A/N: Here's the next chapter. I hope you enjoy. I own nothing but the plot bunnies.

Chapter Five

Reid stood with Serena Velez in the teenage girl's bedroom. "I'd just like to ask you a few questions Serena, would that be okay?"

"Are you going to find out who killed my brother?" Serena answered with a steady stare and a question of her own.

Reid nodded. "We'll do all we can to find out who did this."

Serena smiled. "Then, I guess it would be ok."

Reid looked around the girl's bedroom as his eyes landed on a worn paperback on the nightstand next to a couple of Star Wars figures. "Alex Rider?"

Serena nodded. "Hector and I were working on the series. All of his friends at school were reading it. I found him in my closet one night after he'd stolen my copy. After that, we read it together every night." Her eyes were moist and she wiped the tears away quickly. "We were just about to start the second book. If I hadn't…" she shook her head furiously.

Reid pulled the girl's desk chair sitting in front of her. "If you hadn't what Serena?"

"If I hadn't gone to that stupid party and just watched Hector like my parents asked, he'd still be here." The girl's tears had escaped. "Lo Siento Hector."

Reid was taken aback, but found himself grabbing the girl's hand. "Serena, it isn't your fault. You don't have to apologize to anyone, not even Hector. He knows you had nothing to do with this."

"Really?"

"Of course." Spencer stood getting ready to leave the room.

"Dr. Reid!" Serena called out as he turned around. "Thank you."

Reid nodded as he walked downstairs where Morgan and the parents were already waiting.

"Thank you for doing this." Morgan said. "You've been a big help."

"You're welcome." Mrs. Velez said. "Just please find whoever did this, so another child doesn't get hurt."

"Mrs. Velez, you have our word."

As they walked out the door, Morgan looked again at the slip of paper with the web address. "The Velez family used a website to find their sitter for Hector. What are the odds that the Scott family used the same website?"

Reid frowned. He was a man of statistics, but he didn't like those odds one bit. He pulled out his phone, putting it on speaker as he dialed the familiar number.

"Speak and be heard boy wonder!" Garcia answered on the first ring.

"Garcia, Morgan found out that the Velez family used a website to find their babysitter." He read the website address. "Can you find out if there's any chance that the Scott family used the same website?"

"Oh Honey, that's child's play." She sputtered. "Eww, ooh, wait, pun unintended."

Morgan smiled. "Thanks Baby Girl."

"I shall seek and get back to you."

"Thanks Garcia." Reid ended the call and turned to Morgan. "So the UnSub communicates with the family by email to arrange a date and time for services."

"They don't suspect a thing because babysitters are generally non-threatening." Morgan said. "Either teenagers, college students or older adults."

Reid frowned. "Well, teenagers and college students statistically are the least threatening, usually neighbors or local kids looking to make some extra cash."

"Right." Morgan nodded. "The victims are in the ten to twelve range, so that eliminates young teenagers."

"You think we're looking for a college student?"

Morgan shrugged. "I'd say mid to late twenties."

Reid sighed. "We'd better go tell the others."

JJ and Prentiss sat across from the Scott family.

"Mr. Scott," Emily spoke. "You and your wife hired a sitter for the night. How did you find the sitter?"

Mr. Scott sighed. "Well, we started with the obvious, but my parents were on vacation in Florida. Vikki's parents were bowling with their league."

Emily raised her eyebrows, but said nothing. JJ nodded. "Okay, so the grandparents couldn't watch him. What about aunts, uncles, cousins?"

Vikki shut her eyes holding back a fresh well of tears. "I'm an only child. Geoff had no aunts, uncles or cousins on my side. Craig's brother lives in Chicago with his family."

"Right." Prentiss nodded.

"We went through the phone book, but it's prom season, so all of the neighbors that would normally babysit Geoffrey were busy."

"So we tried something else. We went to a website, one of those ones where you can communicate with a babysitter."

JJ and Prentiss exchanged a look before Prentiss spoke. "Mrs. Scott, where did you hear about this website."

"I googled it."

"You googled it? Is that all? You didn't see a background check on the sitter you hired?" JJ asked.

"No, but she seemed like a nice girl. She was real shaken up when we found Geoffrey." Vikki said.

"Mrs. Scott, do you have a picture of the sitter?" Prentiss asked.

Vikki shook her head. "No, all I know is she calls herself Miss J." She blinked hard. "Oh god!"

Mr. Scott looked up. "You're not saying what I think you're saying?"

"We're not sure, but we can't rule it out." JJ sighed. "Thank you for talking to us."

"Of course. As long as it helps stop it from happening to someone else."

Ryder felt his legs still shaking as he, Marley and Blaine sat on the chairs in the choir room.

"What was that?" Beiste demanded. "Huh?"

Blaine shot Ryder a look. Ryder shook his head.

"Is someone going to talk?" Will asked. "You can tell us."

Marley sighed. "Mr. Schue…" She looked at Ryder. "I think Ryder knows something that can help the police with that murder case."

"Ryder?" Will raised his eyebrows. "Is that true?"

Ryder closed his eyes and exhaled. He nodded.

"Well," Will said. "You know this means I have to call the station right?"

Blaine shook his head. "Mr. Schue, let me tell my dad… please." He looked at Ryder. "We can do this without a lot of trouble."

Will sighed. "I know you mean well Blaine, but it's protocol. You can tell your dad, but I'll still have to call them."

Blaine shrugged. "Okay."

"You can go." Will said.

Once they were outside the choir room Blaine sighed. "I tried… and I'm sorry Ry'. I didn't mean…"

Ryder put up a hand, before pulling his guitar and plucking a few strings.

Blaine grinned. "West Side Story, so it's cool?"

Ryder looked at Blaine with a frown and a nod.

"Right, obviously." Blaine laughed. "That's the song name."

"So," Marley rocked on her heels. "Do you guys want to wait here or…"

Ryder looked puzzled.

"For the call I mean." Marley pulled Ryder into a hug. "You didn't really think we'd make you do this on your own?"

A/N: So it turns out both families used a website. The kids told Will about Ryder and now Will has to call the police to tell them. Marley and Blaine are going to help him through it. So any predictions on how the team will handle Ryder? When do you think the UnSub will hit again?
