~Tenshi's POV~

We finally made it back home, and now grandmother can take over her responsibilities. This was too much for a thirteen year old in my opinion, I felt like I was already in my twenties with all of it! We were standing on the Hokage building's roof while grandmother looked at the view. Oh yeah! The two people that wanted me to be the temporary Hokage made me a Jounin! I now wear it over my white vest, but I keep it unzipped. Naruto…he was happy for me but…he was a little jealous.

"You're a Jounin?!" Naruto shouted at me. I giggled a little bit and nodded. Auntie Kenmei just ruffled my hair.

"You've seen what she can do, I guess it's only right," she said to him. He calmed down and nodded, he walked up to me, before I knew it; he was hugging me.

"Congrats, sis!" He exclaimed to me. I laughed a little bit and hugged him back.

"Thanks, bro," I said back to him. We then looked at grandmother.

"This village has changed quite a bit while I was gone. Starting today. The village is my responsibility as the Fifth Hokage," she said with a smile. While the others were talking, I walked up to her. "Thank you for doing what you could, Tenshi. I know it was a lot of work," she said to me with a soft smile. I smiled back while I hugged her.

"'Just be the best you can be', that's what you said to me and that's what I did. Mom and grandfather would be proud of you," I said to her. I felt her arms tighten around me.

"No, they would be proud of you more than me. You're so much like your mother it's hard to believe," she said to me as we pulled away.

"Wait up! Tsunade has some stuff to take care of!" Naruto exclaimed. I then remembered, my dad, Sasuke, and Lee!

"Who are they again?" Grandmother asked.

"My dad, my boyfriend, Sasuke Uchiha, and Uncle Guy's student, Rock Lee! We told you on the trip home, grandmother!" I scolded her. She rubbed the back of her neck with a nervous laugh. We made our way done and saw Shikamaru with his father, Shikaku.

"What's up, Naruto? Tenshi?" Shikamaru asked. "What are you doing here, Naruto?" He asked him.

"I was about to ask you the same thing! The only building around here is the Ninja Administration!" Naruto exclaimed.

"Nothing really, just taking care of annoying business," he said lazily.

"How are you, Lady Tsunade, Lord Jiraiya, and Lady Kenmei?" Uncle Shikaku asked.

"Hey, aren't you from the Nara family? Who's that kid? Are you taking care of your deer? Their antlers make good medicine," grandmother said to him.

"Yes, Ma'am," Uncle Shikaku answered. Shikamaru looked at us.

"Who's that young woman with the big attitude?" Shikamaru whispered.

"She's the new Hokage. Oh, and although she looks young, she's really fifty! She's also Tenshi's grandmother!" Naruto whispered back. Shikamaru looked at me shocked and I nodded. While Naruto and Jiraiya talked, Tamotsu and I ran to the hospital. I walked in with Tamotsu and saw Sakura.

"Hey, Sakura, thanks for watching over Sasuke for me, it means a lot," I smiled at her. She looked at me and smiled sadly back.

"Of course. Who's this?" She asked looked at grandmother.

"Oh! This is my grandmother, Tsunade, she's also the new Hokage. She's here to heal dad, Sasuke, and Lee," I told her. I looked at grandmother with a sad look causing her to frown. "Please help him, grandmother, I can't lose him too," I said to her. She nodded and kissed my forehead before placing her hand on Sasuke's forehead, her hand glowed green for a bit then she looked at me when she was done.

"He should wake up soon," she told me. She placed a hand on my shoulder. "I'll go heal your father next alright, just stay here with Sasuke," she told me. I nodded and thanked her. I sat next to Sasuke while holding his hand. Soon I heard a groan, I looked at him and saw the beautiful onyx eyes I fell in love with. When he sat up, I threw my arms around his neck and hugged him with tears in my eyes. He hugged me back, I could feel Naruto's, Sakura's, and Tamotsu's smiles on us.

"I was so worried about you," I whispered in his ear. He hugged me tighter.

"I'm sorry I worried you, but are you alright?" He asked pulling away from me. He was looking for damage on me from my fight with Tori. "How long have I been out? I mean, your injuries are practically healed," he said to me. I looked down.

"You've been out for almost a whole month," I said to him. I heard him gasp.

"Tenshi's been coming here every day after her Hokage duties, of course until a couple days ago, she had to leave the village to help retrieve the new Hokage," Tamotsu told him. Sasuke looked at me and smiled a little bit, pulling me to his chest.

"And get this! She's a Jounin now!" Naruto announced.

"Jounin?!" Sakura and Sasuke asked me. I blushed and nodded. Sasuke kissed my head.

"Congratulations, you deserve it," he said to me. "So, who is this new Hokage?" He asked.

"Tenshi's grandmother! She's the one who healed you!" Naruto told him excitedly.

"How big is your family?" Sasuke asked me. I just giggled.

"That's all there is now. Oh, and grandmother doesn't look as old as she is. She's fifty but looks to be in her twenties. She is one of the four Legendary Sanin, Tsunade," I told him.

"You mean, like your aunt Kenmei and Uncle Jiraiya?" He asked me. I nodded.

"Oh yeah…Tenshi…Auntie Kenmei and Pervy Sage are dating," Naruto told me. My widened and my jaw dropped a little bit.

"What?! And they never told me?! I have a bone to pick with them now!" I announced. What happen to telling each other everything, Auntie Kenmei?! Sakura giggled a little bit.

"She was probably planning on telling you later once everything settled down," she told. Okay, that calmed me down. I looked at Sasuke and smiled a little bit.

"I'm going to check on my dad, I'll be back in a bit," I said to him. He nodded with a small smile. We kissed and I left to my father's room. I walked in and saw that he was still a little out of it. He looked at me with a smile making run over to and hug him. He hugged me back with a chuckle. "I'm so glad you're okay," I said to him.

"Me too…Tenshi, there's something I need to tell you," he said to me. I looked down with a sigh.

"I know what it's about…Tori and Mamoru are alive…Tamotsu and I fought with them, they're strong, dad. They can do the same Jutsus as I can, and I created those Jutsus! How could she find them out?" I asked him. I heard him sigh.

"She might have been spying on you, learning your moves for herself, I just can't believe she's alive," he said to me. I nodded.

"And worst part is…she hates me, my own baby sister hates me," I told him with tears in my eyes. He brought me into a hug as I started sobbing. "Why did this have to happen, dad? She's only eleven years old for crying out loud!" I sobbed. He was rubbing my back as he rocked back and forth with me in his lap. I felt like a little kid again.

"I know, but we will fix this, I promise," he said to me. Dad was able to go home so I spent some time with him. "Oh, I'm a Jounin now," I told him. His eyes widened, he grabbed me in his arms just like the day I become a Genin. He spun me around making me laugh.

"That's my girl! I knew you would become a Jounin soon!" He said happily. I laughed a little bit as Tamotsu cheered with howling. The next day I was with Sasuke sitting on the opposite side of Sakura, who was peeling an apple for him. Something was off about Sasuke today, he didn't smile at me once and it's worrying me. I could feel anger and hate radiating off of him. Was he remembering what happened with his brother? I looked into his head and saw that he was not only thinking about Itachi but when Naruto and I fought with Gaara. Sakura came up to him with a plate of cut up apples.

"Sasuke, want some apples?" She asked him sweetly. But he did something I didn't think he would ever do, he wacked the plate away. "Sasuke?" She asked him. I saw the look in his eyes, it was the same as Orochimaru's. I placed my hands on his shoulders making him look at me.

"Sasuke, what's wrong?" I asked him. He didn't answer me. "Sasuke, your worrying me!" I said to him.

"What's wrong with ya, kid?" Tamotsu ask him. That's when Naruto came in. Sasuke looked at him then glared confusing all of us.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" Naruto asked him.

"Naruto…fight me, now," Sasuke ordered. We were all taken back by that.

"What are you babbling about? You're still recovering," Naruto told me. I placed a hand on Sasuke's shoulder.

"Sasuke, fighting right now wouldn't be wise," I said to him. He just smacked my hand away. I stood there shocked…he's never done that to me before, I felt a jolt of pain in my chest.

"Shut up and fight me, Naruto," he demanded with his Sharingan activated. "You thought you helped me? That foolish Fifth Hokage or whatever, butting into other people's business," Sasuke said getting out of bed.

"Sasuke, what's wrong with you?!" Sakura asked.

"Sasuke, don't do this! Naruto, tell him to stop!" I said worriedly. Naruto just smirked.

"Well then, I was thinking about it too," Naruto said to him. I stepped up to them.

"That's enough, both of you!" I shouted at them. They just ignored me.

"Come with me," Sasuke said. With that said, they walked to the roof. I looked at Sakura.

"We have to stop them," I said to her. She nodded at me and we ran to catch up with them. I activated my Taiingan and looked for my dad. When I did I talked to him through the link. 'Dad, Sasuke and Naruto are about to fight each other! Sakura are trying to stop them, but it's not doing anything! It'll be so bad that they'll kill each other!' I thought to him.

'I'm on my way, try to stop them while you can,' he thought back to me. I nodded even though he can't see me. Sakura and I made it out and saw them. Naruto chuckled.

"What's so funny?" Sasuke asked irritated.

"Funny? No, I'm overjoyed actually. To think…how I can finally beat you," Naruto smirked.

"What did you say? Stop blabbering nonsense you loser," Sasuke glared.

"I'm no longer the loser you once knew me as, I've changed!" Naruto told them.

"You dimwit idiot, what are you so full of yourself for, huh?!" Sasuke called out to him.

"Eh, what are you losing your cool for? That's so unlike you. What?! Are you afraid now that you challenged me to a fight now, huh? Sasuke?" Naruto taunted with a smirk.

"Shut up and fight!" Sasuke ordered.

"Before we start, you better put on this Leaf headband," Naruto said to him.

"I don't need something like that," Sasuke told him.

"Just do it!" Naruto glared.

"You won't even lay a finger on me, let alone my forehead," Sasuke pointing to his forehead.

"No! I'm saying this is a symbol that we fight as equal Leaf Ninja!" Naruto yelled at him.

"That's why I say you're full of yourself! You think you're on par with me?!" Sasuke asked him.

"Of course I do! In fact, I never thought of myself as inferior to you, not even once!" Naruto shouted at him.

"You're pissing me off!" Sasuke shouted.

"That's because you're still weak, Little Sasuke," Naruto shouted back. They then shouted each other's names.

"Guys, please, stop this childish act!" I shouted at them. But I was just ignored.

"Stop it you idiots!" Tamotsu growled. With that, they started fighting, Naruto summoned his clones, but Sasuke was able to hold his own practically using Taijutsu. Soon, Sasuke was thrown into the air, he did his Inferno Jutsu getting rid of all the clones, except one. One clone and the real Naruto started forming the Rasengan, Sasuke then formed his Chidori. "Stop it you two!" I shouted. They started going for each other until Sakura ran out.

"Stop!" She shouted.

"Sakura!" I called out to her as I ran for her. "Stand down, both of you!" I ordered. As I grabbed Sakura and jumped out of the way, my dad came and grabbed both Naruto and Sasuke by their wrists and threw them apart into the two water tanks. Sasuke's hand got stuck while Naruto made a huge dent. I looked at dad. "I'm glad you made it in time, dad," I said to him.

"Thanks for warning me about them," he said to me. I nodded. While dad was talking to them, I kept thinking about the fight, they nearly tried to kill each other! That's when I saw Sasuke flip off the side of the building. Naruto looked at me.

"Tenshi…"

"Shut up," I growled making everyone's eyes widen in shock at my attitude. I glared at Naruto making everyone flinch. "I told you to stop Sasuke, not encourage him, and what do you do? You nearly kill each other! You knew he needed to recover, yet you still fight him! Are you insane?! I already lost my family once! I'm not ready to lose anymore dammit!" I yelled with tears in my eyes. Dad placed a hand on my shoulder but I shrugged it off and ran away from there, Tamotsu following behind me. I kept going until I saw Sasuke. He was sitting in the tree with a hated expression. I landed in front of him. I crossed my arms and glared. "What's your excuse?" I asked him.

"I wanted to see if I was stronger than that loser," he told me. Before I could stop myself, I slapped him.

"You idiot! That's your goddamn reason?!" I growled shocking him. "You were supposed to be recovering!" I shouted at him.

~Sasuke's POV~

I'll admit, seeing Tenshi this mad was scary, and where she slapped me stung a lot. I looked at her and saw her canines grow as well as her nails. Her eyes were like Jinroo's.

"Tenshi, calm down," Tamotsu warned. She turned him and growled.

"Back off," she growled at him. I could feel her chakra radiating off of her. She then looked at me. "Next time you want to get yourself killed, I'll do it myself," she growled at me. I was shocked to hear her talk like that to me. She's always been a sweet person, this person I see now…it must be Jinroo. Tenshi started taking deep breathes to calm herself down. Once she did, I saw tears in her eyes, she started walking away and I stood up to stop her.

"Tenshi, wait…"

"Just leave me alone…the Sasuke I saw up there…was not my Sasuke. That was the power hungry monster side of you and it scared me. I-I need to be alone," she said to me. She jumped away and Tamotsu glared at me.

"Next time, think before you go hurting the people you so apparently love. You might have just lost your mate, Uchiha," he growled at me. He then jumped off after Tenshi. I fell on my knees and realized what he said was right. Why did I do that to her?! She told me to stop and I should have listened! I sat down on the branch again and I was then tied with wire. This is not going to be good. I looked up and saw Kakashi-Sensei.

"What's the meaning of this?" I asked him while glaring.

"If I didn't do this, you'd run away, you aren't the type to listen while I preach. Sasuke, stop seeking revenge. In this line of work…I've seen just how bad guys like you can get. In the end, those who tasted revenge were not satisfied…it ended in tragedy. You'll only hurt and suffer more, even if you are successful in your revenge, all you'll be left with is emptiness," he told me. I've had it.

"What the hell do you know?! Don't talk to me like you understand!" I shouted at him.

"Hey, calm down," he tried.

"What if I were to kill the ones you love most. How far would you stray from what you just said? I can make you feel true pain," I smirked.

"That would work, however, unfortunately, for me only one person exists. All the others I have loved have already been killed," he said to me with a smile. I was shocked, he already lost everyone. That's when I remembered our first test with him. He said the names of his friends were on that stone, even the woman he loved was on there. "That, and I don't think you'll be able to kill Tenshi. I've also lived in a long, hard era. I understand how terrible true pain and loss are. Well! We aren't the lucky ones, that's for sure, but we aren't the worst off," he said to me. That just shocked me more. "Both you and I have found precious companions," he told me. I immediately thought of Sakura, Naruto, Tenshi, and Tamotsu. "You should know from you loss, Chidori is a given to you because you found things important to you. That power should not be used against your friends or for revenge. You, yourself should know what that power should be used for," he told me. He then loosened the wire and got rid of it. "Think hard on whether you can or cannot hold true to what I said," he told me getting ready to leave. He stopped then looked at me. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a daughter who's crying her eyes out because of your's and Naruto's mess," he said to me. He then disappeared leaving me to think.

~Tamotsu's POV~

I followed after Tenshi after talking with Uchiha, he really hurt her this time, I won't be able to forgive him if makes this worse. I made it to our house and walked to her room. I heard sobs coming from her door. I pawed the door open and saw her laying on her bed with the blanket wrapped around her. I walked up to her and jumped up on the bed, as I laid next to her, she snuggled into my side. I heard the door open more and saw Kakashi, he had a sad look from see his daughter cry. He sat next to her and pulled her into his arms while she cried. She just clung to him. After about an hour, she fell asleep. Kakashi looked at me and motioned for me to follow him. He sat on the couch while I sat across from him.

"How much control did she lose?" He asked me. I sighed and shook my head.

"She slapped him, growled, yelled, told me to back off, threatened Sasuke, then she calmed down," I told him. He nodded and looked down.

"Hopefully my words of wisdom will help him forget about revenge, and hopefully Tenshi's actions will make that better too…what kind of threat did she use?" He asked me raising an eyebrow.

"She growled and I quote 'next time you want to get yourself killed, I'll do it myself,'" I said to him. He sighed and nodded.

"That should scare him into staying…I'm really worried about her. Those premonitions she had of him leaving…are they more…frequent now?" He asked me. I nodded.

"Yeah, she has had them everyone night since we went up against Tori, Mamoru, and Itachi. Honesty…she hasn't gotten any sleep because of it, she tries to put on a happy face, but her eyes say she's scared and sad…it hurts me to see her like that," I told him whimpering. He started petting me to make me feel a little better.

"I know, and it hurts me too," he said to me. We then heard a scream, it was from Tenshi's room. We ran over there to see her crying and screaming while thrashing in her bed. Kakashi ran over and held her to him. "Tenshi! Wake up, it's only a dream!" He called worried to her. She woke up and clung to Kakashi. She had that dream again. Sasuke, if you leave this goddamn village, I will hunt you down and rip you limb from limb.

"He's leaving! I know he is, I can feel it!" She cried. Kakashi looked at me and we gave a grim look. I started growling.

"Just give me five minutes, I'll change his mind…in a very painful way," I growled lowly.

"Tamotsu…" I interrupted Kakashi.

"No! He hurt her, he deserves to have a limb or two missing when I'm through with him. I know you want to hurt him too. Hell! If it were my pup who got hurt by her mate I would kill the bastard!" I growled. "If Orochimaru and Itachi want him…they'll have to get in line," I said to him. Tenshi shook her head. She got out of bed and jumped out the window, I looked at Kakashi…we knew what was going to happen.

~Sasuke's POV~

After leaving my house, I started walking to the gate only to run into a silver haired angel with dried tears on her face.

"So…you're really leaving…even after you promised you wouldn't," she told me. I could tell she had been crying for a while due to her voice. It hurt me to know that it was my fault, but I had to do this.

"I have to do this," I told her. I started walking past her until she caught my hand.

"Don't you think I know your pain? I lost not only my whole clan, but a whole village. Don't you think I want revenge? Of course I do, but I know it won't bring any of them back, it won't make me happy in the end…it only makes me a murderer," she told me. My eyes widened at the thought, I then narrowed them and clenched my fist.

"I need closer, being here can't give me that, I need to become stronger, being here can't give me that either," I told her. I felt her grip tighten on my hand.

"You don't get it do you? If you leave then you'll lose all of us. You'll lose your family…again. You'll lose Naruto, your bother; Sakura, your sister; Kakashi, your father; Tamotsu, your elder brother; and me, your lover. Tell me…do you think you can handle that? Do you think you can lose that part of the family? Hell, the family grows larger than that, all our friends from the academy are family too, same with their senseis. You have a bigger family now and you're giving that up," she told me. I knew she was right, but I need to do this, I had to get closer for all that's happened, the only way I can do that is through revenge. "Please, Sasuke, I love you," she whispered. I made her let go of my hand and I walked off. I soon heard her start running. "Sasuke! Don't leave me! Please! Don't leave me alone!" She cried. Hearing her cry like that broke my heart, I didn't want to leave her, but I need to become stronger. I soon jumped behind her and hugged her with my head on her shoulder.

"I'm sorry, Angel, I'm not just doing this to gain power to avenge my clan…I'm doing this for you. I love you, I want to protect you, and I couldn't do that in the forest. But if I gain power, I'll be able to protect you and avenge both of what we lost. I'm sorry…I love you," I said to her. I then spun her around and kissed her, her sweet tasting lips…I won't be able to kiss her for a long time. I then pressed a point on her neck and made her pass out. I laid her on a bench and kissed her again. "I truly do love you, Angel…I'll be back, when that happens we'll be able to live that part of our dream…we'll have a family," I said to her. I then took out a box, I opened it and took out a pendant piece. It was a crescent moon with white diamonds on it, surrounding a blue jewel. The pendent hung from a white velvet choker. I put it around her neck and fastened it. I kissed her forehead. "I hope you'll forgive me," I said to her. I then made it to the group of Sound Ninja and we were off.
