"Ok so you have the photo shoot at 8 and then a phone conference with Stephanie at 2 to go over your role with Phil" Mia told Madison as she scrolled through her phone calendar, Madison had a busy couple of weeks ahead of her with The Rumble coming up which meant Mia would be running around like crazy and things would just get busier when Wrestlemania rolled around. Mia didn't know how Madison dealt with everything the interviews, phone calls, meetings. Mia knew she would go crazy if she was the center of the attention the way Madison had to deal with.

"Ok and can you get Ajs number for me?" Mia squinted her eyes as she looked up at her boss.

"Why do you need her number?" Mia was thrown at her request, Madison had told her that Aj and Phil were now in a relationship and she had said she was ok with it but she didn't miss the hint of hurt in her voice.

"I want to have lunch with her, clear the air" Mia raised an eyebrow and nodded.

"I didn't know there was air that needed to be cleared"

"I'm sure she sees that I don't travel with Phil anymore and I don't want her to think its because of her"

"Isn't it?" Madison shot a look at Mia.

"Yes and no I just don't need to sit on a bus with them in a new relationship for up to 8 hours Id go crazy" Mia knew Madison was questioning how Phil was able to get into a new relationship so fast and she was still sitting her alone. Mia instantly felt bad that she had been spending so much time with Dean, she knew if it was anyone else they would have fired her.

"Are you going to travel with The Shield?"

"I have no idea" To tell the truth Mia was hoping that Madison would, it would give her the chance to be around Dean and continue being Madison's assistant.

"Are you upset that I've been hanging out with Dean more?" Madison turned and looked at her.

"Why would you think that?" Madison walked over and sat down next to her.

"I feel like I've been a horrible friend, I know you're going through something and I haven't really been there" Madison smiled and took her hands.

"Mia I promise I'm happy for you, I see how you and Dean are around each other and he really likes you, I wouldn't be a good friend if I resented you for finding someone"

"Thank you, it's just been so great with him, we aren't even together like that but he treats me like we are"

"Good cuz if he doesn't treat you right ill kick his ass" The two friends shared a laugh as Mia's phone rang, speak of the devil.

"It's Dean" Madison pushed her.

"Go talk to him" Mia answered the phone not realizing that she was smiling as she heard his voice.

"Hi, hope I didn't catch you at a bad time?"

"No, of course not I was just going over Madison's schedule for tomorrow"

"Busy day?"

"Her photo shoot will most likely go long, but WWE wants pictures of her in her new gear before she debuts with you guys"

"Makes sense, so I know for a fact we will be in the same city tomorrow, is there any way I can see you" Mia sighed she knew she would have to be with Madison all day tomorrow, she had no idea how long this photo shoot would last and then with Madison having to take an hour to talk to Stephanie, this was going to be an all day affair.

"I'm not sure I can try to sneak away for an hour or two after Madison has her phone conference at 2"

"Ok well let me know and ill drive anywhere" Mia smiled and bit her lip, Dean had a way of making her feel so wanted.

"Ok ill text you in the morning" Mia laid on her bed as they said their goodnights. Dean was really doing something to her, she couldn't say she didn't like it but she needed to be careful Dean had told her that he wasn't one for commitment and she was fine with that but she also didn't want to waste her time.

Mia groaned as her alarm clock went off, looking at the clock she saw the car would be at the hotel in an hour. Getting out of bed she began her morning routine she grabbed the remote and put the news on, put the coffee on and grabbed a grapefruit. She always gave Madison a couple more minutes to sleep, she could be very irritable in the morning after sitting for a few more minutes she walked to Madison's bedroom door peeking in she saw her boss still under the covers.

"Maddie come on get up" Mia was met with a groan.

"Come on the car will be here in less then an hour"

"I don't care, I'm not going"

"Come on, you love photo shoots and once your done with this we get to explore Cali for two days" Mia pulled the blanket off of her and went into the bathroom turning the shower on.

"Don't wash your hair, throw some sweats on and then come have your coffee" Mia walked out of the room and back into the hotel rooms living area, she knew as tired as Madison was she would get up and handle her business. Mia had texted Dean Good Morning as she waited for Madison to come out of her room. Hearing the shower turn off she grabbed a cup and poured coffee in it, standing up she handed it to Madison as she walked out the room.

"Thank you" Madison moaned as she smelt the wonderful scent of her coffee made just right.

"No problem, car should be here any minute" Madison nodded and took a sip.

"If we get done early we should try to go out tonight" Mia smiled at her, this was her opening.

"I could invite Dean"

"He's in town already, Raw is still three days away"

"The Shield didn't have any house shows to do this weekend so Dean flew out early"

"To be with his love?" Madison teased her friend.

"No, he just wanted to be able to relax before Raw"

"Hmmm well whatever invite him, I just want to drink"

"Ill wait to say anything in case we don't finish in time"

"Well why don't you meet him for lunch?"

"I can't you have the phone call with Steph at 2, I have to be there for that"

"Ok so after that have the rest of the day off" Mia smiled harder then she would admit.

"Are you sure?" Madison nodded as she filled her cup up with more coffee. The hotel phone rang and they knew it had to be the car arriving at the hotel.

As Mia answered it Madison poured her coffee in her to go cup that she always kept with her and grabbed her phone and purse.

"You ready?" Mia asked hanging up the phone and grabbing her own belongings. Madison nodded and followed her out and into the car, within an hour they were at the studio the photo shoot would take place and it was hectic from the minute they walked in. Madison was whisked off straight to hair and make up so it was a lot of waiting around but she was grateful she had Dean to keep her busy via text, they had made plans for him to meet her here at the studio at 3:30 and she was beyond excited. Madison emerged decked out in her new gear for when she would be with The Shield a pair a black knee high boots, a black vest and a pair of tipped black shorts.

"How do I look?" Madison asked her as she twirled in front of her.

"Like a member of The Shield" Madison smiled, Mia knew Madison was nervous about being with The Shield but Mia could see her excitement as she modeled her new gear. As the photo shoot officially started Mia was on hand for anything that Madison would need but Madison was never one to be needy so Mia spent a lot of time just sitting around. As Two o' clock rolled around Mia pulled Madison away and everyone went to lunch as they went into a room for privacy as the phone call started Mia made adjustments to Madison schedule and arranged a few flight per Stephanie's orders. As the call started dwindling down to friendly talk Mia saw that it was already past three, she shot Dean a quick text.

I'm almost done As Madison hung up they went back out to continue the photo shoot.

"You out of here?" Madison asked Mia as she got her makeup touched up.

"Waiting for Dean, you sure you're ok with me going?" Madison waved a hand at her.

"Go ahead, I'm tired I'm going back to the hotel after this, Ill drink there" Mia's phone beeped and she smiled as she saw it was Dean.

I'm outside Madison saw the way her assistants face lit up and she knew it had to be because of Dean.

"Go I will text you if I need anything" Mia thanked Madison again as she grabbed her things, hurrying out the door. She smiled as she saw Dean leaning up against his rental, he pushed himself off and greeted her with a hug.

"Hi" Mia didn't miss the way her stomach flopped when she was in his arms.

"You ready to go?" Dean opened the door for her and watched her slid in, he had been so interested in everything that she does and there was no end in sight. Dean shook his head as he got into the drivers seat, he was never one for relationships but Mia had him thinking which wasn't a good thing for anyone. As they drove up the coast they made conversation, Mia always found it very easy to take to Dean there was never a lull in the conversation but she found herself not being able to ask the questions that she wanted answers to. Her and Dean had only been talking for a couple of weeks and she knew they weren't looking for anything serious but that was destined to change, it had been such a long time since Mia was in a relationship sexual or otherwise and it was starting to bring her down. Looking at Dean as he parked the car and guided her into the restaurant she felt his hand on the small on her back and the butterflies started fluttering widely in her stomach and Mia knew she needed to clear some things up but as he smiled at her she decided she would enjoy this for a little while longer.
