Well, it's been a long time since I updated this (like... years), and I'm sure a lot of people were disappointed because of this... I truly am sorry. But, fear not! I shall update, but the thing is... I'm going to rewrite the entire thing. I was reading over this and I saw so many mistakes... I have to rewrite it. I feel as though when I first posted this I wasn't a very good writer... but I feel like now I'm much better.
Anyways, I'll be rewriting all of this, including the newer chapters I have written. Bad news is, I lost all the chapters except for the ones posted and the ninth chapter. My laptop is beyond repair, meaning there's no way to get my files from it. But, that gives me the opportunity to take the story in a different route. Not quite sure if I want to make it darker than originally planned or not. But I know one thing, it will not follow Thieves of Time, it will still be set after Sly 3. I liked Thieves of Time... but I think a few things that happened in the game shouldn't have happened (like what they did with Penelope...).
The plot will change a bit, though Jade will still be the villain. But, the way I wrote Leo... that's not how I want him to act. A lot of the characters will be taken out, because I feel like I was just throwing characters in here and it made the story feel very rushed.
I'm not very proud of this story at the moment and I wish I had written it better.
Not sure when the rewritten parts will be updated, but I shall keep you guys posted on to when. Will most likely use this as an update page and I will also be using my tumblr (castielrxgers) to keep those of you who are following me there.
Again, I apologize for everything and I hope to have rewritten chapters up soon!
