Mia wakes up and its dark, she looks around and sees nothing then hopes that the team will find her. Then a thought comes to her, her morpher, she feels her hand to see if her communicator is still there then reaches to see if her necklace is still around her neck and they BOTH are! "yes" Mia says out loud then says "white light power up" as she says this she moves her hands in an X movement the next thing she knows she is in a blue but more white suit. She smiles then realized that she can see in in the dark! As she looks around now she can see a door and window, as she goes to it she sees she is on the MOON! She walks to the door and sees putties walking.

Back on Earth the team is frantic, they don't know what to do "why do you think she couldn't morph?" Tommy asked Zordon "I'm not sure Tommy but for whatever reason we must it figure it out, or else we may never get her back. Tommy started to pace then said "what if it was because of her mutant" everyone looked thoughtful but didn't say anything. Kim looked at Tommy and was thinking: why is he acting this way, its almost like he cares for her more then a friend should, but put the thought away and said "guys if she's not near her mutant then maybe she can morph now?" Everyone stared at her and Jason said "maybe" then turned to Alpha and said "you should look for her morphing energy on the moon then if you can locate it, teleport her here", the robot nodded and headed off to do it.

On the moon Mia was out of the room and looking for a way out, still kinda hoping that her new friends will find her and get of her. Right as she thinks this a whole group of putties steps in front of her and she gets ready to fight when she realizes that she is being teleported. She materializes and she's in the command center looking at her new friends "took you long enough, I thought I was going to be putty" they all smiled "its a good thing are you aren't" Tommy said as he hugged her. "Now what"? Mia asked "I mean we still have mutants that look like us out there" Tommy looks at her then the others but didn't say anything, Jason looked at Mia and said "we'll do what we do best, defeat the bad guys and go home" Mia grinned then looked at her watch and almost yelled "guys its almost 4 in the afternoon! We missed school" they looked at each other as Jason says "you're more important then school" she grinned at them but then frowned "whats wrong Mia?" Kim asked "guys my mom and dad don't know you and I made a mistake of saying gang to them a few nights ago, they might think that because I wasn't at school, I was with you guys. I hope that doesn't happen but I know my parents " she sighs then says "after this whole thing with the Mutant is over, do you guys wanna come over for a BBQ"? Tommy looks at her and says "yes, we would all love too" he grins at her then he looks Jason and says "Right" Jason nods but as he is about to say something the alarm went off, the mutants were back. "Mia just in case the result of you not being able to morph is because of your mutant then you must stay here" Mia turned to Zordon "I can't, this is my team, its like a firefighter staying behind because he has a cough and letting his team go in with out his help. If something goes wrong, then yes, I will come back but until then I'm going", the rangers looked at each other then back at Mia "I'm okay with her going, I mean she has to learn right"? Kim asked. Mia turned to her and smiled, "thanks Kim".

The team gets to the location and looks around "so where are they" Billy asked, of course right as he says it they appear. The team morphs then looks at Mia, she is morphed too, she looks at them and nods " guys lets get these posers!" they all attack but are losing then Billy comes up with an idea "Kim take take Trini's mutant, Trini take Kim's, Jason take Tommy's, Tommy take Jason's, Zack take mine, I will take yours" Tommy looks at him and says "who is taking Mia's" "ummm not sure" was his reply. They look at her and see her fighting, dodging attacks, then she falls; her mutant jumps on her and Mia throws her up in the air and hits the mutant with her sward destroying it, they run to her "Mia you did it", she grins at them "yeah I did, don't they grow or something" everyone laughed "common lets head back to the command center" they nod. and afterwords they all head home.

Mia walks in slowly but to no such luck because both her parents were standing there "where were you" her father asks, she looks down "I was with my new friends" her dad pointed to the chair she sits down "why weren't you at school? With your friends then too?" She nods "I don't think I like you hanging out with them, they're a bad influence on you" Mia looked up so fast "no they are not, if anything they teach me" she looked down and said "please I know they are not bad, why don't we have a BBQ, that way you can get to know them?" Her parents looked at each other "fine, how about Friday"? Her mother asked.

A few days later the house was all clean and the deck was ready for use, there was a knock at the door and Mia goes and answers it "hey Tommy we are setting up out back and do me a favor hide the morpher my mom asked about mine a few hours ago, I don't want her to think anything" he nodded and stuffed it in his pocket. After dinner and the rangers where done eating Tommy says "Mr. and Mrs. Pinson the food was great thanks for having us over" my mom nods and says "you are a fine bunch and I hope Mia stays friends with you for a long time" everyone grins and nods. By the end of the night Zack as shown his dance moves, Tommy and Jason gave a demo on fighting and Kim and Trini were staying the night.

Later that night Kim, Trini and I were on my bed talking about boys and Kim looks at me and says Bluntly "do you like Tommy"? I look at her in shock "as a friend, why"? She looks down "just wondering" I nod but don't say anything.
