Hans first felt the softness of the bed, then something soft and warm scanning him.

"Patient is awake," Baymax called out. Anyone familiar with him would have been struck by something in his tone. Hans looked him over as he sat up, "You must be Baymax. Is Tadashi in the next room?"

The bot loomed over Hans, "Why would you think Tadashi was here?" Hans paled, "He's not? But I thought he brought me here and... How did you get here, anyway?" The robot had no expression and utter perfection as he attended to his patient but there was also something of wrath Hans picked up on.

"We just found your worthless face," Hiro said as he entered the room, "Where is my brother?" "I-I don't know! I was trying to get him away when I got knocked out. Are you saying he didn't make it?" Hiro lunged at Hans. Baymax seemed to move even slower than usual in holding him off. "Liar! I know full well who you are, Prince Hans! What did you do to Tadashi? Where is he?"

"Stop this!" Grand Pabby shouted as he entered the room, followed by Abby, Elsa and Wasabi. "I sense Hiro needs to vent, though," Baymax explained. "And look at him- He's just as confused and scared as you, Hiro."

Hans stood up. This was the last group of people he wanted to be around at the moment. Well. Short of having Anna and her boy toy glowering at him too. "I don't need your pity, troll. Why are you here?" "Because we know you and your brothers hired someone to kidnap this boy's older brother," Elsa hissed. Hans laughed bitterly, "I'm not sure there will anything left of him now that my wretched brothers have him."

"You hate them," Abby whispered.

"They're monsters and I'm no different. I told Tadashi to run, to go back to his own world but h-he..." Hans straightened up, his hair almost as disheveled as Hiro's. "If it weren't for me, he'd have gotten away."

"You helped him escape?" Wasabi asked.

"For all the good it did. Everything I touch goes to hell. Every last thing," Hans hissed as he crouched down into a corner, away from everyone's eyes.

"What happened to you?" Elsa asked. She didn't much like either way he presented himself, whether it was faking a relationship with Anna or trying to kill them both. But this figure fighting back sobs and avoiding their gaze was someone else entirely.

Hiro glanced over at Baymax who nodded in response. He stepped closer to Hans, motioning with his head for the others to leave the two of them alone. And that goes for us too.
