Tris's P.O.V.

Four holds me close to him. I love smelling him, it might sound kind of weird but he just smells so good. He hugs me tighter and whispers into my ear.

"I'm so happy I have you in my life." He whispered. My heart melted, I love him too and when he says stuff like that its just so sweet it drives me crazy and makes me want to love him more.

"I'm happy you're in my life." I say smiling. He runs his fingers through my wet hair and looks down at me. His eyes were a dark golden blackish brown in the sunlight coming from the window. He was handsome in every way I can think of. We smile at each other and he holds my hand. He looks over at the picture frame on my bedside table and then looked at me.

"I'm hungry. Lets go get something to eat." He said smiling. I laughed at him a little and held his hand tighter.

"Okay." I replied, and we walked out of my apartment.

We got to the cafeteria and sat down at the table we usually sit at. Christina and Will weren't there yet but I had a feeling that they would be coming soon.

"So." Four said holding my hand underneath the table. He smiled at me and I smiled back.

"Tell me about your family, what were they like?" He said kind of quietly.

"Well, you met my mom on visiting day so you know what shes like." I said smiling at him.

"Yeah, but I want to know what your whole family is like, I want to meet Caleb and your father one day." He spoke.

"Okay." I said kind of weirdly. I don't know what made him bring up my family all of a sudden.

"My father worked with Erudite and my mother stayed at home." I said.

"What about Caleb?" He asked me.

"Caleb usually helped people a lot, was very selfless, and was popular with girls." I said laughing a little.

"I think I would like Caleb." He said smiling. I thought about it, why did Four suddenly bring up my family all of a sudden? Did I do something to make him talk about my family?

"So I'm just wondering but... Why did you bring up my family all of a sudden?" He looked at me and smiled.

"I saw the picture of you and Caleb on the bedside table in your room and I just thought of your family." He said.

"Oh." I said biting into a bagel. I've always wondered what Four's family was like too, but I'm scared to ask him. Especially when we were in his fear stimulation and one of his fears was his dad. I can remember being in the fear stimulation and Four shaking. His body was covered in sweat and he had the terrified look on his face. I'm scared that if I did ask about Four's family then it would bring back painful memories.

"So... you don't have to answer this if you don't want, but... what was your dad like?" I asked him. His hand tightened around mine, his face expression changing.

"My father was not the best person in the world." He said looking down.

"Oh." I said.

"When we were in your fear stimulation, why did your father call you Tobias?" I asked him. I remember specifically his father saying the word "Tobias." As he gripped the belt in his hand.

Four looked at me and smiled.

"Thats my real name." He said smiling.

"I like your real name, how come everyone else doesn't call you that?" I asked him.

"I don't want people to know my real name." He spoke.

"Yeah, but you told me." I said smiling a little. He whispered in my ear.

"Thats because I love you." He said softly. I smiled and we stared at each other for a few seconds. We were about to kiss when Christina and Will showed up out of the blue.

"Hey guys." Will said sitting down in front of us.

"Hey." I said back. He sat down and reached for pancakes. Christina sat down next to him who looked extremely tired.

"Whats wrong?" I asked her, She looked at me confused.

"What do you mean?" Shes asks me.

"Why do you look tired?" I asked her. Her eyes looked groggy and she had black circles under her eyes. Will looked up at me and smiled, Christina groaned.

"She couldn't sleep last night because there was a moth in her bedroom." Will said laughing. Christina stabbed him with a fork lightly and smiled a little trying not to.

"It is not funny! You know that they were in my fear stimulation!" She yelled at Will. Me and Will both started laughing and Four smiled.

"Your scared of moths?" Four asked her trying not to laugh.

"Yes!" She said. "They freak me out!" She spoke.

"I really don't know how you passed the final test." Will said smiling. "You're as tough as cotton balls." Will said smiling. Christina just looked at him with a mean face and continued eating.

"Oh yeah, Tris how did you get that scar on your head?" Will asked me. I looked down at the floor and Four answered for me.

"Peter and Drew attacked her in the hallway again." Four said quietly. Christina's eyes got big.

"Oh my god what did they do?" Christina asked me.

"Attacked me in the hallway." I said quietly. Four held my hand and squeezed it.

"I'm so sorry." Christina said.

"Its fine." I spoke. We all stayed quiet until we finished eating. Me and Four got done eating and were walking back to his apartment talking. His hand was gripping my waist because of what happened last time in the hallway when Drew and Peter attacked me. We were walking and I asked him a question.

"So would you prefer I call you Four or Tobias?" I asked him. Four looked down at me and smiled.

"Tobias." He said smiling. I nodded and he leaned down and kissed me. I kissed him back and then I heard my name.

"Tris..." I broke away from the kiss and saw Al standing there with an angry and sad face.
