightly.

"I don't always get that drunk" Sam said still a bit embarrassed about that night she blushed slightly.

"Don't worry its fine don't be embarrassed about it, we have all been like that at some point" Emily said

This made Sam smile.

The four of them chatted for a while, they were talking about all the different things they had done on their holiday and suggesting to each other places to go. They chatted about their jobs amongst other things. They were just having a nice chilled evening. After about an hour of talking Sam decided to head up to bed, but told Tom to stay there.

"I'm tired I'm heading up to bed" Sam said.

"Ok let's go up." Tom said.

"Tom you don't need to come up, stay down here and enjoy yourself." Sam said.

"If you're sure" Tom said.

Sam nodded and kissed Tom night before heading up to their room.

Sam headed upstairs and got changed before heading to bed. She fell asleep almost as she hit the pillow. Tom stayed chatting with Emily and Adam, they were all laughing and joking around. They had a couple of drinks at the bar, but didn't get to drunk just a bit tipsy. They were just generally having a good time. Tom was enjoying himself but wished Sam was there with him still but knew she was exhausted and could do with the early night. They discussed going out for a meal one evening while they were still on holiday. They headed up to bed around midnight. Tom crept in and looked at Sam peacefully sleeping in bed. Tom quietly got changed before getting into bed. Tom gently kissed Sam on the cheek before going to sleep.

Sam slept through most of the night but woke up in the middle of the night with a banging headache. She groaned to herself and tried to get back to sleep, but ended up having to get up and taking some paracetamol to get rid of the banging headache. She looked at the time while she was up and groaned to herself. She felt slightly light headed as she got up to get the paracetamol but waited a minute to be steady on her feet before quietly going to get a glass of water to take with the paracetamol. She groaned at seeing it was half 3 in the morning. After taking the paracetamol she got back into bed and waited for the medicine to kick in to get rid of her headache. She could have done with a cuddle but didn't want to wake Tom, she also didn't want to worry him. She thought she had just been over doing it on holiday, so hadn't said anything. Sam eventually fell back to sleep and slept the rest of the night.

Tom woke up at half eight in the morning and saw that Sam was fast asleep. He decided to leave Sam to have a lie as he knew how exhausted she was last night. Tom quietly got up and went into the bathroom and quickly got dressed before heading down to breakfast. He left Sam a note, "Sam you were asleep and I didn't want to wake you, I have gone down for breakfast, if you wake and want to join me then come down, but don't worry if you don't Tom xxx"

Tom put the note on Sam's bedside table before quietly leaving the room and heading downstairs to the restaurant for breakfast.
