Chapter 22:

Good morning, Princess.

One week later...

Karofsky was sat by the window inside the Lima Bean and had watched Sebastian saunter by him, giving him a wink as he passed. The door opened, revealing a smirking Sebastian. He swaggered over to the jock and bent down behind him, whispering in his ear. "Good morning, Princess."
Dave groaned. "Really? Will you stop calling me that?" a hint of disappointment filled his words.

Sebastian would normally respond with a witty comeback or just a straight-up insult, but instead just sat down opposite and replied with, "Sorry. Old habits die hard I guess..." he looked down.
Dave was shocked to say the least. He was expecting a snide remark. However, the taller boy's tone was pure. The apology was actually... sincere.

"Wait... what?" asked Dave as soon as Seb looked back up and they locked gazes.
"What do you mean 'what'?" he asked with a shrug of the shoulders, "I said I was sorry. I didn't mean to offend you."
"There it is again! Where's the real Sebastian Smythe and what have you done with him?"
"Shut up you lump," the green eyed boy replied quickly. I said I was sorry. I meant it. When we kissed last week... Everything changed for me. Well... Almost everything. I guess it's going to take me a while to get over the whole classic Sebastian thing. But I'm trying."
Karofsky's heart burst. It was like he was talking to a whole new person. Wow. Soul mates really do change and become who they really are when they meet each other.

Dave grabbed the other boy's hands that were tapping awkwardly against the table. His thumb trailed around comfortingly in circles. A half smile graced his lips. He leaned in and being met half way by his partner, joined their lips in a soft kiss.

After pulling away, Sebastian still had his eyes closed. He couldn't stop himself from saying the sentence that charged its way out of his mouth immediately after the kiss. "I love you." After a beat, he realised what he had said. His eyes shot open wide as if he had seen a ghost. He paled and his mouth shot open in shock. "I mean... I just..." But his rambling was cut off by another kiss from the jock.

"Sebastian, I love you too."

Kurt and Blaine were hanging out in Blaine's classroom after school. It was 5 o'clock and Burt and Carole had decided to go away for a week. The two males were sitting together. Kurt was sat at his normal desk whilst Blaine had spun a chair and was sat on the other side of it.

"Alright, how about Hairspray?" Blaine asked. They had been trying to know the ins and outs of each other.
"Depends. The movie or the actual stage productions?"
"Hmmm... Both."
"Hate." Kurt stated, a smile on his face.
"WHAT?!" Blaine asked, totally surprised. "You hate Hairspray?"
"yup."
"Gosh. I suppose you hate Katy Perry too." Blaine asked sarcastically.
"Yup."
"WHAT?!"

Kurt giggled at Blaine's dumbfounded expression.

"Calm down babe, she's just a singer."
"She is not just a singer. She is the princess of pop!"
"Britney Spears is the princess of pop..."
"She wishes."

Both men burst into a fit of laughter. Blaine looked down at the desk and back up into the glasz eyes he'd fallen so desperately in love with.

"Kurt...?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you wanna come back to my place?"

Kurt's expression went blank.

"Oh god! Not for... I didn't mean to force- I just thought we-"
"Blaine! I'd love to." Kurt cut him off. He stood up and grabbed the bag that was hanging off the back of his chair. Blaine rose up with him. Kurt stepped around the table, closer to the teacher. He leaned into the older man and brushed his fingers down the man's black tie. "I'd love to."

Both males headed out of the school's exit and journeyed to Blaine's car that was at the back of the parking lot.
