Chapter 5

~human world; London~

Sasha had stayed up almost three days, drinking coffee to remain awake as she searched high and low, through the internet for her birth family. Every adoption agency had returned with information that led to nowhere, except that she was found abandoned in knitted wool blanket with her name along with a note requesting for a loving family to take care of her.

Sighing with frustration, and yearning for more answers about her past. Exiting the website and checked her emails; once received a message from America. Her fingers trembled with anticipation and risen hope as she opened the email and read the contents.

'Dear Miss Morgan. The adoption agency of America have taken your case quiet seriously and believe you may have relatives here in USA. And may have more information about the night of when you were found. Please contact the agency ASAP, so we can further the investigation. You're sincerely, Abigail smith.'

Sasha immediately printed the email, and hurried for the phone then contacted Abigail smith. Waiting for the receiver to answer, as the dial tone continue to call out. 3o seconds later; finally an answer. "Hello Abigail smith, how may I help you?"

"Hello my name is Sasha Morgan and I am contacting you for information about the night I was found."

"Hello Miss Morgan, I have waited to hear from you. And I do believe that I have information about your past. How soon could you arrive in New York city?"

"Immediately."

"Terrific, so I expect you to arrive by Monday morning since it is Friday I presume."

"Thursday actually." Sasha corrected. "Even better, see you on Monday morning at 10am?" Abigail in quested. "Absolutely." Sasha replied then hung the phone and begun packing for New York. Shirley walked in the room and asked quickly. "Sasha why are you packing?"

"I got an email from the adoption agency of New York about my past and may have relatives over there." Sasha replied, continued packing.

"Oh? Can I come?" Shirley asked. "I don't see why not." Sasha smiled.

~back in New York; sewers~

While Sarah and Leonardo spent alone time, Nikita resumed working on keeping the orb concealed with Loki's god self and searched where in the world would be best to hide the orb from the mischief immortal. Donatello walked in the room, noticed nikita was getting frustrated with her meditation and wondered if she needed some assistance. "Hey, nikita. Need some help?"

"No thank you, I'm good." Nikita answered, searching through the atlas. "You sure?" he asked. "Mhm." She nodded.

He left the room, leaving nikita to her work. Nikita had overworked herself for more than four weeks, searching for the suitable location to hide the orb from Loki as he will not stop at anything to regain what he desires. Without realising her sudden exhaustion, she fell asleep on the floor with the orb beside her and the atlas laid open.

The pink clad terrapin, had fallen into a deep slumber. The orb begun to glow brightly as she slept, nikita had found herself in the centre of a vast forest. Filled with endless life, perfect harmony and indescribable feeling of love that no words could explain. Looking around the surroundings, wanting to observe it more whence she stood up and reached out for the first living object she saw only to change into a hideous creature that squawked ferociously. Couldn't understand why, seeing a place that seemed to be in perfect harmony instantly changed to a horrendous nightmare.

A sinister laughter filled her ears, turned around to see where the laughter came from, only see an endless black void surrounding her.

"Quit the laughing and show yourself, quit hiding!" nikita roared orderly. The laughter continued then was approached by the evil asgardian. "I will have what belongs to me, freak." Black sorcerer laughed, smiling his evil smirk. "Over my dead body you will, black sorcerer." Nikita hissed as she lunged towards him with her daggers. He vanished from her attack and continued laughing as he mocked. "You will fail, and I shall triumph once again. This world will be mine once more, you will be my slave."

Nikita glared with narrowed slit, angered eyes as she growled. "Never! I will never be your slave and neither will this world be yours." Black sorcerer laughed then vanished into black smog, she stood in the centre of a black void shouting out his name. Then she awoke, gasping in horror and glared at the orb that sat by close; sweat dropped from her brow. The atlas had burned into cinders, but one page remained intact, picking it up and gazed unto it curiously as which location it showed.

The location seemed to be unreal as it showed the centre of earth. Sighed with frustration once more and exhaled irritably as she threw the paper away then suddenly, a soft wind blew in. Confusedly looked about herself, searched for answers where the wind had come from then realised immediately that, it was the will of the spiritual realm. Never hesitated or ignored the gesture as she grabbed the orb and hurried for her sisters and sensei. "Sarah, amber, raphaella and sensei." She called.

All answered, unison. "What is it, nikita?"

"I received a sign as where I can hide the orb from black sorcerer." Nikita replied, explaining her message she received and showed the location for the orb to be hidden away. Master Rosina smiled, nodded and instructed gently. "Well, then. Shall we get started?"

Nikita, Sarah, amber and raphaella nodded in agreement then prepared to take the orb down deep in the catacombs of the earth where it will be guarded by the lava dwellers.

Back in Ireland where the cloaked demigod dwelled. Plotting his scheme to take over the world and the realm of the Yggdrasil, wishing to take the throne from the all-father; Odin. With each attempt has failed. His powers were taken from him with the help of mutant terrapins that possessed magical powers of nature. Whilst in his cauldron room, he was approached by one of his followers to report that the orb of his godly power was rumoured to be hidden in the centre of where no mortal, supernatural being is assumed that can not dwell. Lowly growled, crushing the gemstones in his hands as he sent the servant out of his sight.

"That freak believes to have found a way to stop me from gaining my god powers?" he chuckled and continued. "Well, shall see about that."
