Chapter 27- After The League of Mata Hari
Sorry to all my viewers, reviewers and supporters, but I just started high school and I'm feeling frenetic at the moment so please don't judge my chapters. And I'm super sorry everyone for not updating quicker. I hope you all liked my Valentine's one-shot; I wrote it in between school classes and the minor spare time that I had. Thank you my lovely people for not giving up on me!

As the team and Frank came out of the elevator, Frank stumbled over to a chair and plonked down on it. Aneisha silenced everyone and put a hand on Frank's shoulder. He looked up to her smiling sympathetically at him.
"Frank, it'll be alright-"
"No! She's gone! I put her into prison! How could I have been so stupid? I trust Stella and I know she didn't do this! But its M.I.9 protocol, and whatever they say-"
"Goes, we know Frank. But if she really did do this, she conned everyone. Frank we all love her, not as much as you but we really do; she's like a motherly figure to us. Frank, it's ok, we'll get through this together." Keri spoke calmly and gently to Frank, and the others looked at her in disbelief. It took her a while to realise, but when she did she frowned at them.
"What?"
"Nothing, just don't worry about it."
"Okay… "Keri looked back down at Frank. "Frank, don't stress. She'll be okay."
"What if she's not?!"
"She will be. I can feel it." Aneisha stepped in; her instincts have always been right. She smiled down at Frank saying 'it will be alright; I just know it". Frank nodded but a tear still escaped his cheek.
"Frank stop beating yourself up about it. She arrested you, remember? When they thought that you were behind all of those KORPS plans." Frank turned on his chair, Aneisha's hand slipping down from his shoulder. He turned to face Aneisha and Keri, who were right beside him, and Dan and Tom, who were leaning on the round table, looking guilty.
"Yeah, but that was different. She didn't love me then." He mumbled the last part so they wouldn't hear, but of course, they heard anyway.
"Frank, are you blind? Of course she did!" His eyes widened at Aneisha's comment, and then he frowned in confusion.
"How would you know? It's not like she told you."
"No, she didn't. But ever since that moment when we walked in to the interrogation room when we were interrogating Zoe, and she was picking those tree leaves and twigs out of your hair, you could tell she still cared for you Frank, she still loved you. And I could also tell that by the way you were introducing her, you still loved her too." Frank looked a little startled at Aneisha's statement, but then he nodded, knowing that it was something Aneisha would notice anyway. Dan and Tom shared a glance at each, not knowing that Aneisha picked all that up, let alone remembering that particular day. Even Keri looked a little surprised; when did Stella take tree leaves out of Frank's hair?
"Aneisha have you ever heard the saying 'Love is Blind'? You've proved everyday that that saying is wrong." Frank wiped the tears from his eyes; these tears weren't from losing Stella, these were tears of how proud he was of his team.
"Thanks Frank, but just remember, wherever she is, she will always love you, and I know that you will always love her." Aneisha hugged Frank unexpectedly and it soon became a group hug with Keri, Dan and Tom joining. Frank smiled to himself; not only was he blesses with Stella, he was blessed that the people that cared about him most, would always be there for him.
"Well, come on then, I've gotta finish my jobs or Mr Flatley's gonna be on my case forever about it." He pulled out of the hug as Aneisha snickered, thinking about how much more that her auntie would be on his case about it.
Stella struggled to escape the M.I.9 guards, who she used to give orders to. She kept on squirming, and now she saw why she hired them in the first place; they wouldn't budge!
"Get off of me! I can walk you know!"
"We can't let the prisoners escape, especially traitors like you." One of the guards replied and Stella shot him a glare. She screwed up her face and looked like she was about to shout at him.
"I am not a traitor! I was framed by someone! I would never betray M.I.9!" She burst out but the two guards just rolled their eyes and chucked her into an empty cell. Stella placed her hands down to break her fall and looked down at the ground while the guards closed the cell door. She lay there on the ground for a while, trying to process what just happened. She joined a social club for spies; no funny business was going on, except that KORPS were a little quiet. She persuaded them for Frank to join, seeing as he was an excellent spy. And now she's been arrested, by her own boyfriend too.
She managed to stand up a little while later and clung onto the bed for dear life. She wept and buried her head into the sheets of the bed. Her hair flicked forward so it was covering the rest of her face and it started to get wet from her tears. She didn't deserve to be in jail; she never broke the rules. So why did God allow this to happen?
Stella started to struggle to sweep her legs onto the bed; her energy was drained due to her crying her heart out. And after struggling so many times, she finally managed to do it. Of course she made a fool of herself crying and struggling to get onto the bed via the security cameras, but at that point in time that was the last thing she worried about. She rolled onto her stomach, flat on the bed and clutched onto the sides of the pillow. Her teeth started to chatter as she buried her head in the pillow, as she did in the bed sheet.
She felt so alone, so miserable. She missed the team; she missed Keri's sense of style, she missed Tom's technical terms, she missed Aneisha's optimism… she even missed Dan being so headstrong all the time. But Frank, oh Frank, she missed him the most. She loved him, with all of her heart, but it tore a little when he arrested her. What was she supposed to think? She was thinking at the time, now I get to spend even more time with the sweetest person in the world. When the doors burst open, her mind froze, and for the first time ever, she didn't know what to think anymore. And now here she was, stuck in an M.I.9 prison cell, desperate for freedom.
It was then that she realised she didn't know how lucky she was, until she lost it all.
