AN: This is it you guys. I hope you all have enjoyed getting swept into the lives of Jacob and Bella as much as I have. Please do not hesitate to let me know what you think. Just a quick heads up, the part at the beginning that's in italics is a flashback, I just didn't want y'all to be confused about why it was different from everything else.

Five Years Later

Time had flown by and before Bella knew it it was her wedding day. Jacob had proposed to her only once and she had said no because she felt that she wasn't ready. He had understood, saying that they would get married on her terms seeing as she had given up so much for him. That fatefull night had been almost three years ago. On New Years Eve at midnight three years later she had told him her new years resolution just like they did every year.

"I want to get married," she said with a small smile.

"Really?" he asked, hope sparkling in his eyes.

"Yes, really," she said with a breathless laugh.

"Should I propose again?" he asked, reaching into his nightstand.

"Only if you want to."

He turned over on his side, propping his head up with one hand and holding a small box in the other.

"Isabella Swan, I have loved you for the past seven years. I promise you will never want for anything and that I will love you until the day that I die. Will you marry me?" he asked, opening the box.

Bella looked down at the ring nestled inside the box. It was a simple thin white gold band with three small diamonds. She had found the box over a year ago but she had shown restraint and won her inner battle to open the box to see what it looked like. Now she was glad that she

hadn't. She tenderly touched his cheek as she let out the breath she was holding.

"Yes and I love you too," she said with a smile.

He exhaled with a laugh before pulling the ring out of the box. He was able to slip the ring on her finger before she pounced on him and they had spent the night in a celebratory lust filled haze.

That had been a month and a half ago. They had decided on a Valentine's Day wedding since the day had always been special for them. They had kept things simple and exchanged cards and a box of conversation hearts, just like that first year.

Bella could hear her mom rushing around behind her but she herself was surprisingly calm. She was content to let her mom take over for the next couple of hours so that she could think about more important things. Starting a new chapter in her life for one thing: she would Jacob's wife in only a few short hours.

The day was overcast but there wouldn't be a chance of rain until that night. Even if it was on the chilly side Jacob and Bella had opted for a sunset wedding in the wildflower field in front of their house instead of the cliffs where every pack member since the very first pack had been married. It still held bad memories for them and they didn't want this day to be tarnished in any way.

Sue was helping Renee get things ready for the reception which would be held at the house and Billy would be officiating the wedding, it would be his last act wedding as chief since he would be stepping down so that Jacob could take over when spring came. Bella hadn't thought Jacob would ever agree to be chief but she was happy that he was finally accepting his destiny.

Sue and Charlie were content to just be together, neither of them needed a piece of paper to be happy. Bella wouldn't be surprised if they never got married. She was happy for them regardless.

Seth and Kourtney weren't following any set rules either, both were more than happy to make their own destinies and were not going to let anyone tell them how to live their lives. They had no plans to get married at the moment nor did they feel the need to make Hudson a big brother any time soon. They were living together and that was enough for them at the moment.

Bella had forgone college much to her parents dismay but it had been what she wanted. She didn't need to go to college for what she wanted to do anyways. It would have been pointless since the wife of the chief wasn't required to work, because her time would be devoted to volunteer work and she along with Jacob would representatives of the tribe when dealing with other tribes. It had taken her and Jacob years to learn all of the ordinances and zoning rights for the tribe not to mention the laws or the fact that Bella had to learn how to speak Quileute.

It had been worth it. Bella had become the pack mother once Emily had become a mother herself and all of the boys came to her with their girl problems. Leah had even softened to the idea of having another female around especially since Bella had no plans of infringing on Leah's territory.

"Bella? It's time to get your hair done," Sue said to get Bella's attention.

"Keep it simple, please? And Jake likes it best down," she suggested politely.

"I'll keep that in mind," Sue promised with a smile.

Bella sat at the kitchen table, idly wondering what Jacob was doing at the moment. Her phone was on the table, where she had left it that morning after breakfast. It had been left there to keep her from constantly checking it. Checking it once wouldn't hurt. Jacob had texted her four times in the past two hours. He was worried that she had gotten cold feet and was avoiding him.

My mom has had a close eye on my phone. This is the first time I've checked it in five hours. I love you, now calm down.

"Jacob?" Sue asked as she ran a brush through Bella's hair.

"He's nervous," Bella confirmed.

"I won't tell your mom that you talked to him if you won't."

"If she asks, I never touched my phone."

Sue laughed lightly but stopped when the front door opened. Emily and Claire came in with a small basket.

"Let me see Sweetie," Sue said to Claire.

"We picked the prettiest flowers!" Claire said proudly.

"Yes you did. Thank you both," Sue said hugging Emily and kissing Claire's forehead.

"I'll get to work on these," Emily said as she sat down.

"What are the flowers for exactly?" Bella asked.

"Bella, how do you feel about having flowers woven into your hair?" Sue asked, putting her hands on Bella's shoulders.

"We thought it might be nice since you aren't wearing a veil," Emily explained.

"I love it," Bella said with a affirming nod.

Emily cut the flowers down to size while Sue continued to brush then separate Bella's hair. Bella's phone buzzed and her eyes darted to it quickly.

"Claire Bear, why don't you go play out back?" Sue suggested.

Claire went outside without a complaint.

"Go ahead, I'm sure Emily will turn a blind eye, just like I will," Sue encouraged Bella.

"Hey, I'm just minding my own business while I work on these flowers," Emily said absentmindedly.

Bella picked up her phone, swiping her fingers across it to wake it up.

I love you too. Only one more hour.

She smiled, not able to hold in her excitement. Sue wove the crown of flowers into Bella's hair, securing it with two bobby pins just to be safe. Five minutes later Emily was applying her makeup and it was kept simple since Bella wasn't a makeup kind of girl.

Renee and Sue were waiting for her in her and Jacob's room when she walked in fifteen minutes later. Her dress was laid out on the bed and Renee had steamed it to get out the wrinkles. Bella ran a finger down one of the lace sleeves remembering the first time she had tried it on. She had been by herself since her mom and Sue hadn't been able to be with her but she had sent her mom a picture and Sue had been the first one to see it once she brought it home.

The ivory silk gown was fitted especially for her and it flared out at the bottom just past the knee. The full length sleeves were made of the most delicate lace she had ever seen. The dress was perfect and she knew that Jacob would love it.

Jacob tugged at his tie, feeling sweat pool at his neck. He felt like he was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. The small crowd talked quietly amongst themselves as they waited for the wedding to start. Charlie went inside the house with fifteen minutes until the wedding started because Emily wanted to get some pictures of Bella with her parents, now it was almost time.

Embry and Quil stood with Jacob while Leah and Angela would stand with Bella as her maid and matron of honor. Leah came out the front door first and once she had made it down the aisle the door opened again and Angela stepped out. Claire made her way slowly down the aisle as the flower girl.

Jacob watched the door with bated breath. Charlie was taking his sweet time opening the door and Jacob was starting to fidget. Finally the door opened but it was hard to make out the people who stood at the door because of the overhang of the porch.

Once Bella and Charlie stepped off the porch and into the sun her eyes found Jacobs. He stared at her in awe and with so much love that it brought tears to her eyes. She had promised him that she wouldn't cry. So in the thirty seconds it took to walk to him she was able to blink away the tears and steel her nerves.

Charlie handed her off silently when asked to, kissing her cheek before turning to sit with Sue. Billy looked at them both, smiling proudly before starting the ceremony.

"It's fitting that one of my last acts as Chief is my sons wedding. For those of you who have never seen Quileute wedding ritual, it's not much different from what you're used to but there are some differences."

He held up a staff with feathers tethered to one end, chanting in Quileute as he touched Jacob and Bella's shoulders gently with the staff. Next Jacob and Bella turned to face each other and recited vows that every Quileute couple before them had recited. The ceremony was short and Emily took picture after picture because she wanted to make sure that they could show their future children how much they loved each other. Soon Jacob was cupping her neck to seal their vows with their first kiss as husband and wife. He pulled away to notice that she had away look in her eyes.

"You okay?" he asked in concern.

"Yeah. I was just thinking," she reassured him.

He smiled tenderly, even though he had questions about her answer. They would talk later, when there weren't thirty set of eyes watching them.

Charlie, Renee, Phil, Billy and Sue were the last ones to leave that night. It had been a long but exciting day and Bella just wanted to go to bed. Renee and Sue had insisted on cleaning up that night instead of in the morning. Jacob and Bella had been sent to their room but neither of them wanted to consummate their marriage with their parents less than twenty feet from their bedroom door.

Once they had finally left Jacob had been able to talk her into taking a bath with him where more water ended up on the outside of the tub than in before they were through. They were both worn out as they lay side by side in bed but Bella still had one more thing up her sleeve for him.

"I have something for you," she said, laying on her side facing him.

"You didn't have to get me anything," he said with a scoff.

"This is a important gift though," she said reaching behind her to feel around in her nightstand.

She handed him a small, slim white box that was tide with a pale blue bow. He sat up before pulling the bow loose. He pulled away the lid and stared down into the box. Inside was a silver baby rattle charm.

"Technically that will go on the bracelet that Sue gave me for my birthday last year, but I wanted you to be the one to put it on."

"Does this mean what I think it means?"

"You're gonna be a daddy in...eight months, give or take a couple of weeks when he or she decides they are ready," she said with a light laugh.

"How long have you known?"

"Since Thursday; I have my first doctors appointment on Monday."

He set the box on his night stand before pulling her to him. He held her as tightly as she would let him, so many emotions were coursing through him that he couldn't put into words how happy he was. He had everything he ever wanted and couldn't imagine how his life could be any better. He couldn't have planned this moment if he tried but if he had it never would have lived up to his expectations. This moment was so personal and special and if there had been a room full of people it would have cheapened it somehow. He and Bella could now move forward and spend the rest of their lives together. It didn't get much better than that in his opinion.
