Chapter One: A is for Admirer

"What are you doing?" I asked Six.

"Reading," she replied. She was leaning back against the bed frame, legs straight out but crossed at the ankles. In her hands was a very thick book. There was a soft crinkle as she turned the page.

"I can see that." I dropped my backpack to the floor and looked at her curiously.

"Then why did you ask?" she said without even glancing at me.

I asked because I found it very ironic that the book in her hand was a Holy Bible, marked with a property of Red Pheasant Motel stamp on its cover. I suppose the Bible is standard issue everywhere – no exceptions – even for a motel such as this. However, I didn't expect Six to be reading it.

"I'll take first watch," she said, putting the Bible aside. "You and NASA should get some sleep."

"You mean you're not going to ravish me?" Sam (aka NASA) asked as he came out of the bathroom. His hair was still soaking wet. "Because that's the only reason I showered."

"You showered because you smelled like two day old liverwurst," I laughed at him.

"Then you should take one too," Sam fanned the air in front of his nose. "My gym shoes smell better than you."

I took my backpack and went into the bathroom. After stripping off my clothes I got into the shower and let the warm water pour over me. I remember standing there for several minutes, letting my thoughts drift to Sarah Hart. I wondered if she was thinking about me too. I missed everything about her from the shutter clicks of her camera to the watermelon flavored lip gloss she wore.

I wondered how long it would be before it was safe to contact her. A week? A month? A year? I hoped it wouldn't take that long. I didn't know if I could last an entire year without hearing her voice.

I guess I was distracted because there was no way I shouldn't have noticed her watching me. But she was.

Knowing what I know now. I should have locked the door (not that it would have stopped her) but I was so used to living with Henri - who never came into the bathroom while I was in there – that I never expected such an intrusion.

As thoughts of Sarah filled my brain, blood filled my lower half – causing a swell in between my legs. While there are some distinct differences between human and Lorien physiology and biology – anatomically we are virtually identical. And so I (like every other teenage boy) began to pleasure myself under the steady stream of the shower imagining it was Sarah.

I called out her name softly, bit down on my lip to muffle my pleasure as my mental fantasies and physical manipulations caused me to speed up my pace and bring myself to orgasm.

I let my head fall back as I looked up at the water-stained ceiling. I took a few deeps breaths to bring my heart rate back to normal.

God, I missed Sarah so much.

In seconds I was done with the shower, another minute and I was dried off and dressed in clean clothes.

"Shower's yours," I told Six as I set my bag in an empty chair.

"Pass," she muttered, swinging her bag over her shoulders.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"Perimeter sweep," she answered making a very hasty exit. Bernie Kosar barked once at me then cocked his head sideways.

"What?" I looked at him. I knew he was laughing at me.

Sam sat in the corner snickering as he untangled power cords in preparation for setting up his laptop. "What's so funny?" I asked.

"Dude," Sam covered his mouth with his hand. "Next time you're going to walk the dog – lock the door."

"Walk the dog?" I looked at Bernie Kosar. "Do you need to go out?" I asked him.

"Oh my God," Sam burst into hysterics. "I meant jerk-off, you know – masturbate?"

"What?" I gasped. "How did you…?"

"Not me. Six. She went in there to refill her thermos…"

"She saw me," I swallowed hard.

"You should have seen the look on her face, John." Sam snorted he was laughing so hard. "Fucking priceless."

So the plan is to go through the whole alphabet - do you have a suggestion for a letter? Feel free to leave it in a review or send me a PM - I only have a couple chapters outlined - so I'm hoping for your feedback
