The church was decorated, Fancies was all set up and ready for a party. Lavon and his groomsmen were hanging out in one of the back rooms of the church and Annabeth and her bridesmaids were in the other.

"You nervous yet?" Wade asked Lavon

"No. Lavon Hayes does not get nervous. I can't wait to be married. I have been dreaming of this day for years. Marriage is a wonderful thing."

"Are you trying to sell me or yourself on the idea?"

"Well no one, but you two are the slowest people I have ever met when it comes to this."

"Shut up, she says we're fine. We have a house to deal with that she is dead set on redecorating, throw a wedding on top of that plus Wyatt, that is a recipe for disaster."

"She says you're fine?" Lavon questioned

"Yeah." Wade answered not sure what Lavon meant by that.

"What do you say?"

"Oh well I don't know. Marriage might make things easier." He shrugged

"Wade?" Lavon asked again

"I don't know Man, I was fine, really. But Jesse coming home engaged, you getting married. George and Lemon doing whatever it is they're doing. I feel everyone is moving but us. I mean her mom is even talking about marriage."

"So you want to get married?"

"We practically are but no I don't want to plan a wedding right now. But I do feel we should be moving somewhere with our relationship."

"Get engaged."

"Maybe." Wade nodded with a smile. "I doubt she'd say no."

Lavon laughed "Yeah I doubt that as well."

"Annabeth, you look so beautiful." Zoe smiled at her best friend

"Thank you, I feel beautiful. I am so excited for this. I can't wait to be married to him."

Zoe smiled "I'm so happy for you." She looked over at the couch and smiled at Wyatt in his little tuxedo who was shockingly sitting quiet doing a puzzle. "I really hope you know what you are getting yourself into having him walk down the aisle by himself."

"He'll be fine. He's practiced all day. Lemon says he walked to Wade every time."

"I hope so." She chuckled

"AB." Lemon squealed walking into the room. "Are you ready?"

"I am." She beamed "Where were you?"

"Oh um, I was uh just checking on some stuff." She stuttered out

"Oh yeah? Like what? What George has on under his tux?" Zoe teased

"Zoe Hart" Lemon yelled turning bright red.

"Uh huh, you two are so bad. What are you guys?" Annabeth asked

"Nothing."

"Bull." Zoe yelled "Spill Lemon."

"We haven't labeled it or anything. It's really strange. We have just found this whole new side to our relationship. I feel more comfortable with him now than I have since we got together almost twenty years ago."

"That's really great Lemon. I always thought you two were perfect together."

"I cannot say the same." Zoe joked

"Zoe Hart you stay away from George Tucker."

The three of them started hysterical laughing at that. Wyatt looked up at them and laughed as well.

"He's so cute." Lemon smiled "You look so handsome baby boy."

"I big boy." He argued

"Oh are you?" she asked

"Yep, Wyatt big boy. I two." He held up two fingers.

"He really is getting so big Zoe."

"I know but he's my baby." She pouted

"Why are you and Wade nowhere near married?" Lemon asked

Zoe shook her head. "We have too much going on."

"Seriously?" Lemon asked

"Yes, we're buying a house, we have Wyatt. Planning a wedding would be crazy right now."

"Why aren't you engaged?"

"Ugh I don't know. It's no big deal." She shrugged

"Liar." Annabeth chimed in "You have been weird since you told me your mother was practically engaged."

Zoe sighed "Fine, you're right I kind of wish we were at least engaged. I don't need a wedding anytime soon but another step would be nice."

"So tell him." Lemon told her

"No, you can't tell a guy that you want him to propose." Annabeth yelled at her "What's the fun in that?"

"Um not worrying when or if it will ever happen."

Zoe laughed "Ok guys, relax. I know Wade, if I bring it up, he'll get the hint. He's asked me a couple times since Jesse showed up and my mom."

There was a knock on the door a minute later. Annabeth's mom popped her head in. "Are you ready?" she asked

"Yeah." She smiled and stood up

Zoe took Wyatt by the hand and led him out into the entrance of the church.

"Daddy." He ran to him

"Slow down." Wade said quickly picking him up. "We don't need you taking a header right before you walk out there." He looked up at Zoe. "You look beautiful." He kissed her cheek

"Thank you, you look very handsome as well." She smiled fixing his tie.

"I handsome." Wyatt smiled

They both laughed "Yes you are, just like Daddy." Zoe told him "So we're supposed to leave him here with AB and he's going to walk by himself?"

"Yes, he's done it like twenty times today. He's got this."

Lemon and George walked up behind them. "Hey you guys."

"Hi Tuck." Wyatt waved

The music started and Lemon and George walked down the aisle toward Lavon and Reverend Mayfair. Wade put Wyatt down next to Annabeth's sister and Lavon's brother.

"Be good, do what you did earlier ok. Walk to Daddy when Aunt AB tells you too."

"Ok Daddy." He smiled at him

Zoe and Wade made their way down the aisle. Zoe couldn't help but get a few butterflies in her stomach. "Love you." She whispered

"Love you too." He gave her hand a squeeze as they walked to opposite sides of the alter and he shook Lavon's hand.

Annabeth's sister and Lavon's brother came down next and then it was time for Wyatt. Zoe was freaking out when he wasn't showing up.

"Go Wyatt." They heard Annabeth say "Go get Daddy."

"Ok." He giggled and started walking down the aisle. He carried the pillow very carefully and smiled the whole way down. "Daddy." He laughed looking at Wade who was waving him on. When he finally made it to Wade he was so proud of himself. "I did it." He clapped after Wade took the pillow from him.

"Good job Buddy, go sit with Rose and Paw Paw." He pointed to Rose who was in the second row waving him over to her.

Rose lifted him up and sat him between her and Earl.

Annabeth came down with her Dad and the ceremony was under way. Soon enough the vows were said, the rings were exchanged and the first official kiss was shared.

"May I introduce to you Mr. and Mrs. Lavon Hayes." Reverend Mayfair announced as they walked down the aisle.

A half an hour later everyone was at Fancies celebrating the newly married couple.

"That was a beautiful wedding." Wanda smiled

"Yeah but it was lacking in the elf department." Tom chuckled

After Lavon and Annabeth had their first dance all the couples were invited onto the floor. Zoe and Wade were about to walk out when Zoe saw Lemon sitting on one side of the room and George on the other.

"Oh no." she said and quickly ran over to Annabeth. "Those two." She said and pointed to both of them

"I'll get him, you get her." She laughed and ran over to George while Zoe ran back to Lemon.

"Let's go." She told her and grabbed her arm, dragging her towards the dance floor. "Dr. Hart stop it." She tried fighting her.

"George Tucker, this is my wedding, you are dancing now go." Annabeth pulled him out of his chair and lead him towards Zoe and Lemon.

The girls shoved the two together and walked back to Wade and Lavon.

"You guys are mean." Lavon laughed

"Yeah, talk about outing a couple." Wade shook his head

"They need to just get it over with. And look how cute they are." Zoe smiled

"I hate them." Lemon shook her head

"Yeah, that was low but I'm kind of glad they did it." He smiled at her

"I guess." Lemon tried to hide the smile that was spreading across her face.

"Where is our kid?" Wade asked Zoe

"Uh, Rose had him last. I don't hear him though."

"He did good. I'm proud of him."

"Yes, my handsome little man."

"Daddy." Wyatt came running towards them

"Speak of the little devil." She smiled and picked him up. "Hi Buddy."

"Hi Doc."

The three of them danced until the song was over and then went to their table.

"We're not going to keep him here all night are we?" Wade asked

"I don't know, Rose offered to take him home but that's not fair to her."

"Dad could take him."

"That's a good idea, I can't imagine he'll stay late."

"No, here he comes anyway."

"Hello you three."

"Hi Dad." Zoe smiled at him

Earl smiled back at her "I'm so glad I finally convinced you to call me that. How's my little ring bearer?"

"Hi Paw Paw." He waved

"Hey Pop, you staying all night?"

"No, no way. All you youngins will be partying like crazy. I'll be heading out after they cut the cake."

"Oh alright." Wade nodded

"Why? You want me to take Wyatt?"

"If you wouldn't mind." Zoe said

"Not at all, I'd love too. Do I have to go to your place?"

"Where else would you go?"

"Mine." He answered

"Oh yes, take him to yours." Wade laughed

Zoe shook her head and chuckled "You're so bad. Thanks Dad, you're the best."

"Does he need clothes?"

"No I have his bag under the table. I wasn't going to leave him in the tux all night. I should actually change him before he eats, otherwise it will be a mess."

"I'll do it." Wade offered "You go have fun."

After dinner, there was more dancing. You couldn't get Wyatt off the dance floor if you tried. He danced with every person out there or just himself, he did not stop moving for hours.

"You having fun?" Wade asked Zoe

"I am." She answered watching Annabeth and Lavon sway around the dance floor

"You sure?" he asked

She turned to him and smiled "Yes, I am. Look how happy they are."

"They really are aren't they? That's amazing."

"I'm so happy for them. She's wanted this for so long."

Wade just nodded and kissed her head.

Next it was time to cut the cake. Of course to keep with tradition both Lavon and Annabeth ended up with cake up their noses. After that Earl decided to take Wyatt home since he was half asleep on Zoe's lap anyway.

"Have a good night you two." Earl smiled and left the reception.

"Just the two of us." Wade kissed her "We can really party now."

"Yeah, I'll take another glass of wine." She handed him her glass

"You got it Babe."

"You two are so adorable out there." Annabeth came up behind Zoe

"Us? No way, not as adorable as you and Lavon. I have never seen you happier. I'm so happy for you guys."

"Thank you."

"Big Z, what are you doing sitting down?" Lavon asked walking over

"Just taking a breather. We just sent the little guy home."

"Aww, Lavon Hayes didn't get to say good night."

"Well Annabeth Hayes would like to get her husband back on the dance floor. Come on Zoe, grab Wade and let's go."

"Ok, we're coming." Zoe giggled and went in search of Wade

"Hey you." Wade smiled when he saw her coming his way

"Hi, we have been requested on the dance floor by the Hayes'. Who now both talk in the first person."

"Super fun." He kissed her "Good thing we have our own house now."

"It has nothing in it."

"I know, Jesse is coming out tomorrow night, we're going to move everything this week."

"Yay." She kissed him "I can't wait to move into our house."

"We could go spend the night there tonight." He winked.

"We don't have a bed." She giggled

"Cause that's stopped us before?"

"Well no."

"Come on Babe, no kid, it's officially ours as of yesterday. We should celebrate."

"Ok, but we're not leaving this party yet."

"Well then let's get partying."
